Great service! AMR "discovered" and replaced a torn protective boot for a bathroom vent pipe which caused a roof leak and after assuring the leak was repaired, repainted the bathroom ceiling. Any roof work can be perilous. This was NOT by any means a DIY job!!!

Atlanta Metro Roofing did an inspection of our roof which turned up a small issue. I was fully expecting that they would respond and say the didn't do jobs that small. As it turns out, though, Shari quoted me a price ( which I thought was more than fair ), scheduled the work, and a crew showed up on time and completed the repair quickly. Wow! This is a top notch company. From the start, while talking to Brett, I never had any mishaps of communication or service. Leo and his team were amazing. The whole process was great and all options were presented to us for roofing. We decided to go with a cedar shake roof. It is labor intensive but the team did an awesome job. They even took care of our large shed and replaced the cupola when it arrived. They have a gutter crew they use and they also replaced all of the gutters and downspouts. Tom was a pleasure to see when he came out to the house for inspections. I will send anyone their way for roofing needs. The whole job turned out beautiful!

This is our second time using Atlanta Metro Roofing! We had a leak by our sky lights and they fixed the leak and cleaned all of them without us even asking! They are so friendly, reasonable, and easy to work with! When we need our entire roof replacement we'll definitely use them again! Highly recommend.

They were on time. They found a leak that 3 other company’s could not find. Fixed the sheet rock & ceiling. Matched paint perfectly. Even patched some blemishes in my walls. I will hire them again in the future. Photos don’t match, but paint did.

I have used Atlanta Metro Roofing for 2 different jobs now. The first time was a couple of years ago to fix an issue that was supposed to have already been fixed but a different provider...they came in, quickly identified the problem and I was on their calendar within a week (leak). Fair price and very responsive. Easy to understand line item invoice that did not go over the estimate.

Last month we saw another issue developing in a different place, and had the same experience. Quick response, full roof inspection, issue identified and resolved.

There was a small issue with the paint where the lustre of the repair was different from the base house paint. When I mentioned it in a follow up email they responded within 15 minutes and coordinated a fix to bring the right paint and cover the slightly shinier semi gloss with the satin version.

Will definitely use again. Great customer service! Attentive workers that went above and beyond to care for the plants and other lawn fixtures as well. That's hard to find consistently. Glad we found one!

We had a great experience using Atlanta Metro Roofing. They approached us and suggested we investigate an insurance claim since we had two hail storms in our area. I didn't think we would be approved but they were correct and our roof was fully paid by insurance. Shari was extremely helpful in providing samples and numerous photos of houses with similar brick. This made the selection process easier and less stressful. The roof was installed in one day and the gutters in one additional day. A VERY smooth and painless process. Highly recommend.

My husband and I used Atlanta Metro Roofing to replace our roof. They worked above and beyond with our insurance provider to make sure that the replacement was covered. Our provider, Allstate, initially declined the coverage but Shari with AMR encouraged us to try again and she fought hard on our behalf to make it happen. They sent their inspector out on multiple occasions to meet with the Allstate adjustors to fight our case and it worked. Besides working so hard to get the expenses covered, they also did an excellent job on the actual replacement. The work was completed exactly as explained, on time and within the expected time period (only 2 days of work), with a great clean up job. Shari and her husband even came out after the job was completed to make sure everything was finished to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with the process and I'm very thankful to Shari for her hard work getting the expense covered for us. We have had no further leaks after about three months.

We had some damage after a storm! Initially called a different company who helped come out same day to tarp it off. They used a lot of nails and a huge tarp! They slow rolled the quote and pushed for a full roof replacement. When opted just to fix the leak from the storm they gave us an outrageous quote. Found Atlanta Metro via a neighbor! They were awesome to deal with. Brett was always quick to respond when we had any questions & Leo plus his crew did great work! We'll definitely use them for all our roof replacement & repairs in the future! Their service and integrity are unmatched.

While Leo @ AMR was repairing my neighbor’s roof, he noticed some rotted damaged fascia on my 2nd story roof. He informed my neighbor who let me know and I reached out to Shari @ AMR. Leo came out the same week to provide a very fair estimate to repair the damaged facia along my roof line. Leo and his team made the repairs promptly and it looks great now. Our old roof was a mess. We had a problem area where water would stand. They studied the situation and built a large cricket structure that solved the problem. After stripping our shingles it was discovered that we had 20 sheets of rotten plywood underneath. They replaced them all. We had a gutter damaged during the roof replacement process. No problem, they gave us a new one. These are good people and the crews work very hard. You will be in good hands with this company.

I am in the process of selling my home and needed some roof repairs in order to comply with the inspection report. My runway of time was short.

I had a great experience with AMR. I own a circa 1940 house that suffered wind damage to roof. The roof replacement required extensive flashing against brick walls. They did a great job and worked seamlessly with my insurance company.

Without a doubt, AMR goes above and beyond with everything they do. They did an excellent job educating us in what was needed, what the best product for our situation was, and how everything would proceed. They even worked with our insurance company, as it was a hail damage claim, to make sure everything was processed correctly and up to current coding standards. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had them replace my roof back in 2019 and I am finally remembering to write this review! Everyone I spoke with/dealt with was extremely kind and professional from the start. Shari is a straight shooter and I appreciated that. She won't BS you and she won't sell you something you don't need. They made the entire insurance claim an absolute breeze when I had storm damage on my roof. Everyone in the office is very responsive and quick to help too. Reasonable prices, great people, and very good work. Can't ask for much more than that!

Due to several weather damaged spots and leaking in our roof we needed a full roof replacement done. We elected to handle the insurance aspect ourselves and talked with friends and neighbors about their experiences and ultimate costs. We met with several roofing contractors, some who did hard sales pitches, wanting to only deal with our insurance provider directly to maximize their profit or unwilling to provide a competitive quote without immediately signing the paperwork with them.

However, at a friend’s request I contacted Atlanta Metro Roofing and spoke directly with the owner Shari, who not only listened to what I wanted but met with me within a day or two, provided me with a thorough explanation of how they worked and what products they used and why and followed up quickly with a written estimate.

The line item estimate was clear, understandable and they responded immediately with any questions I had. I even knew that I needed certain gutters replaced but unlike other quotes I had received who tried to get me to replace all, Shari and her team convinced me that wasn’t the case, saving me dollars in the process.

The install schedule was fully communicated to me via phone and text and the install completed within 2 days. Even the cleanup process was quick and seamless and caused no disruption to our day.

So thankful for Atlanta Metro Roofing coming through for our roof repair. We had missing shingles from the recent storms. We called several roof companies and many wouldn’t even help us or required a $500 minimum. We called Atlanta Metro Roofing and Shari and her team were on it. We got an instant quote and within the day, she had her guys up on our roof. Their quote was very reasonable and by the end of the day, we had our roof repaired.

I was very pleased with every aspect a new roof installed by Atlanta Metro roofing and dealing with Shari Zippay. From the very first roof inspection to the actual work by her crew, they came in at seven in the morning and were done at 7 PM that afternoon cleaned up, checking for mail drops, very efficient operation.

They were very easy to work with. Leo came the next day after I called to inspect the work needed and took pictures to show me what else needed to be addressed.

Our decision to select Atlanta Metro Roofing, instead of three other highly recommended roofing companies, was not based on cost; in fact, their estimate was plus/minuses several hundred dollars compared to the other companies. It was the scope of work included in their cost estimate; which was very thorough, showed attention to detail and focus on remedying problems which were causing water damage, not just an estimate to replace roof shingles.

I was very happy with my new Atlanta Metro Roofing roof. Everything from the initial estimate to the final inspection and cleanup (and everything in between) went really well. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. We even added some trim repairs unrelated to the roof that I asked if they could fix while they were here. Afterward, the only sign that they were here was a beautiful new roof with a good guarantee.

My house is at Lawrenceville, GA. When I noticed several neighbors were replacing their roofs, I contacted one of the roofing companies (not Atlanta Metro Roofing) on the street. It turned out to be a nightmare. Their representative didn't respond to my requests. The day when the insurance company's adjustor visited the site, this company's representative was not there and my claim was rejected.

I contacted my realtor and he recommended Atlanta Metro Roofing LLC to me. I contacted them and talked with Shari. She's a life saver. She sent Mr. Leo there to do inspection. She told me at the beginning Mr. Leo was very conservative. He only suggested a claim when he's sure the damage was very obvious. After careful inspection, Mr. Leo told me to appeal. Shari gave me detail information about how the appealing process would go, so I followed and the insurance company agreed to re-evaluation. When the 2nd inspector from the insurance company came, Mr. Leo was there and the inspector agreed the damage was severe enough that the insurance company agreed to pay for the cost.

After the approval from the insurance company, Shari quickly arranged the roof replacement. They started the work in one week and finished in a day with good quality and warranty.

I had ATL Metro Roofing fix a leak occurring from poor roof pipe seals. The fix was quick and very affordable. I also recently had to get siding cover for a patio support fixed. The work required cutting part of the siding cover instead of replacing the whole thing. The work again was very quick and well worth the price. You can barely tell that the support cover isn't one whole piece.

I would highly recommend ATL Metro Roofing. The work is high quality and the people are friendly and reliable.

Atlanta Metro really came through for me. My insurance company would not approve my roof and I had a lot of missing shingles (they only wanted to repair it). A storm dropped a couple of huge tree limbs on our roof. I called Atantla Metro and within 5 hours they had a crew tarping the roof off. 9 days later there was completely replaced and gutters repaired. Interior water damage to drywall was also repaired. It was a big project and the small issues that came up were resolved in a timely manner. Sherri is a very good communicator at the central office coordinating with the insurance company, the workers on site, and myself. Highly recommend.

I needed a new roof and checked around in the neighborhood and got references and quotes from a number of sources.
Atlanta Metro provided a thorough inspection and provided a reasonable quote. But, frankly, in addition to the fair price, I went with them because they were very courteous and took the time to fully explain what would be done and answered any questions I had. I just felt these were people to whom I wanted to give my business.
The initial crew arrived in the afternoon the first day. They removed the old roof and placed tarps on the roof. The second crew arrived the next morning and completed the job by the end of a very long day. They thoroughly cleaned up the site.
My home is a mid-60’s split level and just looked tired. With the new roof with architectural shingles, in more fitting color, the house looked rejuvenated. Yes, it’s still a mid-60’s split but I was amazed at the improvement.

In May, 2019 Atlanta Metro Roofing installed a new roof on my house. I am very pleased with their work. After a year can still say that I am so glad I went with Atlanta Metro Roofing. Sherrie sent Leo and his crew and they worked so hard and so fast that it was done in record time.

Last week my AC Tech was in the attic and noticed something about the flu that needed a tweet from when the roof was installed. This could not be seen from the outside. I called Sherrie and within two days she sent Leo to take care of it. He came and was so knowledgeable
and willing to do a good job. He even blew the leaves off my roof and my porch and most of my very long driveway. WOW!

I cannot express the pleasure I had working with Atlanta Metro Roofing. The quote I needed to have repair work done was easily obtained. The work was done quickly unprofessionally professionally. Unlike two other quotes I received, which were far more expensive, I did not have to provide any additional tools, paint, or materials. These guys are great and I would recommend them to my neighbors.

Last weekend there was some really heavy rain, and we noticed a small leak in the upstairs bathroom. I contacted Atlanta Metro Roofing and Shari was great on the phone; she helped went above and beyond to get us taken care of ASAP. Leo came by and immediately found the problem and fixed it the same day. I don't have enough prior experience with roof repair to know how the cost compares to other roofers, but it was about what I expected for a minor repair and the service was worth it!

Called Atlanta Metro Roofing to get an inspection on my roof after some wind storms in my area, spoke to Shari and she immediately got the ball rolling. She explained the process step by step, and as soon as we could get the weather to cooperate,the job was completed and we were satisfied and impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work. We hired Atlanta Metro Roofing for a roof leak in our front facade. It was bit difficult to fix because of the rock siding. Shari and Leo team resolved the issue beyond my satisfaction. It has been more than 3 months and there are no leaks so far and it is air tight even with heavy rains.

It was a pleasure working with Shari and she takes genuine interest in our problems. She is humble, down to earth and they don’t gouge on prices and are very reasonable. I would also say that the initial team of contractors who came to fix the issue (without Leo) left me with few concerns. I discussed with Shari and she immediately dispatched Leo and he addressed all my concerns to my fullest satisfaction and I am very, very happy with the work done.

Shari, Leo and his team are the best in the business. It was such a pleasure working with everyone. Shari was always available by phone and email to answer any questions we had, timely responses, friendly customer service and detailed information. Leo and his team are very thorough, friendly, super fast (installed our new roof in 8-9 hours!) and professional. I highly recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing and will refer all my family and friends (we already have been raving about them)! Hopefully we won’t need them again for our current house, but if we ever move and need something done with a future house, we’re definitely calling them again!

I have been using Metro Roofing for many years for roof repairs and they always fixed it correctly the first time and had a quick response time. I also recently replaced my entire roof through them at a competitive price. Shari, the owner, walked me through the process and made it stress-free.

We hired AMR to fix leaks around our chimneys and was pleased with their team. The support staff was very responsive and the person, Leo, that they sent to scope the job was also the one that did the work. Leo did a great job.

Atlanta Metro Roofing does a great job - they've done two different repairs at my home. Both times they were available quickly, knowledgeable about what needed to be done and my options, and made the repairs well and I have had no additional problems. Would definitely recommend them!!

Company (Shari) was able to send someone to inspect a roof leak same day as called. Leo came to inspect roof— he found the problem quickly, explained the issue, and put in a temporary fix. He came back four days later as promised with materials for the full repair.

Shari, the manager, was very responsive. She was quick to return calls and emails and laid out clear expectations for the project. Also, the crew was able to finish my roof in a day with the exception of the chimney pan which took longer to prepare. We very much enjoyed working with them!

I recommend AMR. If it wasn’t for Shari’s commitment to guide me through the insurance process, I wouldn’t have a successful claim. The first roofing company I contacted met with my Insurer and I was only approved for a few shingles. I contacted AMR for an estimate and informed them I already had a denied claim. AMR assessed my roof and concluded I had substantial damage. After a re-inspect with AMR and my Insurer, I was approved for the entire roof.

I'm an out of town owner. AMR made the process very easy. Communications were great. They scheduled and performed the work quickly, and documented the work with pictures for my insurance company.
