We have just had the absolute best experience with A&S Construction. Our very large 33 year old deck needed to be torn off and replaced. A&S did a wonderful job in helping us design a new deck/outdoor space. This has been the most positive experience. Every phone call returned, showed up on time for every appointment and always prepared. Ray and his team exceeded our expectations in the quality of their work, professionalism and communication. We highly, highly recommend them without reservation. Great company!

This crew has done amazing work in our Craftsman home. They helped us create closets in the eaves of hidden attic spaces, open up walls, trim work, and window repairs. We will definitely be using them again!!

Recently I had a full bathroom remodel and balcony deck drainage system installed. All the work was completed to a very high standard and there was always great communication during the construction process. Estimates were accurate and no surprises expenses were encountered. A&S also has an app that updates timelines and updates payments due. Avery and Carly were great to work with and were always available for whatever questions or concerns I had along the way. A & S Construction did a great job with our deck and covered freestanding”porch” . They were easy to communicate with and finished the job on time! We particularly appreciate Rey Fernandez. Rey really knows his stuff and is dedicated to producing a beautiful and sound finished project. He pays attention to all the details. His crew were really hardworking and got things done amazingly fast. Rey was so easygoing and great to work with and made sure my vision for the privacy wall was exactly the way I wanted it. I’ve worked with A&S on multiple projects for the over the past year and they always do amazing work! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable kitchen/ bath remodeler!

Hired them to do our roof. Unfortunately, their guys almost roofed my neighbor's house, then reattached our gutter without telling me the gutter board underneath was bad (they also managed to damage the gutter along the way). I only realized the issue months later when the roof didn't meet the front gutter and water was getting into the soffit. All of this despite me asking them to tell me if anything underneath was rotten so we could address it.

When I brought the issues to their attention within 9 months of the job, they did not think their 1 year warranty applied and declined to fix it. So I had to replace the gutter board and gutter with someone else for $4,200 out of pocket.

I'd try to find someone else.

Alberto and team did an amazing job building our deck, pergola, and fence! They were professional and polite.

They communicated with us regularly on the progress of our deck and kept us informed who was showing up when and what they were going to do.Trying to build a deck during this winter weather was not an easy task; A & S did not try to rush the project and always made sure conditions were safe for their employees/contractors. A&S Construction did an excellent job remodeling my house. They painted all rooms and ceilings, installed new doors, door locks, and installed new kitchen cabinets with a Granite Countertop. The crew was very friendly and everyone did an excellent job. The crew was on time and finished everything in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them for home improvements.

We had a large portion of our deck redone to replace treated yellow pine with Trex. Design team did a good job of laying out what needed to be done. Actual work was subcontracted out, but the team I got did excellent work. Jobsite was cleaned up each night. I would use A&S again.

From start to finish, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable, the work was done within the timeframe they estimated and the workers were even out there working in the snow. We are extremely pleased with our new Trex deck.

The team did a wonderful job from sales to final product. The construction was impressive not alone each workers attention to detail and craftsmanship.

To start things off, they started the job two days late on the remodel of my bathroom that is five by five and a half feet. They charged me $16,000. I had to show the (electrician) how to wire up my vanity light and complain about the drywall that was not finished at the seams. Unfortunately at the time I did not notice that they put a dent in my refrigerator door that was less than a year old. And to top things off, they cracked my kitchen wall and never bothered to tell me that they did such a thing. In so many words, they took the money and ran like a thief in the night. I would not recommend these Jack legs to even frame a dog house! They simply take advantage of people, especially senior citizens. Shameful!

We had a roof and siding completed by A&S. Communication is not 100%. The jobs from start to finish are quick and efficient. The crews clean up at the end. I would recommend them, I will definitely go to them for my next big project.

I cannot say enough good things about the work done for me by A&S Construction. They framed in the old concrete walls in my basement, ripped up 50 year old carpet and installed LVP throughout, gave me a GORGEOUS custom bathroom, and made my basement BEAUTIFUL. They did quick work, with high quality, and were professional, mindful, and kind throughout.

Seriously, the bathroom used to be a showerhead with a concrete floor, and the toilet was a literal hole in the floor where former owners had demoed but not actually started the renovation. It was completely unusable space. The main room in the basement had been concrete block walls and 50-year-old carpet with a door framed into place instead of a wall, between the room and the garage. It was dim, dirty, and I would actively avoid spending time in my basement and pretended the space just didn't exist, most of the time.

After the work from A&S, we moved our master bedroom downstairs and I am SO happy that we did, because I am happy every time I wake up and get to be in a large room with a beautiful, functional bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, they worked with me on design and were able to put in two shower heads with a diverter, so I can wash my large dogs in the shower more easily, since one is getting older and struggling a little with mobility and the other hates the tub upstairs. I really appreciate A&S's flexibility and willingness to work with me on making my vision come to life.

Aside from just A&S's work quality, their people were amazing, and I'd love to specifically call out the Project Manager, Carly. She was incredible at communicating with me on terms I could understand as someone not in the industry, and she was phenomenal at giving timely, appropriate updates, and working with me through my schedule. Their partners in plumbing and electrical were wonderful and kind as well, and the plumber regularly came out with a lower price than initially estimated, which is always a pleasant surprise. I'm planning to use A&S for as much future work as possible, and am so grateful for these kind, quick, fair humans who did such astounding work on my house.

I recently had a new roof put on. The guy's came out within a few days, ripped every off and had a new roof on by 7pm. Communication and understanding of how I wanted things done was perfect. I highly recommend A&S Construction. They have completed seven jobs for us. Two of our major jobs were a master bath/walk-in closet and our main bathroom. They did excellent work. They have the best tile guy (Rocky)!!! If I had questions, they were always answered timely. I really enjoyed working with everyone at A&S. Carly was my point-of-contact during the construction phase and she was wonderful to work with.

Very disappointed, unprofessional and sloppy workmanship. Used inexperienced twenty somethings to do the work. Trying to get the house ready to sell and concrete everywhere.. ruined the front portion of our grass. Loaded with concrete everywhere. Did not use the stone from the original wall but filled with Hobbs of cement

We love our new trec deck designed and installed by the team at A&S Construction. All aspects of the process were professional and well coordinated. Met with design/sales in early February and deck completed by the end of March!(earlier than expected). Impressive coordination of the project logistics and supplies. Kudos to Ray and the crew who completed the install. Many comments from neighbors and friends about the quality of the work which just reinforced our opinion. It was a great experience.

I had an outside addition of trex and a patio cover added to the back of my home. Jason Mcgee who I met at a improvement and remodeling show January 12th at the Convention Center came listened to what I wanted done, took some measurements and gave me an estimate a few days later. The trex that I needed for my new area had been discontinued. Several phone calls were made and they found what I needed in Alabama. Perfect. Ray and his crew did the trex and the patio cover. Perfect. A crew did the shingles and another perfect job. Travis and Christy did the gutters and leaf guard. Yep, you guessed it another perfect job. Avery and Alex Smith, Luke Walker, and anyone else that I forgot to mention were constantly bringing in materials that were needed for each job and removing construction materials. Always hustling and checking with the workers and me making sure that everything was going according to the plan. Everyone was so nice and courteous. Thank you A & S CONSTRUCTION.

We have now used A&S on two different occasions. Last summer they replaced our exterior wood siding with Hardie board, added interior crown molding, and removed the popcorn ceilings throughout our whole house. This year we used them again to paint our exterior trim, aluminum-wrap the trim under each gable, add gutter guards, and level our gutters for better water flow. We are appreciative of their good communication and quality workmanship. We are very pleased with the outcome of all projects and we will use them again in the future.

A & S Construction did a phenomenal job with the demolition of some wooden cabinetry that I had in my basement. They also repaired ALL the drywall from the damage made when they removed the cabinets. In addition, new baseboards were ordered & installed on 9/19/23 by Jace. Jace did an excellent job not only installing baseboards but also caulking where needed. This is a highly reputable company that I met at the Home & Garden show back in early spring. They get the job done right & stand behind their workmanship. I highly recommend them & I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Jason was great to work with. I had 3 other estimates all within $400 of each other. He worked with me and made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. My roof was installed in one day and clean up afterwards was also great. I highly recommend them

They were very professional and gave me a clear timeline. The group they send to work were very respectful of my property and the neighbors. They replace the entire fence in less than two days. By the end of the first day, our across the street neighbor came out right ask for their business card. Highly recommended business.

Tried filing insurance claim through company and they wasn’t professional with giving me an estimate. Waited weeks just for them to refuse the work on roof and soffit. After waiting two weeks for an estimate I was called and told they cannot do the work which was a full soffit replacement. Could have just said this inconvenience up front so I could have went with another company.

A&S construction did a great job turning my box gutter into a modern gutter system. They were always great at communicating and completed the job in a timely fashion without cutting corners. I would recommend a&s to anyone needing repairs.
