They were excellent at each stage of my project. The cleanup after a pipe burst was quickly and thoroughly done. I really appreciated their helpfulness and communication - they were available to me at all times. I would highly recommend them for any project you have.

Had an appointment set with Jerry and another guy to track down the source of a leak. Jerry called and said he was 15 minutes out and I went out to wait for him. Over 45 minutes later, the other guy shows up and said Jerry had broke down. Jerry had the diagnostic tools needed. Before the guy left he said Jerry would reach out the next day. Never happened. Completely left me hanging. Will never use these people for anything and it took over two months to get my money back, but they were sure quick to take it. Find another company that is reliable, because this one is NOT!

Amazing company to do business with. With so many bad contractors out there this organization has it together. Our Super. John is the best. If anyone is looking to scout a great Super. for big money, this is your guy. Honestly, this guy knows what he’s doing and follows up and follows through. Our house looks great and I would use these guys again. Also, April and Jennifer, part of the mitigation team, were professional and honest and really great to work with.

ATI Restoration team is easy to work with. They are knowledgable and genuinely care about getting the job done right. They helped repair the interior wall in my garage from water damage. They came the my house and dried out the wall, took measurements, and repaired and painted the wall. They worked with me and my insurance company very well. I am so happy with the end result. I would definitely use them again if I need help in the future.

Do not do business with this company!! I did business with them about eight or nine months ago. They finished the job for me, so I thought we had a good business relationship and had another job to be done. I contacted Gray Eagle and sent over my estimate from my insurance company for the work that had to be done. Another company took care of the remedial work. I contacted Gray Eagle in the November timeframe last year. They came out and did their estimate and told me that no work could be done until after the new year which I understood because of the holidays. After that I tried contacting them in January and February got a complete runaround, I personally talked to Vanessa Interiano on several occasions and she assured me that Ryan Inman was taking care of the discrepancy between them and my insurance companies estimate and that he would be in contact with me while working with my insurance company. I got the complete runaround from both of these people never return my phone call never returned my text messages and found out that my insurance company had the same problem with Ryan and Vanessa not responding to their emails or their phone calls. Very disappointing considering I was trying to give them repeat business. They could’ve at least given me the courtesy of saying they didn’t want the job instead of completely ignoring me. I think this is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate giving the fact that we’ve done business before. after giving me the runaround for several months and our house being torn up from the remedial work, I now have to find another contractor to do the job. I repeat, do not do business with these unprofessional individuals!!! I will never do business with GraEagle again or refer them to my worst enemy! if I could give them less than a one I would.

We are 100% satisfied with the work GraEagle did to restore our home after a flood. Each member of the team was easy to work with and quick to respond. Mario and Jimmy did unbelievable drywall, texturing, and painting work. Our home looks better than it did before it flooded!

GraEagle just finished work from water damage. I could not be happier! They were very responsive, kept in constant communication and finished the job timely. The guys are so pleasant as well. Highly recommend!

I had a pipe burst, and my insurance company recommended GRA Eagle Construction. after hiring them, they lied to me multiple times, tried to pad the bill, and just ignored me and my repairs. I fired them after dealing with them for 6 months, with no repairs getting started let alone completed.

I have been using GraEagle over the years through my insurance company and have always been happy with them. They have done several different repairs on multiple properties. Any issues that developed after the work, they came back and took care of it with no questions asked. In Las Vegas, that is not common. I highly recommend them.

Graeagle has the insurance money to start. I was led to believe once they had the insurance money I would hear from a supervisor a superintendent, it's Monday afternoon of the next week I called the office they won't have a superintendent come out here until Tuesday afternoon. She told me he had the day off. So now I'm waiting on an appointment from this guy. Nobody told me the routine here the other team that I had a chance to bid that put in a bid I didn't select them they were ready to start today. I'm a hundred percent disabled veteran don't use Gray Eagle and let you get the straight Scoop from the start now they may make it up to me by getting it done and get it done right and it better be right and I'll rethink my review but from the start. I'm not happy I got one toilet and one shower am I I got stuff thrown everywhere where they've had to move stuff out of closets and it's crazy.

They did a great job on remodeling our bathroom. This was the second time we have used them, they did our kitchen before and that was also a great job.

GraEagle is awesome!! They provided friendly and professional service. The carpenter Rick was very knowledgeable and listened to what I needed done. I am so happy I used GraEagle!

The folks at GraEagle did a top notch job on our condo. Jesse was our project point person, and he was very responsive and always made us feel like our project was the only project he was working on, even though he manages many projects at a time. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. I would highly recommend GraEagle!!

I selected GraEagle as a one stop shop that could handle the needs to repair the water damage in my 82-year-old mother‘s kitchen. GraEagle did everything from start to finish even when we had a hiccup, they resolved it with professionalism and proficiency even to go beyond the call of duty. Clients often look only at an contractors rating but it’s better to research to see how well a contractor performs when things that don’t go right. GraEagle stands by their workmanship and gives their customers the best customer satisfaction they deserve. GraEagle was exceptional and gave my mom a beautiful restored kitchen that exceeded our expectation. I see why USAA trusts and refers their customers to this awesome contracting company. I want to give a special thank you to the subcontractor, Timothy, for doing a wonderful job overseeing this entire project. I definitely recommend this company for USAA claims customers .

GraEagle came out to do a restoration project. As of this review, 9 months later the job still isn't finished. Their workers and subcontractors left the house unlocked with no one home, and left the key out in the open. They destroyed a couple pieces of furniture but would not admit to it. GraEagle tossed out my personal property from the garage, and refused to make amends. Well... actually GraEagle agreed to make amends at first, then a month later changed their minds. When they repainted the walls they only painted half of the wall and caused an obvious two tone color. They dinged up walls and refused to fix them. Ryan Inman and GraEagle have zero integrity! I sincerely hope no one else has to go through my experience, please heed my review and stay away from GraEagle!!!!
If anyone needs proof, I have documentation of all voicemails, emails, texts, and even video of everything in this review.

Great job, nice guys, clean work. Had a sliding glass door removed and replaced with french doors. Looks original. The interior and exterior finish work is impeccable. Will be contacting them again in the future for more work for sure.

GraEagle did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel. They were attentive to every detail, finished ahead of schedule and came in under the quoted price. Very satisfied.

1st time we used Gra eagle Amfam recommended. A car drove through our brick wall in front of the house. Gra eagle had the place cleaned up just a few days. Did all repairs, stucco, wall, landscape and paint in about 1 week.
We have another Claim pending so I will leave another review.
But so far Gra eagle has done nothing but exceed expectations. An honest review.

Allstate pushed this contractor on us, they made us sign all kinds of legal paperwork to protect there buisness and took $1000 deductable. After 2 months nothing done in our bathroom. Called and complained to GraEagle office all I got was excuses. Called Allstate , still excuses. Not a big job and going on 3 months now. They take on too many jobs and only care about money. Do yourself a favor and call another contractor that cares about you.

First off they were way too expensive we had two projects preformed by GraEagle they were 4000 over the estimate from the insurance company I was going to have Allstate use a different contractor after it took them 3 weeks to send me an email I gave the receptionist my Email 3 different times the window which we waited 3 months was wrong it opened form the wrong side they did give replace our curtains for their error the repairs made to our ceiling were imperfect they would not work with me for out of pocket upgrades I would not refer them we have a bathroom remodel coming up and I will not even call them for an estimate
