I worked with Lauren. She help me out tremendously. This was my first time having to replace a roof. She held my hand as we walk through the process. She is very professional and they do good work. The roof looks amazing. I am proud to drive up and see a new roof.

Ascend Roofs was fantastic to use! We were up against it on our closing and they prioritized us, did not cut any corners, and stayed in contact with me the whole time. Their Team cleaned up nicely and the entire Team was easy to work with and communicate with. They also went above and beyond by coming out on site to meet my adjuster and even got on the phone to field questions. Highly recommend and will use again if needed!!!

We needed a repair done on our roof. Made a call and they came out same same day for estimate. They had us fixed up the very next day! Very professional, courteous, affordable and very quick!! We are definitely happy with the work and will be using them in the future if needed. Thanks again!

My Family experience with this company was awesome! Very professional work and we love our new roof. It took two days which was fast! They kept in contact with us through the whole process, after it was finished they inspected the roof one last time and made sure it was all done properly. I would recommend them to everyone if you have damage or just want something fresher or a new look!!

Lester and his team was awesome I was amazed at these men who kept working even when it started to drizzle. I will use them from now on with all my roofing needs...I can't believe how they cleaned up there was no sign they was ever even there!!!!

Best roofing company ever!!! They came out and did an inspection of our roof. They were top notch from start to finish ... from their introductory visit to their inspection to the job itself!! They worked directly with my insurance company which made things very easy for me. Ascend Roofs’ employees are kind, professional and courteous in all situations. I called to get an inspection of my damaged roof and Mr. Luna was here in no time on my roof looking around, taking pictures and marking what was damaged. He helped with all the insurance hassle and when we finally got what we needed done he had a crew here and started on the work. After the first day the crew had everything cleaned up and a tarp over what roof wasn't finished before the rain started. The second day they finished up, cleaned everything and even put the walk way lights back where they belonged.

We had a great, positive experience! I wish all home improvement companies could be this professional, honest, and easy to work with. Lester was available by phone, text, and email any time of day and was always quick to respond. The entire process was easy and stress-free (even working with insurance). There were no hidden or surprise fees once the job was complete...which was only two days! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Lester did a fantastic job of handling all of the insurance steps that I was not familiar with. On top of that, the roof looks great, and only took about a day to complete- talk about convenient!

By far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional and the most honest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Lester even came to my house during heavy rain to cover and inspect everything and remove debris--he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT in all areas. Lester worked with the insurance company on my behalf to secure the replacement of the roof when two other companies failed.
