This company is a life saver. They work as both a project manager and a general contractor who can coordinate different home remediation projects. They built a professional plan for my home since the home required an unusual scope of work and worked with the condition of the home and did everything they could to ensure the home is restored to a healthy living environment.

I highly recommend them if you have worked with other companies who could not get the job done! I spoke with hundreds of companies who could not help like R4 can.

R4 remodeled our kitchen and did a great job. They were willing to do the job exactly as we wanted, always conscious of pricing issues and kept prices as low as possible, always showed up when they said, and were honest throughout the process. The quality of their work is excellent. A lot of contractors would fail on all these counts and believe me I got stuck with a lot of that kind too. I'd hire R4 again in a minute!

R4 performed a complete mitigation and hardwood floor replacement due to a leak in my bathroom. I must say from the initial communication I felt totally confident that R4 was the best company for the job. During the entire process despite multiple challenges from my insurance company R4 remained professional and even helped in rectifying all issues with my insurance company. I experienced damage to my roof because of storms. R4 responded very quickly. They worked directly with my insurance company by providing detailed professional reports outlining the damage. Their approach made it easy for my insurance company to approve and payout the claim. The contractors were professional, friendly, and respectful. They assured me that the repairs would be accomplished using the best materials and the job would be completed accurately. It was a very good experience. Because of the work R4 did on my home, one of my neighbors also gave R4 business with outstanding results.

As a new homeowner dealing with a flood for the first time, I wasn't sure who to trust and knew very little about the process, but R4 Restoration have proved they are the real deal. They came out the same day, promptly got everything set up, kept me very updated on drying efforts, and worked with us on the rebuild as well. My insurance company ended up trying not to pay me even though R4 did everything right by the book. They went above and beyond in helping inform me of my rights as a policyholder and advocating on my behalf to my insurance company to ensure that everything got covered. I reached out to John with R4 restoration for an estimate on a property I was considering buying in November 2023. The crawl space was covered in mold. John was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. We moved forward with the remediation and also encapsulation of the crawl space. The team that did the work was top notch. I showed up one day and the main gentleman doing the work insisted on walking me around and proudly showing me what they had done. It was evident he took so much pride in his work and taking care of customers, a rare trait lately. In the few months since I have had the work done, numerous contractors have been in and out of the crawl space (electricians, plumbers, termite inspector..) All of them have commented on how good my crawl space looks and the exceptional quality of the work. Having all these people confirm the quality of the work is a great feeling .

R4 is the best company to work with in solving homeowner problems or issues with mold! Very knowledgeable and responsive. They came right away and everyone we dealt with was an absolute joy. Great team and reasonable cost. I can’t say enough good about them.

I do not recommend them. I had a $100K insurance job to rebuild after storm damage. It was problematic throughout. They use substandard labor and materials and do not supervise sub contractors. The so-called accountant for R4 actually threatened me and was not even good at accounting. Bottom line, do not work with these people, find someone else.

Great service! I especially loved the lady (Lourdes) in the office, when I talked to her on the phone. Nice, straight forward, and very
knowledgeable. The whole office is nice its like and the workers work hard. R4 is a company I do recommend!

My husband and I have been meeting with different contractors trying to find a company to do our renovations before we move into our new home. We met with a few before finding R4 restorations and decided to see what type of estimate they would give us (we had some give is outrageous estimates for even the smallest of jobs like pricing the master bath as a 50k job when all we’re doing is changing from a single to a double vanity and replacing the shower). But then halfway during our meeting I was told by Jeremy, “I was skeptical to come out here because of the amount you said you wanted to spend” - translation: “I didn’t want to come out here because I thought you were poor and couldn’t afford our services”. All because I asked like any NORMAL person how much something would cost. I was asked upon scheduling how much I wanted to spend so I told the lady realistically I didn’t want to spend over a certain amount. That does NOT mean that was the cap budget amount. But to have the GM actually state that he was skeptical to come out because of the amount stated that I WANTED to spend (not how much I COULD spend) was highly UNprofessional. And when he found out we had already met with a few contractors before him he seemed offended and said “then why am I here”. I’m sorry but I don’t know of ANYBODY who meets with only 1 or 2 contractors and settles on one. I allowed him to finish doing whatever he needed to do but to be honest we will not be going with them. If their GM can speak to a potential client that way then that’s not the company for us.

Jacob is a wonderful Project Manager. He was always responsive, pleasant, and made the standard bumps of a flood/renovation completely manageable. I’d definitely use him/them again …

I highly recommend these guys! Very professional! We discovered some water in the basement from a rodent. R4 immediately came out and kept the site extremely clean. The put down floor cover from the entry door to the work site. Removed all the water damaged floors. Set up the fans and dried us out. It worked out great. We couldn’t be happier with the work. The really helped us out in a jam.

I manage several rental properties and R4 is my go-to place for everything water and mold-related, but recently I also had the team tackle a whole-house renovation for me. There were some hiccups (there always are with a large construction project with subcontractors), but Jeremy Brimer (the owner) was always calm and gave every confidence that things would be made right. I had a leak that ruined my kitchen flooring. R4 came immediately, dried and replaced the flooring and did an incredible job. Would definitely recommend!

I experienced two occasions with R4 Restoration. One was due to flooding. The second was a clean-up after another remolding company did poor work. R4 was knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. The company uses equipment with the latest in technology. If I should ever experience mold, mildew, flooding, or need to make changes to my home I will not hesitate to hire R4 Restoration.

I'm so happy I found Jeremy and his team at R4! A friend referred me years ago and since then R4 has helped me with work at two houses and a business property over the years. When a tree fell on my house during a storm, they handled the insurance companies and got me every possible dollar to repair my house. And they do great work!

R4 Restoration was one of the companies I called and they stood out from the initial contact. I was going to be in the area for only 2 days and they were able to accommodate my schedule. They came out to meet me and inspect the damage while I was in town. Throughout the claim, the R4 team represented, and exceeded, the qualities I was looking for in a contractor. R4 did an excellent job of redoing our entire walk-in tile shower after a botched attempt by a previous person. However, unfortunately there was a small defect in the shower liner that was used, and it caused a very slow leak over time (about 1.5 years).

So why am I giving R4 a Five-star review if the original installation failed? It's simple, it's because of how Paulo, Matthew, Gabby and others handled themselves once the problem was brought to their attention. Once they verified where the leak was coming from, they promptly began work on repairing the entire floor of the shower, without any cost to me, under warranty.

They also took the time to understand what went wrong during the initial install, and made sure to remedy it. Throughout the entire process, they were professional and courteous. It's rare that you find a company that stands behind their work nowadays, R4 is one of those companies.

We had a flood from our second floor laundry room that traveled to the first floor destroying the walls and ceiling. We found the leak on Monday, they came out same day, dried everything out and restored by Thursday. I was very impressed with the crews they sent to our home. We highly recommend R4 Restoration and will use them again if ever needed.

R4 took care of us when we had some roof damage due to hailstorm. We also had some interior repair needed due to water leak from the roof. They were fast, communicative, efficient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. I trust them and it was a pleasure working with them and I'd highly recommend R4!

During a major commercial new build project on Laval road in Lawrenceville we had excessive moisture content in the concrete slabs on two 3600 plus sq. ft. buildings due to the abnormal rainy season in 2018. This could have prevented us from meeting the project timelines. R4 Restoration decided to make a charitable contribution of their equipment, manpower and professionalism to remove the moisture content in a timely manner. This was a major factor in the completion of the interior of the facilities!

I called R4 in a panic because I had just purchased my 5th wheel RV and discovered my washing machine line had not been installed correctly causing water to leak through out. They came quickly and were able to dry out the carpet, subfloor and undercarriage before any serious damage happened. Thank you for your quick and professional help! I highly recommend them.

R4 responded to our home after it sustained some storm damage which included water entering our home in a couple of places. With several other things on my mind related to the damage itself that day, I found Jeremey, Matthew and crew to be a huge help with getting our roof tarped and items removed from a room that was rendered unusable. They continued with a water remediation program that involved constant attention which they flawlessly provided. They were very responsive to any concerns I had during the process which was appreciated. I would recommend them if you are in need of water damage remediation services.

I called R4 when my washer started to flood and checked our crawlspace to make sure it hadn’t gotten through. It didn’t but thank goodness they checked because they noticed a leak from our master bathroom that we couldn’t see from in the house and it had created a bigger problem with mold in the crawlspace. They were great to get a crew there quickly to get it all removed and everything cleaned back up. Very professional and I would absolutely recommend!

Everyone at R4 has been great. John and Dario in particular have made sure everything was taken care of. I'm 6 months pregnant, so worrying about mold and water damage in the walls and floors was very stressful but they were able to get things vapor-locked, dried out and sanitized quickly. I would highly recommend them!

And they did great job as usual. They helped us isolate some open rooms and installed negative pressure filtration systems. It was great having professional help and they even provided some awesome photos and video footage for us to use in our social media posts. Scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks out since that was as soon as they could come and longer than I wanted. Day came they didn't show. Called, they had no idea what I was talking about. Asked them to reschedule, they called back said they don't go that far. I had taken off for the estimate. A little advice, put that on 3rd party apps you use so folks can know and you stop wasting others time.

We had a slow leak that turned into a lake under our sink. Once we got that fixed we were worried about mold, especially since my husband has asthma and we have an 8 month old baby. A rep from R4 came and inspected, and there was no visible mold. We were then offered an air treatment called SteraMist to disninfect the air and improve our air quality since that’s what I was concerned about. The treatment was fairly quick but we all noticed and huge difference initially and continue to see the benefits. Everything just smells fresher, and it’s great knowing there weren’t any chemicals flying around landing on stuff in our house. R4 is a great company, I would highly recommend them!!

I love R4 Restoration. They've done work for us a few times both for our homes and business. Always professional, always keeping us in the loop, work is always completed and if anything is not to satisfaction, they fix it.

We have request quote over 4 weeks ago, they said they want me to get engineer to advise from engineer they referred and paid $400, after that and its been over 2 weeks and still no quote nor any communication, We just got tired of awaiting and decided to with another company. Just wasted time with this company
