I hate to post a negative review but we didn’t have a good experience with this company. They knocked on our door saying that our roof looked like it needed replacement and they would submit a claim to our insurance and if it got approved we could go ahead and do it. They got the check with the money and then kept not showing up and rescheduling for 2 months always finding excuses about why they wouldn’t be able to make it. It was so frustrating, we would take time off work to be home for them, and they wouldn’t show up without any notice!We really thought we were scammed and they would never come. They did eventually come and replaced our roof. Communication was terrible, they would never answer or return our calls- we had to keep reaching out again and again. A few weeks after our roof was replaced we had a leak after some rain and we tried contacting them several times to come take care of it and they never did. It’s been months at this point and we just got someone else to come fix it. We are really disappointed in their behavior and lack of communication/responsiveness and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same thing. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
In March we signed a contract with this company and gave them an insurance deposit which was cashed with in a few days, as of today August 10,2024 we still have no roof nor can we get the owner Lester Luna to come through as promised, he makes promises and then excuses and gives us the run around, we have asked for our money back which he has not done, he does not answer calls or text messages, we feel we’ve been scammed,
My heart is broken because we were looking forward to securing our home with a new roof . My heart also is broken that someone could be so dishonest and a crook, I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

We still have not heard from Mr Luna, he has not returned our deposit and seems to have blocked our calls and text, he is a total crook, he cashed a check from us for $3500 back in March and never came through with our roof.
My roof looks great however dealing with this company concerning the invoices and payments was a headache. I was given an invoice which included upgrades and everything by the company representative only for my husband to deal with the guy in charge and be given totally different information. Mind you the guy never seemed to have any paperwork in front of him and when I explained what were told and what we were expecting he all but told me I was lying. When it comes to budgets and figures my husband is always on top of things so when we were told that he agreed to something that made absolutely no sense it really rubbed us both the wrong way. Again the roof looks great and the guys who performed the work were professional but the business side of this process was very unprofessional and disappointing.
