Angel and the whole ASC team did a great job replacing our roof. We had hail damage and they were quick to help assess and provide detailed documentation on the best path for repair. Angel is professional and courteous. I would hire the team again.

John Sierra responded quickly after we had shingles damaged from a wind storm.
He assessed the damage and put a tarp over the damaged area over the weekend. John was very knowledgeable and helpful dealing with the insurance company. He is reliable and I feel his price was very fair. He will be my go to person if I ever need a new roof.

Can express enough how thankful I am John and his team. They did a fantastic job replacing my roof. they went above all expectations from the time of completion of the roof to dealing with my insurance lack of proficiency. If I could give this company a 100 star review I would most definitely.

John from ASC was extremely professional and was able to get my roof repaired quickly so that no additional damage would be done. I appreciate all of the work that these guys did and they made the entire process extremely painless. <—- this right here was the first review that I wrote for ASC when they did work for us in 2023. Since then, I have found that they took shortcuts when installing our replacement shingles and it has caused even more problems than the original issue we wanted them to fix. The company has completely ghosted me since I asked them for a quote to get it fixed (I didn’t realize it was their fault initially). It is crazy because I didn’t even know this was a problem that ASC caused until another company came out to inspect our roof this week. Like who doesn’t get back with a customer who is asking for a quote to have work done?? I guess they had something to hide. I DO NOT recommend ASC any longer.

John at ASC exteriors knows what he’s talking about! He helped us with our new roof and on top of that he worked up his magic where it was covered by insurance! Not only that, John and his team were responsive and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. If you are anyone you know needs a new roof, give them a call!

John Sierra was awesome to work with.. Mr. Sierra was very detailed on his explanation of the services. Walked us through each step, helped with insurance. Start to finish was very quick.

John Sierra of Alpha, sales consultants, is my roofing specialist hero. I had four contractors come out to give me an estimate for soffit repair, and some other leaks into the structure. John was the only contractor that took the time to get on the roof and assess the situation. Long story short a week later through my homeowners insurance I have a brand new roof. John literally saved my bacon. He has an awesome crew and. Every aspect of the process went very smoothly.

John was fantastic. Since the first day I spoke with him to till the end of the whole claim process he was there with us answering questions. He sat down with us and explained the whole process and was always responsive with my calls. He was there when the insurance company ghosted us. The day the work was scheduled his crew was on time and they cleaned up everything at the end. I would hands down recommend John to anyone looking for having their roof repaired or replaced.

Call it cliche, but everything does happen for a reason. After a strong storm we were left with leaks and worries about our home. That’s how we ended up with ASC. They helped us through the entire claims process and got us a brand new roof and gutters from our insurance company. The step by step process was transparent and clear. We even got to see videos and pictures of what the roof and gutters looked like!

Once they got to handling business on the project, the on-site crew was amazing! They cleaned up and took everything with them when they left. So, if all things happen for a reason we were blessed to land in the hands of the folks at ASC.
