I had a slight leak on the back of my gutters at a corner. They came out to take a look and it was a very simple fix. I wasn't charged, and they said just keep us in mind if you have any future gutter needs. Well that goes without saying, as I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing gutter services and they will be the first company I reach out to for any gutter issues!

Very good experience with Green Oak Gutters. I was happy with the gutters installed, however, I thought that they had accidentally damaged my aluminum siding. I met with the owner and he showed me pictures they took prior to installation and the dents were there already there. However, they did something surprising. The owner came back and repaired my aluminum siding for free. This owner is a nice person, I was delighted with their follow-up and customer service.

Green Oak came out to replace our gutters and were amazingly fast and professional! When there was a minor issue remaining they came back and fixed it at no cost. I can’t say enough good things.

I had an excellent experience with Green Oak gutters. They installed seamless gutters on my three-story colonial-style home. The sales team was cordial and responsive. The installation team was very professional and efficient. They performed a high-quality job installing the seamless gutters and also the downspouts going through the deck into the ground drains. Their response time to my request for a quote was quick, the quote was easy to understand and the price as at least 15% lower than any other quotes I had gotten. The process of getting installation was fast and easy. When the installer got here to complete the job he was careful to review the project scope with me and be sure that we were on the same page about how the project would be completed. The final product looks outstanding! I have used several different gutter companies in the past for different jobs and this is by far the best experience I have had. Highly recommend!!

Great service and great value! Price was very competitive. They accommodated me to remove old first and allowing for the painters to come in, then came back for the installation. Good communication throughout, on time and left the area very clean. I got the 6 inch variety with leaf covers. The gutters look fantastic and enhance the look of the house. We had a few good rains already since, and everything works really well. Recommended!

Green Oak Gutter is an amazing company to work with! The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had storm damage in October and contacted a different company that told me they could get an estimate to me in January and they were scheduled out through late summer. That was not going to work so I called Green Oak and I had an estimate in my inbox in under three days!

The work was completed today and my home looks so beautiful and finished with my brand new six inch seamless gutters and downspouts. I highly recommend your first and only call for new gutters be to this family owned and run business! They are reasonably priced and do quality work!

Upon initial installation there were a few items I was not happy with. Unfortunately I was not home at time of installation to address the concerns at that time. Upon calling the office, the entire staff was attentive to my concerns. Within hours of raising my issues another crew was dispatched to my home and the issues were corrected.

Even though there were issues initially, I give Green Oak Gutter 5 stars because they have excellent customer service and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would recommend their services to anyone!

What made me write this review is that they removed window film that our builder left on our windows(50ft above ground) in the dead of winter! Initially the film wasn't coming off, instead of giving up(which I told them to), they asked for a blow dryer to heat the film up so it could be removed. It took them at least a half hour to do that. Above and beyond what I would have expected.

Just wanted to add my experience with Green Oak. First, they were one of the only companies that even bothered to return my calls. They were prompt, professional. They have done work on my residential home and rental properties. Good price and good quality service.

Will use again next time i need gutters installed.

I left a fantastic review for Green Oak Gutter in the past. But Gail has got to be fired. Multiple occasions she is rude, argumentative and not an asset to Randy and the crew. Don’t leave her as the face to your great small business. She is terrible. Lately I have been yellowpaging gutter companies, just to avoid her incompetence. Sad, because the company does GREAT work.

A waste of time.. unethical estimating.. unprofessional.. this company prides itself on referral business however offers none and reminds me of the importance of verifying with google reviews.. suspicious that they claim to have so many satisfied customers but only 3 reviews.

They refuse to break down estimates to discuss with homeowner to verify the job is correctly estimated because they have surcharges in addition to higher costs than verbally were stated at $5.50/linear foot for 4x3 or 4" round downspouts and 6" K/Style gutter.

Save yourself a headache and choose a professional company for your project who can provide correct estimates or is willing to improve where they fall short.

I work globally within the utility and large industrial markets.. decades supporting the automotive, and critical power users alone.. I provide multiple very large estimates daily.. a good company should be flexible, truthful and able to correct errors.

Below is a letter from owner after office estimated incorrectly offering no flexibility to discuss details of estimate which included the following errors/overcharges:

Charging close to $500 to travel to job site. South Lyon to Oakland Twp. This was not discussed prior to scheduling estimate. I suggest GOG stay near their comfort zone as far as travel goes and will make sure our area Rochester/Rochester Hills/Oakland see this rating to help save time.

Incorrectly estimating linear feet, resulting in $400 over charge. Refusing to correct linear ft on estimate.

Incorrectly estimating 11 downspouts where I have only 7. Resulting in approximately $550 overcharge for 4"x3". & $800 overcharge for 4" round.
Refusing to correct estimate;

Thats an over charge of $l,450 for k/style with 4"x3" downspouts..
and an overcharge of $l,700 for 6"k style with 4" round.. even half of these figures are substantial mistakes on their part. Not to mention break all kinds of ethical business practices.

Rather than correct the estimate and provide clear pricing I received a letter from owner withdrawing estimate due to inability to provide estimate.

Stay far away from Green Oak Gutters.

Green Oak Gutter came highly recommended by my parents. Randy is the consummate professional! He and the awesome crew at Green Oak Gutter installed new gutters on my Royal Oak house in the fall. The crew foreman told me that if there were any issues to call them and they would be right out and make any corrections. Just recently, we had a large amount of rainfall and I wanted the water to drain further away from the house in one area. I called the folks at Green Oak Gutter on a Friday after hours and left a voice message. They were out at my house on Monday and the issue was corrected. Every company claims to stand behind their work, Green Oak Gutter actually does. Do not go anywhere else for your gutters!

Great Job completing the work. The estimator was very professional and the crew did a great job installing new gutters and repairing existing gutters. Highly recommended!!
