Christina is amazing! She is on top of everything, a great communicator and always gets back to us when she says she will.

I was very hesitant of reaching out to a company when we had our bathtub overflow. Friends and family who have DIY-ed their fixes had me second guessing how I should tackle this.

Kirby was so unbelievably patient with me on the phone as I watched water pour out of my ceiling fan on a Sunday evening when everyone else was closed, and when winds picked up our call disconnected and he called me back immediately. I felt like he was holding my hand through the phone and reassuring me that I'll get through this, whether it was with him or not, but that he would be there as soon as I needed if so.

When he came by he explained everything he was doing and listened to all my concerns, he tested areas I hadn't even considered would have been affected and found water that I would have missed. He went over the plan and each time he found something new he would talk it over with me right then and there.

He had Ryan and Ben come out to get started and they were phenomenal. Honestly, you can tell they love what they do and that brought me a lot of comfort knowing they would be the best equipped for the job. They were very communicative the entire time, friendly, and reassuring.

All in all, is this something I could have done myself? That YOU can do yourself? The answer is... Maybe?? But the peace of mind knowing professionals did the job correctly is so much better than worrying if you did it right to begin with.

I had Servpro come out to clean up after a broken pipe flooded our kitchen, not once but twice! Both times they had a crew on the scene within an hour or two to quickly mitigate water damage, and were knowledgeable and detail-oriented throughout the process. Fortunately we seemed to have escaped without any permanent damage, and I know it is thanks to this excellent crew. They were also so friendly and kind through it all. Austin, Zach, Ben, and Paul did a great job. And Ashley in the office was also so kind and helpful in getting everything organized. I hope I never need to see them again, but if I do, I know I'll have the best.

Extremely disappointed in this company’s customer service. Austin Allen was the one who came to my house to do the inspection to give us a quote. After many, many calls back and forth because neither us, or the insurance agent got the quote that was supposedly sent out, Austin just stopped answering his phone, and didn’t return any of our calls all together. This was extremely disappointing after being told by Austin himself that someone would be able to start on the job that same week. Not sure why he couldn’t have just said they weren’t interested in the job, instead of leaving us hanging for weeks.

I had water damage from a leak under my shower. Austin came out to give estimate. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Paul & Ricky did the remediation and put in the fans to dry everything out. They were very friendly, professional & did a great job. Plus, every time I needed to call with a question or concern, Ashley was outstanding. Very helpful & friendly. So I would definitely recommend this company.

Proj MGR: Austin and his follow-up crew of; Ryan n Trey, were simply AWESOME is the best way to explain; the quick, responsive, professional, understanding, knowledgeable folks who restored my flooded crawl space like new. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for my emergency home needs. Thanks again.

Austin, Paul and Ricky did a fantastic job on our home in Fallon. They were professional and very caring. We had a short amount of time and we appreciate them for the excellent service! Also, appreciate Ben and Zach for coming early to pick up equipment.

I had a slow leak inside my wall and by the time we discovered it we already had mold in the crawl space. I contacted Ashley with Servpro of Reno East. She worked with the insurance company to ensure they would cover milage because we live a long way from Reno. All the guys that worked on the house were friendly and professional. John explained the process thoroughly so we had no surprises. Ben tolerated my boys football questions well and Ricky was a trouper doing the crawlspace work. Kirby came in to finish up the work and make final recommendations. I am happy with the work performed. The only downfall of the process was that my insurance company failed to pay when it was already said and done.

Great crew. Especially Trey, Austin, Ryan, Paul, Zach and Kirby. They were fast, easy to get a hold of, and offered helpful advice on dealing with the restoration process.

We had a small fire at a business and needed smoke abatement handled asap to reopen the business. Austin, Ryan, and Trey did everything in their power to help us get this done. They were there within an hour of the fire department leaving and had the work completed working late at night even by the following day. They cared about the business and that is rare these days.

I had water damage and my insurance company recommended ServPro to deal with the water mitigation. Immediately I got a call from Austin to set up his appointment for assessment the same day! He was very informative and explained the whole process thoroughly, which made me feel at ease. Once the assessment was done, Austin was able to send their crew to come the next day to finish the job. Ryan and Trey did a fantastic job cleaning up the damaged area! They were both so courteous and very professional which made me a very satisfied customer. I definitely would recommend them!

Ashley in the office was extremely helpful in understanding our needs, while Austin came out to remove the graffiti off our building and concrete walkway! Once the job was completed, Everything looked great and was done in a timely manner.

If I could rate this company 10 stars I would. From start to finish it was such a pleasant experience.I have two toddlers so I have plenty of stains on my carpet that I have tried everything for, but nothing worked. After working with them my carpet looks brand new. 10/10 experience, definitely would recommend!

I have used Servpro on two different occasions as a mitigation company through insurance. The first time I used in there was a lot of confusion from my insurance company, but the staff at Servpro were very helpful in navigating me through the process. Ashley Was one of the people that I’ve dealt with both times and she’s been Nothing but helpful, professional, and extremely responsive Through my entire process.
Paul Was the representative that came out in the field and helped mitigate water damages in my house. He was timely and professional. He took his time and making sure things were done right and answered all of my questions in the process. And when he didn’t know, he was able to help me get answers.

The best service in a bad situation!!!!

Servpro responded to our flooded laundry room. They came late in the day and stayed until the floor was was torn up and the dehumidifier was installed and running. The team checked back frequently until humidity levels were normal. Great job and would definitely call again!

In the process of buying a new home, and our closing day is tomorrow. In a bit of a panic, we called SERVPRO last minute to inspect the house for any mold, and they were able to come right away. An incredibly professional team of dedicated individuals. When my washing machine overflowed, their office was quick to react and had someone out ASAP. This team is incredible! I had no idea where to begin when Mitzy (my cat) got herself stuck in my vent register/crawlspace.
