ERS (Rick) has hands down provided me with one of the smoothest experiences. From first call to clean up, he walked me thru each step. By answering every question, addressing every concern and assisting me with everything I needed for my insurance. He was amazing.
My roof was very large-over 3200sq ft, so a big job. The team arrived in the morning and did not waste any time. Within an hr everything was tarped and old roof was gone. By 1:30 the new roof was complete and the cleanup was underway. When I returned home I was impressed with the clean up. You could not tell they had been here. The driveway was better then when they arrived. They were well staffed and very fast, considering the roof size, and payed attention to the details.
Each step of the process included pictures and messages. Always keeping me in the loop on progress and eta of completion.

The owner (Rick) seems like an honest, solid guy. Didn’t get the impression he was trying to sell me things I didn’t need or overcharge me. He explained what he thought was necessary with pictures from my roof and took the time to make sure I understood, answering whatever questions I had. He’s fairly communicative with updates and easy to get a hold of via text. The whole process was quick, from scheduling him coming over for a consultation to scheduling his guys to come by after we agreed on what work to complete. His contractors did good work, and if I have bigger projects in the future I’d take them to him.

Exactly what you want from any contractor. Walked through details of a proper roofing design, what options I have and their costs, and the team was on time the day of the work to get the job done. I received multiple updates during the job with pictures and callouts of potential issues. When the job was done, Rick took me on the roof and walked through what he did in detail. Wow... It was an absolute blessing that we choose ERS and our staff and members of the community are amazed. It was fun to watch these guys work as a synchronized team from start to finish with smiles all in one (1) day.
They never hesitated to answer any questions or explain the process as it happened. It left know doubt why they are rated so high for what they do. The professionalism and attention to detail even during the clean up was a surprise. We would give them a 5-plus if there was a way.

Such a great company to work with. The owner Rick was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Rick was incredible with our roof! He was remarkably thorough - even using our neighbor's metal mailbox as further evidence of the hail damage our area experienced. AER is professional and courteous. They sourced hard to find shingles that had baffled 3 other contractors and beautifully repaired the damage from the hurricane. We continue to work with them on other exterior projects.

I honestly don't even know how to begin this review...and I have written dozens and dozens of reviews for a variety of services.
But THIS review for Atlanta Expert Roofing Solutions will be my favorite one to write.
Edwin (Rick) Snell, owner and contractor, is a consummate professional.
He and his crew arrived early yesterday morning and completed the work on the most beautifully detailed, carefully executed and precision artistry I have ever seen.
Their work ethic, attention to detail, and overall professionalism is extraordinary.
Rick texted me at the start of each new phase of the project, answered all of my questions and made certain that I was satisfied with the completion of each phase as well.
Rick is kind and knows his craft.
I will highly recommend him to neighbors and friends.
He and his crew exceeded everyone of my expectations, cleaned the yard and driveway (not only mine, but my next-door neighbor's as well), and there is no reason to call anyone else for a new roof.

Did a very good job. Only took a couple hours, they started it at 7 and finished at 1. The workers then stayed to roll magnets around and get most of the nails or metal that was replaced. The owner is very Respectful and honest.

When they say 3rd time is a charm! I had 2 encounters with 2 other companies that didn’t give me a 1/3 of what Rick did! All they wanted was insurance info & couldn’t even tell me how big my roof is. My instinct was to keep looking. I have never met a contractor that was as thorough as Rick, (Atlanta Expert Roofing). He explained EVERYTHING abt replacing a roof. He made me feel confident that I made the right choice. He helped me move outdoor furniture in preparation for his team. He answered any question before I could ask. Rick and Emmanuel were both very knowledgeable and got the work done just in time for Hurricane Helene to come through Atlanta. We found no leaks after the storm, and we look forward to working with them again when it's time for a new roof.

After reading all the reviews and researching Google, I was impressed. However from the first time I met with Rick, I knew he was knowledgeable about all aspects of the roofing industry. Rick was such a pleasure to deal with, very oriented to serving his customers. I had a difficult hail claim with my insurance denying the claim, (let's say SF wasn't to accepting of the claim), Rick worked and fought with the insurance over a course of 9 months. The insurance finally caved in and came through with the money. Rick's roofing crew is amazing at how well they work, were on the roof at daylight and did not stop until completed at 2:30PM, and this is a very large steep grade roof and three large dormers in front. The clean up of the old roofing was fast and efficient. The area was swept with a magnet sweeper for nails, but I still find one or two that escaped into the grass. All together an efficient and servicing company to deal with. The roofing products they use are of top quality, not low grade products. I would recommend Atlanta ERS to anyone needing or wanting a roof replacement or repair.

ERS Roofing is the epitome of what a small business should be - a machine that runs like and provides a product of a larger firm that’s managed hands-on by a consummate professional that cares most about the customer. Rick Snell has found that balance and I’d suggest anyone looking for roof services reach out to him.

Throughout the process of getting quotes from several other firms and balancing my own work schedule which can change with little notice Rick demonstrated patience and absolutely no pressure or “salesmanship” - he simply answered my questions, of which there were many, offered all of his time I cared to take, and ultimately showed me his company was the one to trust with my house.

Rick’s thoroughness not only in execution of the GAF products he uses but also all the administrative stuff - proof of insurance, permitting, clean up, supply delivery - was apparent and refreshing. Fantastic communication from start to finish. Pricing was fair, appropriate, and frankly more than reasonable for a small business in this market.

The roofing team showed up on time, were pleasant in demeanor and operated with vigor for the entire 11 hours it took them to remove, completely re-deck, and install my house’s roof. Rick was present for a majority of the day and at no point was there a question of the quality of work. 

At the end of the day my house looked far better, I had the peace of mind of a roof that’s now warranted through the manufacturer for decades, and my yard was clean.

Ok so our neighborhood got hit with a pretty good hail storm our subdivision has 17 houses in it. I am not kidding when I say 1 hour after the storm I had 3 different people knock on my door wanting to put up drones etc to get us a new roof. It was high pressure and relentless. The next day we had 5 more people knock on the door. 1 of them was Edwin. I gave him 5 minutes to explain to me why I should waste my time talking to him. He explained everything in great detail and admitted he couldn't " gaurentee" our insurance would agree to replace our roof. I agreed to let them go up and look they took tons of pictures then worked with our ins. Company to go through the motions of getting us a new roof. Truth be told he was not pushy at all like most of the rest. We agreed to have them do our roof. Edwin is a great guy and we had a few disagreements so I had Rick his son and the owner come to the house to explain some things. Rick is a super great guy that is very professional and brought me a quote and spent over an hour goin line by line with the quote and answered all the questions I had. They did our roof in a day. I cooked the team a Boston butt for after they got done. We are so happy we chose them to do our roof. Great, honest,and just all around good people with a wonderful professional crew. I thank all of them personally for doing such a fantastic job. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We got five quotes for replacing our roof. Rick was the only company owner who met with us to provide the quote and thoroughly explain the process. We did our due diligence, and based on the fact that Rick supervises the install himself, has a dedicated crew who have worked with him for many years, and that Atlanta Expert Roofing Solutions is a local business, licensed, insurred, as well as a certified installion specialist for the roofing system used. The installation was completed within one day, cleanup was thorough, and we received photo updates throughout the day. A quick, easy, and painless process. Our new roof looks great!

We had a great experience with Atlanta ERS! We had some damage from hail earlier this year and Rick came over with the insurance adjuster and pointed out some things the adjuster had missed and we were approved for a whole new roof. Atlanta ERS finished the job in one day and threw in some nice upgrades including roof vents, ice and water shield, and synthetic felt which translated into a 50 year warranty on the new roof. Very happy customers!
