Over the top wonderful. Another roofer said we needed $14,000 worth of work done These guys said the roof was good for another five years but had some pop-up nails that needed to be taken care of, which they did right away. I am really, really impressed with them and recommend them for anybody’s consideration.

Some careless loser, driving your company truck, just cut me off. He was going about 100 miles per hour, possible more, on 610. Came within inches of hitting me and someone else. Cut 2 lanes over, then cut 2 lanes to get back into the left lane. In a construction zone.

They were going way too fast for me to see the exact license plate number, but it was a pickup truck and plate was something like CIS417

I won’t be spending my money with any company who has complete disregard for human life. Disgusting. Your driver should be jailed.

Joshua was polite, respectful and responsive to my questions and concerns. He also did a great job working with my insurance company to get them to cover the cost. The crew was efficient, clean and my roof looks great. I would highly recommend Aspire for your roofing needs.

I felt compelled to provide a review for Aspire. I found them on Thumbtack. They came the next day (on a holiday) to look at an urgent roof issue that I was dealing with. They diagnosed the issue and resolved it on the same visit. They were super knowledgeable and helpful. Way beyond my expectations. I’m having them back for gutters in the spring.

Josh stopped by my house to look at the siding. He was prompt on time, very honest with his feedback. I asked him to address one separating piece high up on my side wall, he stopped there later that week with tall ladder, fixed the siding and did not charge for this small favor. Rare quality these days. I highly recommend their services.

Quickly came out to look at my roof and give an estimate. Their estimate and explanation of a solution was better than 3 other contractors I had come out. Communication could be slightly better as I called the phone multiple times on different days with no answer, but overall are reliable and good to have repair a roof.

The team at Aspire seemed very committed to customer service. They were good about communicating and willing to come to my home several times. I especially appreciated their patience and help in dealing with my reluctant insurance company as we faced continuing changes as to what would be covered.

Such a wonderful experience with Aspire after multiple other businesses either took forever to provide me quotes or ghosted me entirely. Joshua was very quick to respond to my inquiry and worked around my schedule to come out and assess the roof damage I was dealing with after a big storm. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to explain my options and his professional opinion to provide repairs rather than a replacement, which is hard to come by. I completely trust the work he did, which was done less than a week after he visited my property, and his communication during the process was too notch. I know my roof will eventually need a replacement in around 5 - 6 years and there is no where else I would rather go after having such a positive experience. Very highly recommend!

I had a few other roofers come by before engaging with Aspire and was thoroughly unimpressed. The minute Joshua showed up he was personable and serious about helping. After showing him what was wrong with the roof he not only inspected the roof, throughly, he was the only roofer that crawled into the attic to check things out. I knew I was going to hire him immediately. He shared with me what the problem was, gave me an estimate and said he could do the work right then. I happily said, go ahead. Excellent service!

Jake is the Absolute Best! He responded to my message in about 5 minutes. He was at my house the same day! He repaired my leaking roof vent and inspected my entire roof as well. He even made a quick repair to the siding. Jake is your guy for your needs!

Josh was great! He repaired some minor wind damage and also pointed out some potential future issues. He identified that there were areas on my roof where holes were punched during construction and sealed with caulk, and which would be likely to fail. He was able to preventatively replace tiles and secure them with sealant. The work was reasonably priced. Josh was clear, courteous, responsive and communicative. My friend recommended you and I would happily recommend you to others!

Randy and Jake came out the day after we went on Thumbtack or was it even that afternoon to check out and describe what they would do. And they came back the next day to do it. They were cheerful, careful, and went into detailed explanation with us afterwards about what they had done.

Jake and Randy were awesome, they came over within 24 hours of asking for an estimate and wrapped everything up in about 20 minutes. Jake was great at explaining the process and was transparent about the cost and expectations of installing the new roof vent. I even got a video of the roof inspection after they checked for any problem areas. Highly recommend!
