I am so thankful for Steve and Assurance Contractors! After a horrible hail storm, we had damage to our large church's metal roof. The materials and workers arrived when they said they would and did an awesome job! It took them no time at all to install a new metal roof. Our experience with Assurance Contractors was exceptional from beginning to end. Steve understood the quality of our damaged roof and was able to provide options that were high end and updated. Our insurance originally came back covering a fraction of the cost, but Steve was able to work with our insurance to get everything except the deductible covered.
The crew did a phenomenal job cleaning up every day. Ian checked on the crew’s progress several times a day even though we live out of the way. They even power washed everything around our house twice. This was something we had not expected. We cannot be more pleased with our new roof and gutters, as well as the work to repair our stucco and windows.

Fantastic job! Great advice & help with insurance. Took one week to change over the roof and Assurant stayed on top of their already great subcontractors. Could not be happier with the job and the service!

We had a big hail storm in our area and we had a lot of damage to our roof. Assurance Contractors helped us every step of the way from assessing the damage to dealing with our insurance company. They walked us through every part of the process and were very forthcoming and honest about every detail. Supplies showed up promptly and the crew got to work shortly after that. Parts of our house were not up to code and they fixed those problems while they fixed our roof! They also put the best quality shingle on our roof so I know we will have extra life for our roof. Even with quality and extras we only paid our insurance deductible because they negotiated so well with our insurance company. Assurance Contractors is a trustworthy company and took all the headache and stress out of repairing our roof.

We had a hailstorm last year and submitted an insurance claim and needed a new roof. This is the second time we've had our home's roof replaced with Assurance Contractors since the first experience was excellent. We had high confidence in the quality work throughout the process. Nate was always willing to help me with questions throughout the process and always took my calls. He met on-site with the insurance adjuster to ensure that the adjuster didn't miss anything or important details that went into my claim. Assurance recommended a high quality roofing material at a very reasonable price. Their crew did a great job and we barely had any nails or debris to worry about afterwards. We mentioned to one of the crew members we wanted to keep some of the roofing material to replace the roof on our doghouse and we were amazed the crew went ahead and replaced our dog's roof professionally! Would highly recommend.

We had our roof replace by Assurance after a major hail storm last year. From beginning to end, Assurance provided top-tier services and at several points of the project, the team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a new roof put on by Assurance several years ago and appreciated the professionalism of their group. Everything was done in a timely manner and a few minor issues that developed much later were taken care of immediately and completely. They are a very devoted group and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for a roof replacement.

Nate did a great job answering all of my questions throughout the whole process. He also went on the roof prior to us committing to use them, and taped off one of our vents that was letting water into our master bathroom. He didn’t have to do that, but thankfully he did because the next day we had a downpour and this saved us potential water damage. When our gutters were accidentally stripped (and they weren’t supposed to be replaced), they replaced them for us at no additional cost. We also received high quality shingles and they worked directly with our insurance to make sure that everything they needed was covered.

As a home owner, I have needed roof replacement several times in the past due to storm and wind damage, and honestly I have never been disappointed in the service I have received, but Assurance Contractors took this experience to an entirely new level! There were so many teams of people involved in the process. The time they spent with my insurance adjuster making sure that not one thing would be left out of the claim was incredible. They helped me understand my roof better and what it needed, like attic vents. And the team of guys that actually put the roof on was top notch completing the install in one day while being mindful of my property. Nate, who oversaw the entire project, was so helpful and friendly. I never felt like I had to worry about this process. He took care of every detail in a timely manner. I hired Assurance Contractors to replace a hail-damaged roof, and they did wonderful work. Their price was competitive, and they started and finished on time.

Assurance Contractors was very professional and treated us 1st class. We've been having an issue with our master bathroom fan leaking and they have been out numerous times to try and find the leak. They put up new vents on the roof, crawled in our attic, and even purchased a new vanity that had some minor cosmetic damage from water. Turns out, it wasn't a roof issue, rather a HVAC issue.

Nonetheless, they did everything they could even though technically it wasn't the roof. They go above and beyond, professional, and customer service was courteous and respectful. They were very considerate when at our home as we had a newborn baby. Thank you for your excellent service and integrity!

I forgot to add, they gave me a great recommendation to get our siding upgraded along with a paint job at a very reasonable price!

My wife and I recently had our roof replaced by Assurance Contractors due to hail damage. We couldn’t be happier with our choice in working with them. Cody was amazing and went above and beyond. My insurance adjuster even commented to me that Cody was great to work with and made his job easy. We did end up with a little damage to our siding from the tear down process of the original shingles. Cody didn’t hesitate getting someone out to get everything fixed good as new before calling our job complete. We can not say enough about Cody and how he navigated us through this whole process of hail damage. He took so much time with us explaining the process and would get back to me within the hour when I had questions via text/call. Roof, gutters, paint, etc was all documented for us and sent to insurance so things would be covered. We have also referred several people to him and same story. As a business owner who strives for excellence in my office, I was impressed with how they took care of their clients.

I would not recommend using this company. They are good at making promises, but not at keeping them. They tried to overcharge me on the initial deposit. They skipped appointments. They damaged my sprinkler system. After the installation, they had to come out and make multiple repairs to the new roof.
Also, beware of their 'full payment due after substantial completion' clause, as they will not hesitate to enforce with penalties, interest and attorney fees. In summary: poor communication, mediocre workmanship and over-promised / under delivered is what I experienced.

I worked with Derek and he was very responsive and helped with all of my questions and provided great suggestions for things that were outside of their scope. They managed all the details with my insurance company and made it a very straightforward process for me. Definitely recommended!

I just had my roof replaced by Assurance, after several hail storms. The crew did a great job and arrived right on time on the install day, and gave me a courtesy doorbell ring to let me know they were getting started and to make sure I had anything I'd need out of my garage. They worked hard all day and finished and cleaned up and even sprayed my driveway down when they were through. Pre- and post- inspections have gone well, they contacted me after the job to make sure there was anything I needed or if I had any questions. They worked very well with my national insurance company and there were never any gotchas or problems.

I highly recommend working with these guys, my experience was great and they did an excellent job replacing my roof after a hail storm. Cody was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire claims process, and his roofing team did a great job installing and cleaning up. He also paid attention to the details, like repainting the rusty vents to match the trim and even adding ridge vents to make my roof up to code. The team on the back end was also great, they got everything handled through insurance with almost no effort on my part. Good commitment to quality and service.

I hired Assurance Contractors from a referral of a close friend. Which is how I like to hire professionals. So I am referring them to you, as a google search can lead you a lot of places, but with not much about knowing who to use. We worked personally with Cody, Dawn, Emily and Peter at Assurance Contractors, it was clear that their mission was to provide quality and service. And that is what I felt like I received.

We had a special need with our roof repair, where our roof joined from our house to the garage, and it was a problem area for the home... aside from the hail damage, this was a major concern that Peter took up and wanted to see fixed properly. - I have had issues with this portion of our house since we bought it. So they went to town and fixed it back to where the water runs off, and there is no potential threat of a leak or water damage with normal rain. - I am overwhelmed by the support I got to overcome this issues, which could of easily been just shingled over... thank you.

Love my new roof!!! I called several roofing companies and Steve the C.E.O. was the First one to call me back. He met with me at my house and explained the whole procedure start to finish. Good communication and the job was done start to finish the same day! Oh did i mention rain gutters, they were installed the next day.
