Associated Roofing

Associated Roofing did a great job of repairing the leaking valleys in our metal roof. Other companies had tried with no success, but John's team had a different approach. They did not patch, they went down to the roof decking, put underlayments that were not there previously, and installed the correct valley. The valley's do not leak. We highly recommend John Street and his team at Associated Roofing.

I’ve utilized Associated roofing many times in the past 10 years or so.

Had a house in Old Hickory that needed some repairs due to hail storm. I reported it to my insurance company who sent a young professional out (Super Nice Kid) and ended up denying my claim. A couple years went by and I ran into John Street working on a neighbor’s house and ask if he could spare some time to take a look. John stopped by and said we had justification for a claim. I call my insurance company and John met the adjuster out at the house and worked directly with them to get a full roof replacement. His team did a great job and cleaned everything up – no nails, trash or damage and did it in one day.

I recently had a new house built on my property in Lebanon – Associated roof did the work and it looks fabulous.

In closing; Associated Roofing has proven to be professional, on time and has open dialog with there customers. Many of my friends have utilized them now and all are extremely happy.

During a period of extreme weather in our area, my roof developed a leak. Water was coming in around an area of the roof near our chimney, and the source was difficult to find. I began calling roofers near my area to get a quote. Over a week's time, I contacted 6 different roofing companies in my area. Each time I spoke with someone who kindly explained someone would give me a call and come out. Each time that call never came. Next on my list was Associated Roofing. They were a little father away than the others, but were next on the list. I called and spoke with John. Like the others, he stated he would have someone call back when they could come out and look at the problem. Associated Roofers were different however in that John called the next day to arrange to come out! He looked at the affected area, explained to me personally what he could do to fix it, and quoted me a very fair price. Two days later it was fixed. I have never heard back from the other companies. I wish them well. However, John and Associated Roofing proved to me that the customer matters in their service. They will have my future business.
