Artisan Roof Repairs

We have used artisan several times over the past 19 years, on different houses. Sean has always been great and efficient with roof repairs.

Sean did an amazing job repairing my roof and front gutter. I had a virtual waterfall after every snow or heavy rain and now, not a drip! He ia honest, thorough and stands by his work. I highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Artisan roofing repairs and maintenance. Sean and other staff members were friendly and explained things well. Service was honest, prompt, and very fast. I was initially concerned because I didn’t have extra shingles, but it wasn’t a problem, Sean had the correct shingles to match my existing roof. They gave the rest of my roof a thorough inspection. Artisan exceeded my expectations from my initial call through completion. I would trust them to work on my home in the future without any hesitation.

Sean came out within 24 hours of calling him when our chimney started dripping water into our house after a 3 day rain storm. He took pictures on our roof/chimney of the damage, gave us an honest opinion, and got us repaired within less than a week from the original call. His work was immaculate and he paid attention to detail making sure to paint the metal rivets connecting to our chimney base to blend in with our roof color. He also took extra time to wire brush and scrub our chimney from years of fire and heat discoloration. He comes highly recommended. Thanks so much Sean!!!

Artisan is the best! Sean has worked on our roof, helped with circulation and insulation problems, and even came out right after a big snow storm to fix a leaking flue. During a recent cold snap, the roof on a rental home we own developed a leak by the chimney. I was talking to several companies, trying to get the problem resolved as soon as possible. When Sean came out and looked at the problem, he inspected it from the inside (attic) and the outside, and took pictures of what he was seeing so that he could explain to me what he thought the issue was. His proposal was reasonable and well thought out, and he was able to do the work right then--- I was thrilled. After the work was done, Sean also emailed me a detailed invoice with the pictures he had taken, allowing me to document the issue with the rental house appropriately.

A competitor came out, only inspected the roof from the outside, and then sent me an estimate three days later that quoted me a price of over $200 more to do the same work. Needless to say, it re-affirmed that I'd made a good choice with Artisan Roof Repairs!!

I will be recommending Artisan Roof repair to my friends without any reservations--- I really appreciated the work Sean did, and his professionalism!!

New review, 2023:
Sean and crew replaced our entire roof. Sean also replaced flashing, molded boards, installed new vents, fixed the existing vents and pipe jacks, and overall did a PHENOMENAL job. Moreover, he stuck to his bid even when there were some unexpected repairs along the way. Thanks again Artisan Roofing!

My review from 2014:
We had a bid from another roofer of $3500. When Sean came and looked at the roof, he estimated $600. Why the difference? Because Sean knows what he is doing! He found and repaired our leak problem and took pictures of the entire repair process so he could it explain it to us.
