Seth Anderson lead our project to do our roof, windows, and siding. We are super happy and have a band new house.

This outfit is tops. The extent of hail damage to our roof & steel siding was heavily disputed by our homeowners insurer but ASHTON's estimator fought for us and persuaded the insurer to pay in full for full replacement of our siding & shingles. Our one-room school had a very large project to complete. it's a very steep roof and wood shakes were needed to replace our old roof. Ashton McGee did a beautiful job on all 4 of our buildings. The school was originally built in 1894, so we are very protective of our school and wanted a quality job. We had concerns for how the work would be done on the building. Jeremy Brewer followed through and kept us always up to date on the work and timeline. His communication and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I would recommend their company and the guys who supported Jeremy, off site as well.

I'm very happy with the overall experience. Turns out, there's quite a bit that goes into replacing a roof, garage doors, gutters, downspouts, etc! The team at Ashton McGee was able to handle the vast majority of the communication with my insurance company which took a lot of weight off my shoulders. When it comes to the work that was done, I'm no expert, but I have zero complaints. I'd read reviews (for other companies) about crews leaving a mess with scraps and nails everywhere, but not these guys. In fact, our kids were safely playing in our yard the same night the work was done. When it comes to how it felt to go through all this, I've got to say, I had a feeling Ryan Stewart was an honorable guy who would do things the right way and that absolutely proved to be true. As one small example: our roof was done late in the fall and temps were pretty low, so he warned me the shingles wouldn't fully cure until it warmed up the following spring. Fast forward to very early spring and some strong wind came through and kicked up a handful of shingles. I sent Ryan a text, he replied immediately apologizing (even though no one did anything wrong!) and told me it would get fixed asap. It was fixed the next day. It warmed up a few days later and all is well. If you want someone / a company who will take care of you then stop reading this and call them so you can get started!

Very responsive to our request to come look at our roof and determine why we had a leak in our roof. Upon receiving a quote we decided to move ahead with the repairs and had a crew out in less than a week. The repair was completed in 3-4 hours, site was cleaned up and extra materials that weren’t needed were removed. A good experience!

Steve and Ryan at Ashton McGee were a great team in helping us with our roofing project. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and helped us through some unforeseen project complications, which resulted in a project with which we are delighted. The roofing subcontractors were also great to work with and performed at a high level.

Peter Reichert and the Project Manager were great. The crew was good, fast, and thorough with clean up. With it being partial insurance and partial out of pocket, the finances were a little confusing, but if all worked out well.

Lastly, there was damage to some gutters. They we placed the entire run with higher quality gutters the next day. Good customer service.

Peter came out and was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what needed to be done. I enjoyed working with him

Wonderful experience and top quality roofing work. The best part was working with our project manager Andrew Shultz. He is wonderful as a person and took care of everything, from communicating with me, helping with insurance, and managing our project. Hassle free, no stress and the roof looks tremendous. Five out five stars is not enough to appreciate everything Andrew did for us.

Ours was a residential membrane roof job, which is somewhat unusual. Stace was our project manager and he was great to work with. The finished product is high quality and we are satisfied with it. We would use AM again and probably will on another property.

I'm not the the type of guy to leave a review, but I have to give a huge shout out to Ryan Stewart with Ashton Mcgee. A huge storm rolled in Friday night, woke up Saturday to a tree on my house. I didn't know what to do. A family member merely mentioned Ashton Mcgee, so I called Saturday morning, left a voicemail, and got a call back within 30min. He helped me develop a plan with insurance before I could even call insurance. The tree was gone right away and Ryan guided me in this process. Ryan Stewart and Ashton Mcgee made me feel relaxed and calm in a very stressful situation. Would recommend.

Like most I hate when someone knocks on the door to tries and sell something. Glad I did answer when Kyle knocked because he was great to work with for my roof replacement. From start to finish, Kyle made the process simple for me. Kyle made sure to handle all the conversations with insurance and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Even when the job was finished, Kyle came out on Saturday and rolled the yard with a magnet to make sure all nails were up so the kids and dogs didn’t get a nail in the foot. The team completing the job did a great job cleaning up because Kyle didn’t pick up any nails when rolling the yard. Would 100% recommend having Kyle and the Ashton McGee team work on your roof.

An Aston McGee sales rep (Chris) came to my house to inspect for hail damage and after meeting with insurance company they convinced them that besides a new roof I had damage on windows and deck.after receiving funds they sent an experienced crew to redo roof as well as replace windows, love my new roof and windows, couldn’t be happier. We had a great experience. Andrew Shultz was fantastic and took care of everything with the insurance company. When insurance made a mistake, he recognized it right away and took care of that too. He gave us his cell phone number and he was quick to reply, patient with our many questions, and was great at explaining the whole process. We came across Ashton McGee when they replaced my neighbor's roof after some hail damage in our neighborhood. My neighbors were pleased with the work, so we decided to talk with them. Everything about the experience was fantastic. We had been working with a different company through the first and second denials from my insurance company, but parted ways after a bad interaction. David, our project manager with Ashton McGee, took the time to explain things to me in a polite, professional way. He reviewed everything from our previous filings and helped us get ready for the final appeal. Because of his diligence, we were able to get that final appeal approved. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. The city just recently did their inspection for the final approval, and it passed. Overall, I had such a smooth, positive experience and we're so glad we worked with Ashton McGee.

I recently had an insurance claim at my cabin. I worked with David Resnick and I cant speak highly enough about my experience with him. It was a long drive (3 hours) for him to get to my cabin but went out there multiple times to meet with the insurance company to make sure that they were finding the same damage that he found during his search for hail and wind damage. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and cant speak highly enough of my experience with David!

These guys are the best. Kyle helped us understand what to expect when submitting a claim. Set clear expectations on what would be our responsibility and what was covered.
There was an on-site representative to help communicate the timing and expectations the day of the build. Celso did the build, and his crew was top-notch. They were fast, efficient, and left no debris.
Painting all vent stacks and exhaust vents to match the shingles really set my roof apart from others. The valley metal also matched the shingles to complete the lines.

After being initially denied a whole roof replacement by our insurance company, David R, our project manager, was able to work with our insurance on a number of occasions to show the extent of the damage. There were no fewer than 4 different appointments at the house with the insurance company. David's persistence with our insurance yielded us a whole roof replacement. The work was done in a timely manner and to our standards. We are very thankful for David R and the work of the team, who were all very professional. In a world of roof contracting, which can be hit and miss, David R and the Ashton McGee team were a home run for us.

Can’t recommend this guys enough. David Resnick and team came through and showed the type of integrity that companies rarely display these days. Upon completion of my roof (Which turned out great) the cleanup crew mistakenly wiped down my siding with the wrong product and stained the majority of my home. A unfortunate accident that resulted in needing all new vinyl siding. Ashton McGee completely owned up to the mistake and fully replaced my siding. David, the Project Manager handled the situation like a pro!

494 northbound in Woodbury. I was taking the Valley Creek exit and cars were lined up on the exit ramp at a stand still. I began to slow down as one of your vans felt the need to tailgate and proceed to make unnecessary hand gestures as I was "driving too slow for him". Then as he cut over into the other lane to swerve around me he stared me down and made more unnecessary hand gestures. Not exactly a good look for an employee representing his company in a lettered work van. Do better.

I was extremely pleased with the assistance Isaiah Jolly provided. We had to endure a long process with our insurance company but Isaiah provided expert guidance throughout! We got a fair settlement and a beautiful new roof! Thank you Isaiah!!

Ashton McGee recently completed the project of replacing my roof. They were thorough, respectful, and fast. I highly recommend them, because the spent time with me before the project started to make sure everything was correct and ready, and then they were super fast getting the job. Finally, they even put in the extra effort to make sure the job was done correctly, because when a shingle falling off the roof damaged our deck, they spent the time and effort to repair it!

This review about soliciting for service. I can't remember the guy's name, but he drives an Audi. He's very rude which is saying it kindly. He said he stopped by two weeks ago, I said yes I received the folder. He said he doesn't work for that company anymore because they didn't pay him accordingly so he's now w/a new company. I took the new flyer, and he proceeded to continue talking. I informed him I've been bombarded w/request to be a representative when my insurance company inspect the roof. Once they inspect, I'll comb through the stack I've received to figure out who I want to replace. He kept pressuring me which I stated I've been through this several times, I know my shingles are discontinued, this is a hot roof that's getting a lot of attention. I spoke about ppl wanting either to sign a contract to be here for inspection or pressure once the insurance company says it's a go so I'd rather not a pressure sale. He then got agitated with me and became aggressive, so I said I have your flyer I'll add it to the stack. Then he says so you gonna get on the roof yourself which was weird because I said nothing of the sort and just kept being rude. I'm like ok I'm still working so I'm going to go now and he kept trying to sale me on him being there. I'm to the point where I say ok I'm going and he's like fine I'm just trying to help you. I'm like you're being rude and I put up a lot of google reviews to his response so, I don't care do it. I guess it doesn't matter since this company has a high google rating yet this person needs a talking to. Out of almost 20 yrs of living here I've never had someone be so rude because I didn't take their offer of service right off bat. Customers should be cautious right? Well, the only stack this flyer will be added to is the recycle garbage stack.

Ryan Stewart was the project manager for our hail damaged roof. He was a great salesperson, who was able to show us the importance of filing the claim. He made the process extremely easy. An added bonus was his genuine personality, humor, and kindness. You're lucky to have him; we feel lucky to have been his customer. The work crew was top notch, as well!

Ashton McGee performed a flawless job from start to finish. Dmitri was especially a true pleasure to deal with. Being a recent widow, I was overwhelmed with having to deal with getting a new roof. We had a good experience with Ashton McGee on our hail damaged roof. A few problems arose but Charlie Austreng found solutions for each of our concerns. The roofing crew was respectful and did a good job cleaning up.

In April of 2023 we got hit with some hail. I reached out to Ashton McGee as I had heard good things. Andrew Schultz and his team went to bat for me with the insurance company and got a new roof and siding covered. Totally transformed the house! They had great communication throughout and did multiple final walk throughs and checks to make sure every last detail was on point. I can't recommend them enough!

What a great organization! Charlie really made this whole process so easy. I had the unfortunate circumstance of being in the middle of a hail storm a few months before my wife was due to have our second child, so one toddler at home and one on the way. Andrew Shultz was one of the first people we spoke to after the storm hit to assess the damage. We needed a new roof as well as windows, siding, and decking. You hear horror stories about contractors that speak a big game and then fall flat. That was not the case with Andrew, AT ALL. He was very open and honest about time frames and what to expect. I shared with him the anxiety about bringing a new born home during construction, and he gave me his word that they would try to get as much work done as they could before baby arrived. Working to the wire, not only did he get it all done before baby arrived, he took the time to help us with roof choices, siding choices, colors and window treatments. He was extremely quick with responses and had answer to our questions promptly. Even with changes, he was always very present, prompt and helpful. Ashton McGee did an outstanding job replacing our roof after the fall 2023 hail storm hit our house. We are really pleased with the way the roof turned out, and our new gutters and a new multi-pane casement window look great. He also came to me right away with a great price, while other contractors I reached out to highballed me on price and I had to negotiate. All in all, a great experience.

Seemed like a good idea to work with them, left aluminum nails all around the house. Luckily didn't have e kids step on any yet. Siding falling off in a place mediocre install. They did come fix the loose portions but makes me question the entire install and if it was done properly.

James Clanton did a great job for us! He was persistent dealing with state farm as they kept trying to refuse everything, ultimately thanks to James we have a beautiful roof installed and he had a great roofing crew install it!!

We worked with Brandon Kraemer from Ashton McGee, and he made the entire process go very smoothly. Starting with the insurance claim, he worked with the adjuster to identify damaged portions of our roof. Once the claim was approved, I especially appreciated that he was able to quickly answer the many questions I had related to the materials, installation, the contract, permits, etc. He was very responsive and easy to work with. Once the materials were delivered and the installation crew started, he was onsite periodically to make sure things were going OK. The crew worked hard and finished in a single day, which was nice. They put down tarps to make the cleanup easier and more complete. The dumpster and left-over supplies were picked up soon after. Overall, we were very happy with the entire process.
