Mike was just amazing. He called before coming out to work with his eta. He was very pleasant and didn't get stressed when he had to get more material to complete the job. He texted with updates on his progress and location. He was extremely pleasant and gave a "safe" feeling to have around my home. Which is very important to a single female. I have used At Hand Heroes several times over the past year and they have been amazing each time. Mike has replaced my master shower, garage door panels, the garage opener, fixed flooring, toilets, closet doors, replaced my aging outlets (power cords were falling out or hanging out of some of my outlets when plugged in), he painted the exterior and interior of my house and even caught that my garbage disposal was missing it’s electrical clamp when he was working on my dish washer. He is super responsive and very honest. There are things that I thought I needed fixed (as per quoted from other companies I have had out) but after he inspected it he determined the issue wasn’t as extensive as I was told and in other instances no work was really needed. I appreciate that he’s honest, fair and doesn’t BS. I would highly recommend him for any handyman services you’d need.

On a Saturday morning, our front door handle broke off, and we couldn’t use the door. We reached out to Mike at At Hand Heroes, and he came out the same day—even on a weekend as it was urgent! He quickly replaced our front door hardware and even installed and programmed a smart lock for us. We’re in the Arrowhead area of Glendale and were originally recommended to him, and now we know why!
