My house in Crescent City flooded with Hurricane Milton...quite traumatic! Asset Specialty Services came in and saved the day for my house and my sanity. What seemed like an overwhelming task to me was addressed quickly and efficiently. My belongings were cared for, storage containers were filled respectfully and large fans were set up to dry out the interior of my house. Andy was wonderful during the entire process offering invaluable information on how this very unfamiliar process worked. He got me through to the point where the insurance adjuster could quickly come in and begin the FEMA and insurance process. Andy and his assistant Kelly became valued friends in a very stressful situation...can not thank you enough for your professionalism, attention to detail with my belongings and kindness in a very stressful situation.
