Jamal from RedLine was our hero this spring/summer! Our roof was damaged and leaking into our house during the wettest spring on record. Our insurance company continued to deny our claims and other contracts would ditch us as soon as we got the denial. On day 1, Jamal got on our roof and in our attic to fully evaluate everything and patch us up to hold us over. He answered all of our questions, checked-in along the way, and kept us updated. Andy Rushing from Redline Contracting is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is honest, patient, always punctual, and prioritizes the customer's interests—my interests in this case. I was initially approached by another roofing company, which suggested I file a claim for hail damage in our area. Under the urge of their sales representative, I did file a claim, though I was quite ignorant about the process. Seeking a second opinion, a friend referred me to Andy.

Andy inspected my roof and professionally informed me that, despite some minor damage, the claim would likely be denied. On the day of the inspection, Andy arrived early and patiently waited for the insurance agent, who had provided a time window. As Andy predicted, the claim was denied due to the damage not being severe enough. Nonetheless, I am grateful for Andy's professionalism and his willingness to answer all my questions patiently.

Later, I asked Andy for an estimate to fix our chimney. He visited twice and provided a solid estimate. When it came time to choose the color for the chimney pillars, I hesitated. Andy advised me to take my time and think it over. I am so thankful for his kind manner and his genuine concern for my best interests. I highly recommend Andy!

To me, 5 stars means that someone did the job they were supposed to and did it well. Redline gets 5 for that reason. They made roof replacement as little a hassle for me as possible.

Andy was phenomenal through the entire process of; assessing the damage, getting the correct appointments and people in order, getting the product and dealing with the insurance company. Andy (our rep) was so patient and helpful through the whole process; he handled everything from insurance claims, coordinating solar panel removal, and spec changes with the utmost professionalism.

Communication about the schedule for the re-roofing itself could have been a touch better, but it was still workable. Most importantly, the roof looks and works great!

Red Line Contracting was amazing to work with ! As soon as I had an estimate done Oz covered up what damaged was really bad himself until the roof could get done. Nick and his team helped me with my mortgage company jump through hoops and paper work. I was referred to Andy from 2 of my friends when I was asking for someone to inspect my skylights that were leaking.

I had already reached out to another company that offered next day support but delayed over and over and never came through.

Andy was able to come out in 2 days, inspect, offered thoughts, potential cost, and did a caulking repair at a very fair cost all very swiftly in the same visit! We talked about next steps if replacement was needed down the line as well!

I did not end up purchasing my roof through Redline, however I highly recommend at least getting a quote from them! They were very professional, concise and considerate with the quoting process, and no high pressure sales tactics or other BS. Just a detailed, itemized, straightforward pricing estimate without any rigamarole. Dillon is a great guy - it's tough to find a contractor that is all of these things but Redline does it.

Fatih and Redline did excellent work with great attention to detail. Specifically, the cleanliness of the finished jobsite, which hasn't been my experience with past contractors... Well done Fatih, appreciate your efforts and will keep you and Redline in my back pocket for future projects.

I can't recommend Andy and Redline contracting enough!! After 2 claims being denied and years of headaches after significant damage occurred to my home insurance was trying to deny there was a need for siding and a new roof. I had several adjusters who weren't even willing to go on the roof to inspect due to the slopes and height and just overall being blown off that the roof leak wasnt anything to worry about. I was ready to accept that my house was never going to be fixed. Andy was referred to me from a friend whose a house inspector and from day 1 Andy was ready to go he patched the roof to hold me over while, He fought through all the hoops and jumps with the insurance company and was able to get a full roof and siding claim approved! During the entire process I was informed and included in all decisions, he made the process go so smoothly there is no way I could have maneuvered this without him and his team! it's been a few weeks since the work has been completed and I still smile every time I come home and see how beautiful my home is now. Everyone in town compliments their beautiful work on the house and I'm so thankful and couldn't be happier with the results and the process. Thank you Andy and the Redline contracting team!!!

Jack C. from RedLine Contracting randomly walked up my driveway and asked if he could check my roof for hail damage. I was busy in the garage at the time and just just let him check out the roof. To my surprise, my roof had been damaged months earlier. It was a busy time for me since I was having a graduation party for my granddaughter. A new roof wasn't exactly in the plans, but Jack handled EVERYTHING. He was there any time I needed him for anything, In less than a month, a new roof was installed on the house and garage. The only cost to me was my insurance deductible. I would highly recommend Jack as the Project Manager and RedLine Contracting!

Andy knocked on my door after noticing I still didn’t have a new roof, months after he saw the insurance adjuster and another contractor inspecting it. I told him they only paid for metals and I was done dealing with it. He stopped by a few more times, explaining how he could help and sharing stories of helping other homeowners in the same situation. After being let down by two different contractors who made promises and then disappeared once I got denied, I didn’t have much faith. But Andy was persistent that he could help.

I decided to give him a shot. He met with me and went over every single step of how he was going to achieve the result we wanted. He got the process started, and a few months later, just like he said, I had full approval from State Farm! I couldn’t be more pleased with Andy and Redline's process and their ability to follow through on their promises. It was an amazing experience, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone! I had been working with a contractor that offered the world and sold themselves as caring and professional only to learn after the contract was signed that was very much NOT the case after 3 years of fighting with them to fix my storm damage I found Nikki at redline.
Redline was able to complete my project in a few weeks AND they didn’t try to push for more work than was actually needed nor did they over inflate the price ( unlike previous contractor).

The whole experience with Redline was great. Fatih came and did an assessment of both the house and garage. My garage already was approved so when insurance denied the house I chose to continue with Redline due to their great communication through the whole process and working within the time frame i had for completing the insurance process. After signing the contract and paying the deposit I had a replacement date within a few weeks.

The crew that showed up was prompt, efficient and cleaned up very well after the work was done. I documented the process and they were very thorough. I contracted Redline construction to replace my storm damaged roof with a new one. I don't believe there's a better contractor for this kind of construction then Redline construction. The general contractor who handled the work is a full-time employee of Redline. His name is Andy Rushing and is more than qualified for his position. He did an excellent job on my roof. He handled all of the details expeditiously and accurately. He made sure that all the work was a very high quality and totally compliant and up to date construction codes. All of the inspectors gave 100% compliance rating and quality of workmanship. The work was done with highest quality components and workmanship. I would not hesitate to both recommend them and hire them again if needs be. I'm totally satisfied with this company and I do not say that lightly. As a retired engineer with 45 years experience I have the qualifications to be a judge of this work. You can easily find them with a Google search.

Nick Smith and Redline Contracting did a great job replacing our roof. We are very pleased with the quality of work and beautiful new roof. Nick was truly our advocate throughout the process. Redline contracting has helped me out with 2 insurance claims: 2 roofs and 1 siding job. I met with Andy who walked me through the process and was great to work with, being flexible to meet with the adjuster and dealing with the insurance payout issues as well.

For the siding job we ran into an electrical issue where Xcel needed a licensed electrician to reconnect the mast to the house, but once they were made aware of it Redline was quick to help come to a resolution. WOW! What an amazing experience, from start to finish! REDLINE Contracting had a young man going door to door, after a recent August hail storm. So glad I spoke with him, when he walked up my driveway. He set me up with an appointment to meet with their Senior Project Manager, Fatih Topal, that very same day. Fatih used his drone and determined that I definitely had hail damage to my roof and siding. We immediately contacted my insurance company and the rest is history! Even after the Insurance company sent a small check for what they said was damaged! He fought back and proved that the whole roof needed to be repaired!
