Aspen handyman service and yard maintenance

When vinyl windows were installed several years ago, they were never framed/trimmed out. Aspenhandymanservice did a great job correcting this!

Very pleased with everything done. Great attention to detail. Wished they would have been reliable and arrived when they said they would. Wasted a lot of time and even days waiting for a no show and no communication as to why, leaving me to do follow up. Not professional at all. Lacked in showing up with necessary equipment and supplies to do and/or fishish a job. I would highly recommend if you have a lot of time and patience.

Raúl was wonderful. He was respectful and personable. He didn’t make me feel bad when I didn’t know the name of the parts that were broken. He worked through what repairs would be needed and didn’t try to push me into repairs we didn’t need. And during our communications he always made sure I understood what going. Raul was so helpful. I will be calling him again when something else breaks.

We got a quote for our 98 year old mother, for them to fix some dry rot in May.We signed a contract with them, but never heard back. We kept calling him, and we were told he would start our job next week. But when next week came, no show. He finally did stopped by to pick up 700 dollars to pick up supplies and bring them by at the end of the week, after we kept bugging him about when he would come. Again a no show. It has now been over 5 months, and still nothing. He did let us know he wasn’t able to get it done, and was going to give back my mothers money, but that was a month ago, and still haven’t heard from him.

I would give this company no stars, but to give a review, I had to give him one.

Do not use this company. They lie, and steal. If they can take money from a 98 year old woman, who it on a fixed income, what will they do for you?

Raul helped me with my leaking bathtub spout! Called an hour before they closed and he answered right away. He let me know what needed to be done to fix the leak! Great service!

I needed a shower door replaced. Raul did research for the best and most economical options for me to order a new shower kit. Once the product arrived, the installation went by rather quickly in a couple of hours and the work was quality.
This business conducts itself professionally and does good quality work. Will be using them for future projects.

Aspen Handyman it’s one of the best companies we have hired for general maintenance, roof cleaning, and landscaping until this point. My wife and I are very happy with how responsive and professional Raul and his team are. They are a great crew to work with, always committed to doing an excellent job. their work ethic is impecable.

We had the front door to our shop fail, and needed it repaired by close of business, so that we could lock up our state controlled inventory and go home. Aspen was able to get to us that day, and fixed the door as good as new, for a fair price. Highly recommended.

I would rate this business 100 stars if I could. My home was vandalized and my front door was kicked in, splintering the frame. I felt very unsafe. I started cold calling handyman companies on a Saturday afternoon. Raul answered and told me he’d be there in about an hour. He pieced together my door frame and did several other repairs to make my house seem as normal as possible and to make me feel safe. He did great work and was affordable, all while being kind on this awful day. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

They fixed some leaking faucets. Replaced dry wall in cabinet. It is beautiful and works great. Also repaired gutter and now it works fantastically. Work is very reasonable priced and done to complete satisfaction.

My listing agent, Pauline Podawiltz, recommended I contact Aspen Handyman Service and yard Maintenance. Raul, the owner of the company, came to my home and, together with his son, did extensive cleanup in the attic at 1399 Umpqua Rd, Woodburn, OR.
Raul removed moss from the roof and then rehung the insulation in the crawl space and removed debris. They also scraped and repainted the Facia on three sides of the house. the men captured and removed all paint chips and debris

All work was done quickly and this father son team did very professional work and cleaned up after each job. I have built three homes in my life and I heartily recommend this company for all types of work. Raul and his son are prompt, courteous, reliable and ethical.

Aspen weeded a large yard for me, and hauled off a small mountain of weeds and clippings. The price was reasonable, and they went the extra mile to make it look nice and cleaned up the entire area. Communication was prompt and courteous, they showed up when they promised, and the work done was excellent. Highly recommended.

Aspen Handyman were not only responsive; they did an excellent job putting a new floor in our shed and better yet! Removing a huge “ugly” Douglas Fir from our front yard; the grinding was done so well and professionally, you can’t even tell a tree was ever there…next on our list is hanging (2) new doors next week…I recommend this team for any need, small or large!!

Raul is just amazing. He is courteous, on time, thorough and finishes the job after leaving the site completely clean.
