Great service! AMR "discovered" and replaced a torn protective boot for a bathroom vent pipe which caused a roof leak and after assuring the leak was repaired, repainted the bathroom ceiling. Any roof work can be perilous. This was NOT by any means a DIY job!!!

Atlanta Metro Roofing did an inspection of our roof which turned up a small issue. I was fully expecting that they would respond and say the didn't do jobs that small. As it turns out, though, Shari quoted me a price ( which I thought was more than fair ), scheduled the work, and a crew showed up on time and completed the repair quickly. Wow! This is a top notch company. From the start, while talking to Brett, I never had any mishaps of communication or service. Leo and his team were amazing. The whole process was great and all options were presented to us for roofing. We decided to go with a cedar shake roof. It is labor intensive but the team did an awesome job. They even took care of our large shed and replaced the cupola when it arrived. They have a gutter crew they use and they also replaced all of the gutters and downspouts. Tom was a pleasure to see when he came out to the house for inspections. I will send anyone their way for roofing needs. The whole job turned out beautiful!

AMR did an excellent job installing a new roof, chimney cap, and gutters. Shari, (the owner) provided great customer service, communicated well, and always responded quickly to any questions that I had. This is our second time using Atlanta Metro Roofing! We had a leak by our sky lights and they fixed the leak and cleaned all of them without us even asking! They are so friendly, reasonable, and easy to work with! When we need our entire roof replacement we'll definitely use them again! Highly recommend.

They were on time. They found a leak that 3 other company’s could not find. Fixed the sheet rock & ceiling. Matched paint perfectly. Even patched some blemishes in my walls. I will hire them again in the future. Photos don’t match, but paint did.

I have used Atlanta Metro Roofing for 2 different jobs now. The first time was a couple of years ago to fix an issue that was supposed to have already been fixed but a different provider...they came in, quickly identified the problem and I was on their calendar within a week (leak). Fair price and very responsive. Easy to understand line item invoice that did not go over the estimate.

Last month we saw another issue developing in a different place, and had the same experience. Quick response, full roof inspection, issue identified and resolved.

There was a small issue with the paint where the lustre of the repair was different from the base house paint. When I mentioned it in a follow up email they responded within 15 minutes and coordinated a fix to bring the right paint and cover the slightly shinier semi gloss with the satin version.

Will definitely use again. Great customer service! Attentive workers that went above and beyond to care for the plants and other lawn fixtures as well. That's hard to find consistently. Glad we found one!

We had a great experience using Atlanta Metro Roofing. They approached us and suggested we investigate an insurance claim since we had two hail storms in our area. I didn't think we would be approved but they were correct and our roof was fully paid by insurance. Shari was extremely helpful in providing samples and numerous photos of houses with similar brick. This made the selection process easier and less stressful. The roof was installed in one day and the gutters in one additional day. A VERY smooth and painless process. Highly recommend.

Great experience! After we experienced major damage to our roof we reached out to quite a few roof repair companies. Atlanta Metro Roofing was head and shoulders above the rest in customer service, response, professionalism, guidance, support, and quality. They were proactive in every area and provided great guidance on helping us navigate the entire process. They helped us ensure we had an informed voice when interacting with our adjuster. The work that they completed far exceeded our expectations and they went above and beyond to ensure the integrity and quality of their work. My husband and I used Atlanta Metro Roofing to replace our roof. They worked above and beyond with our insurance provider to make sure that the replacement was covered. Our provider, Allstate, initially declined the coverage but Shari with AMR encouraged us to try again and she fought hard on our behalf to make it happen. They sent their inspector out on multiple occasions to meet with the Allstate adjustors to fight our case and it worked. Besides working so hard to get the expenses covered, they also did an excellent job on the actual replacement. The work was completed exactly as explained, on time and within the expected time period (only 2 days of work), with a great clean up job. Shari and her husband even came out after the job was completed to make sure everything was finished to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with the process and I'm very thankful to Shari for her hard work getting the expense covered for us. We have had no further leaks after about three months.

We had some damage after a storm! Initially called a different company who helped come out same day to tarp it off. They used a lot of nails and a huge tarp! They slow rolled the quote and pushed for a full roof replacement. When opted just to fix the leak from the storm they gave us an outrageous quote. Found Atlanta Metro via a neighbor! They were awesome to deal with. Brett was always quick to respond when we had any questions & Leo plus his crew did great work! We'll definitely use them for all our roof replacement & repairs in the future! Their service and integrity are unmatched.

They immediately made an appointment for later in the week and Leo and his time arrived promptly to do the repair and were very professional. While Leo @ AMR was repairing my neighbor’s roof, he noticed some rotted damaged fascia on my 2nd story roof. He informed my neighbor who let me know and I reached out to Shari @ AMR. Leo came out the same week to provide a very fair estimate to repair the damaged facia along my roof line. Leo and his team made the repairs promptly and it looks great now. They took photos of the entire work as they progressed. Atlanta Metro Roofing is reliable and does excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our old roof was a mess. We had a problem area where water would stand. They studied the situation and built a large cricket structure that solved the problem. After stripping our shingles it was discovered that we had 20 sheets of rotten plywood underneath. They replaced them all. We had a gutter damaged during the roof replacement process. No problem, they gave us a new one. These are good people and the crews work very hard. You will be in good hands with this company.

The inspector arrived on time (in fact early) and went right to work surveying my damage. I am in the process of selling my home and needed some roof repairs in order to comply with the inspection report. My runway of time was short.

When I first contacted AMR, I was incredibly surprise when the owner, Shari, answered the phone. To me that says "personal responsibility and care for our customers". She was able to get someone out that afternoon to give me a quote. Within 1-2 days I was on the schedule, and the crew came out the next day.

I had a great experience with AMR. I own a circa 1940 house that suffered wind damage to roof. The roof replacement required extensive flashing against brick walls. They did a great job and worked seamlessly with my insurance company.

Without a doubt, AMR goes above and beyond with everything they do. They did an excellent job educating us in what was needed, what the best product for our situation was, and how everything would proceed. They even worked with our insurance company, as it was a hail damage claim, to make sure everything was processed correctly and up to current coding standards. They finished as scheduled and made several follow-up visits to make certain everything was completed as promised. I have absolutely no complaints...a fantastic company with fantastic people.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had them replace my roof back in 2019 and I am finally remembering to write this review! Everyone I spoke with/dealt with was extremely kind and professional from the start. Shari is a straight shooter and I appreciated that. She won't BS you and she won't sell you something you don't need. They made the entire insurance claim an absolute breeze when I had storm damage on my roof. Everyone in the office is very responsive and quick to help too. Reasonable prices, great people, and very good work. Can't ask for much more than that!

Leo is next level amazing as well. Since the installation, I have had some other unfortunate storm damage events and he is always the first person I call. He's super responsive and super friendly. Due to several weather damaged spots and leaking in our roof we needed a full roof replacement done. We elected to handle the insurance aspect ourselves and talked with friends and neighbors about their experiences and ultimate costs. We met with several roofing contractors, some who did hard sales pitches, wanting to only deal with our insurance provider directly to maximize their profit or unwilling to provide a competitive quote without immediately signing the paperwork with them.

However, at a friend’s request I contacted Atlanta Metro Roofing and spoke directly with the owner Shari, who not only listened to what I wanted but met with me within a day or two, provided me with a thorough explanation of how they worked and what products they used and why and followed up quickly with a written estimate.

The line item estimate was clear, understandable and they responded immediately with any questions I had. I even knew that I needed certain gutters replaced but unlike other quotes I had received who tried to get me to replace all, Shari and her team convinced me that wasn’t the case, saving me dollars in the process.

The install schedule was fully communicated to me via phone and text and the install completed within 2 days. Even the cleanup process was quick and seamless and caused no disruption to our day.

So thankful for Atlanta Metro Roofing coming through for our roof repair. We had missing shingles from the recent storms. We called several roof companies and many wouldn’t even help us or required a $500 minimum. We called Atlanta Metro Roofing and Shari and her team were on it. We got an instant quote and within the day, she had her guys up on our roof. Their quote was very reasonable and by the end of the day, we had our roof repaired.

We had a new roof installed on our townhouse last week, and we can't recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing highly enough. Every aspect of the process went smoothly, and the job was completed on time. The owner is an excellent communicator- she returned phone calls promptly and saw to it that questions were answered.

I was very pleased with every aspect a new roof installed by Atlanta Metro roofing and dealing with Shari Zippay. From the very first roof inspection to the actual work by her crew, they came in at seven in the morning and were done at 7 PM that afternoon cleaned up, checking for mail drops, very efficient operation.

They were very easy to work with. Leo came the next day after I called to inspect the work needed and took pictures to show me what else needed to be addressed.
They came on time and completed the work without any problems.

Without a doubt the best decision I have made while renovating my house. They were fast, highly knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant people to do business with. The gutters and gutter guards are of high quality and come in a variety of colors (we went with black). AMR was honest in their pricing. We had 3 other roofers give estimates and they were outrageously overpriced according to costs of roofing for our area. AMR is extremely easy to work with. Our decision to select Atlanta Metro Roofing, instead of three other highly recommended roofing companies, was not based on cost; in fact, their estimate was plus/minuses several hundred dollars compared to the other companies. It was the scope of work included in their cost estimate; which was very thorough, showed attention to detail and focus on remedying problems which were causing water damage, not just an estimate to replace roof shingles.
Also, they were persistent in following up with our insurance company and were successful in obtaining monies for a new roof.
