I have worked with both Alan and Aaron on multiple projects and they both care deeply about the projects they take on. They are always putting their customers needs first by keeping a well organized system of operations. I would highly recommend them.

If we had to describe our experience with Aaron and Alan and the whole crew at ATA Residential Solutions it would be, “beyond.”
- Our gorgeous four season sunroom addition with porch is “beyond” what we envisioned!
- Our new maintenance free deck is “beyond” beautiful and waiting to christened by friends and family.
- The crew was “beyond” friendly, courteous, timely, and very respectful of being in our space!
- We had a couple challenges and the crew went above and “beyond” to find a solution that was better than the original plan.
- Their attention to detail was “beyond” expectations. Shane, the foreman, was exceptional in making a very persnickety client happy!
- Communication was probably what we appreciated the most. ATA uses an app that keeps you up to date of what will be happening in the next week or so, money due if applicable, and generally any and everything going on with your project! When the staff arrived in the morning they gave us a rundown of what would be happening that day and when they left, what the plans were for the next day. If we texted Aaron and Alan with anything, they replied immediately! Unheard of! It was “beyond!”
Needless to say, we cannot recommend ATA enough!

Alan, Aaron, and their team were highly professional and knowledgeable and did an amazing job replacing the wood siding on a chimney, replacing some rotting wood, and matching the existing color of the home. Their communication was top notch, and we can’t wait to use them for some of our own home projects and will be recommending them to our future and existing clients.

We hired ATA the boys to remodel my mother-in laws master bathroom this summer. I'm very happy I did. They did a great job and they were always on time too. Mom was REALLY happy once it was all done. We had the opportunity to work with ATA for our home addition project. Our favorite thing about ATA was the friendliness of the crew! Every day they came to work at our home, they were polite, professional, friendly, and courteous. We are very pleased with the quality of the finishes, their work on our exterior has helped to update and improve the look of our curb appeal! No construction project would be without bumps in the road, but ATA worked with us in a professional and understanding way to come to a mutual solution for all of our concerns.

Alan and his team did a great job on our mess of a laundry/mud room. They turned my scattered ideas into beautiful and functional space. They also did a great job of changing plans when our house threw them curve balls.

Alan, Aaron and their team did a great job with my upstairs remodel. Everyone on the team were great. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable with them working in my condo. We were looking to make renovations to our Lake Fenton location and ATA answered the call. These guys came into our facility during normal business hours, and maintained a spotless working area and continued to work around our day to day operations. They were able to work us into their schedule, and made our renovation complete in a very timely manner. We are very pleased that we chose ATA as our contractor, and we look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future. All of the folks at ATA that we had communications with were very professional in all aspects of operations.

First off one of the most appealing qualities of this company is it is family owned and ran. With that being said they have family values, now a days that is a rarity. The professional manner in which all concerns were addressed was greatly appreciated.

Aaron and his team did a fabulous job! The whole staff is trustworthy and down to earth. Having people work in our home was a concern of ours but we instantly felt comfortable when we met everyone. We love the finished project, our basement bathroom is the talk of friends. They installed our Sauna and Steam shower and they look amazing. ATA is a family owned/run business with local roots, that we’ve had out to our home for 2 separate project's (they’ve now redone our entire home in hardwood).
The Hamiltons and their crew do top notch work, have an attention to detail, and make the entire experience very easy.
I couldn’t recommend them enough and we will be using them for any remodeling in the future.

We are currently building an outdoor living space for a client and hired ATA to build a custom poolside gazebo for the project. ATA offered us top notch service from beginning to end. They kept the site clean, showed up on time, worked around our crew, the employees were professional, and finished the project in a timely manner. They even made sure to lay drop clothes down over our pavers they were working over so that they didn’t do any damage to them during construction. We are glad we chose ATA and are looking forward to using them again on many more projects in the future. Aaron and AJ are great guys with a professional company.

Of the three companies that we solicited bids from, ATA was by far the most reasonable. The craftsmen employed by ATA were to a person highly skilled, personable and more than willing to add special touches requested by the customer. The ATA team finished our basement and created a beautiful and functional environment for our family to enjoy. Everyone on their team was very professional. The project had some delays, but they were primarily introduced by their subcontractors. There were also pricing mistakes that led to the project to coming in significantly over budget that keep me from giving the team 5 stars.

We had a basement remodel done by ATA. They were very upfront with costs, even the change order was not a huge shocker, which it usually is with other contractors.

The plumber and electricians that were used by ATA were incredible. Dave (electrician) and his team were extremely professional and were good at informing us and answering questions. Mike (plumber) extremely knowledgable and a true tradesman.

AJ and Aaron are a great team. They helped us on design features and our layout. It is truly a unique area. We have recommended them to many people in our neighborhood. They're a young company, but you'll be very happy with the quality of the product and customer service you'll receive.

We hired ATA to refurbish/remodel our old deck, from wood to Trex. The team was very responsive and always addressed any concerns I had, there were some issues due to weather but other than that the project went off without a hitch. I would have no problem calling ATA for any future home projects I may have, and I have already given their number to a few friends and family.

After receiving many quotes their price beat all other competitors, along with that they were very flexible, efficient, and both of our jobs were completed in a timely manner! ATA recently remodeled our half-bath and they did a great job. They installed and rerouted water fixtures and heating vents, fixed drywall, repainted the room, installed new floor and trim, and also installed a new sink. They were easy to work with, kept us informed on the progress and any hiccups, and were nice and professional. Family owned business and really nice guys. Our bathroom is no longer from the 1990s. Did a great job with new vinyl plank flooring and trim throughout the house as well as remodel of kitchen. Very fair pricing, and team was professional, easy to work with and will definitely look to them for any work needed in the future!
