Thank you Chris, Rick and all of the wonderful crew members who worked very hard thru the heat and in unpredictable weather. Thanks to all the workers in the SRQ office, DSW and HUD funding staff. Well, hurricane Ian, raised havoc structurally with my home, then SRQ came thru. Lots of paperwork and meetings, then the phone call came tear down on Wednesday, home will be in on Monday. Yikes, could this be true, every emotion hit me. ❤️ Everyday a different crew showed and in 26 days I received my occupancy permit. Now I’m moving in and loving it more everyday. Thanks so much for making my living conditions, healthy and safer. ❤️

Brandon was very easy to work with. They did a very good job. I would recommend Assist2Build to anyone who wants their house reroofed.

I recently received a new mobile home through the SRQ program. My experience with Assist 2 Build was exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive, professional, efficient group of people. Chris Combs was my main contact person throughout the process and was always available. Jim, the president and owner, was often on site, answering my questions and advocating for a speedy completion date. Ricky supervised much of the day to day construction, making sure everything was done properly from electrical all the way through landscaping . Even now after taking possession of my new home, I hear from Chris regularly letting me know that “Even though my project was complete doesn’t mean they won’t address any issues that may arise. I wholeheartedly recommend these contractors .

Pricing was very fair. Brandon set very clear expectation for the start of work and completion time frame. Would absolutely recommend.

This company is a trip from Hell, they were never on time, and the so called project manager didn't know what those words actually meant. They hired subcontractors that didn't complete the work, and didn't want to come back to fix the problems. Things from my home were stolen. This was the worse experience of my life. Please save yourself the heartache and pain & suffering. Don't hire them.

I had a horrible experience with Assist 2 Build. They were the contractor assigned to our project through Rebuild Florida after Hurrricane Ian damaged our home. They ended up causing more damage to our home and I had to redo nearly everything they touched. It's almost ironic that thier business cards says "Communication is the key to success." Communicaiton was an absolute nightmare! Please steer clear if you can avoid. I could not...

Hurricane Ian hit and seriously damaged our home in SWFL on Sept 28, 2022. We had wind and rain intrusion between the roof and the ceilings which caused the ceilings and insulation to collapse into our home's interior. Assist2Build was the company we hired to do the mitigation work. They removed all the ceilings and insulation so that the trusses could be observed and damage ascertained. Where needed, they also removed wall drywall to check for any mold growth. They then brought in dehumidifiers and fans to make sure everything was dried out appropriately. As the final step, a cleaning crew came in and made short work of any debris remaining in our home.
Our project manager was Chris and he was excellent. He made sure we always knew what was going to happen and when. He was available immediately for any questions or concerns that we had (which were minimal) and his prompt response to anything was greatly appreciated as we worked through one of the most stressful times in our lives.

Assist2Build did great on my home repairs! They were knowledgeable and professional while keeping me informed on everything! I enjoyed working with them and definitely plan to use them in the future!

Timely response to questions and concerns. Thorough and clear communication of plan and expectations of employees. All crews cleaned up throughly. Considerate of closing gates and doors for pets and children. Prompt arrival at predetermined time. Addressed concerns from both me and my wife, would use again.

I used Assist2Build on a Multi-Family renovation(Hardie Siding, Painting, Wood rot/repair, Cement work, Custom fabrication, Welding and deck repairs).

They were extremely responsive for beginning to end. The time-frame developed in the initial quoting period was perfectly on date, even though I had added additional items throughout. I will definitely use them again as we have developed a great relationship.

James Plant is a professional that thoroughly explains all aspects of the project from cost to the time of completion. Understands what you want and provides detail plans of getting you job done.

We just have assist2 build install our roof . The quality of the product is great. The people who have done the work are hard workers just take one day to due and work is done . Chris is the best on what he does. Price is incomparable with any other. We have more than 5 company to do an appointment for prices is redicules how they charge you for a lot of thing . One even said our roof is about to 14,000. Dollars if we financial will be almost 26,000 dollars just for a simple roof ASSIST 2 BIULD IS THE BEST ROOFING COMPANY. I WILL GUARANTEE YOU THAT.
