Ryall, the senior project manager, was knowledgeable and professional. He answered messages promptly. Roof replacement was completed on time, and the job- site was cleaned up well.

Artisan Construction replaced my roof and gutters on my home. Randy was very professional and knowledgeable. He made a good suggestion on increasing the gutter size to 6 inch to remove the splashover on the front of the house. This resolved the winter ice buildup in front. The company from front office to Randy were polite and professional. I'm happy with the completed timely project.

Artisan Construction is outstanding. They can do it all, Roofing, Siding Gutters. After storms they have helped my clients evaluate damage when needed helped with insurance to make repairs easy and stress free. I would also recommend them if you are thinking of upgrades to your home, like siding or new gutter systems to refresh or upgrade before selling too. Great Contractors!

We were part of the unlucky Denverites to get hit by the baseball sized hail storm at the end of May. Our insurance adjuster came out today to check the damage. Thankfully, we are working with our neighbor and friend, Erick, from Artisan Construction on the repairs. Erick identified several areas that the adjuster missed in his damage estimate including a cracked window frame, paint chips and damaged gutters that were in areas of the home that the adjuster viewed from a distance and didn't inspect closely. Highly recommend Artisan Construction and Erick Vega for any repairs. He's thorough, takes his time to explain the proces and will look out for your best interests.

Caulin made sure we got a new roof. The insurance company's first inspection didn't make sense, so Caulin sent photos and got them to reinspect and agree the hail damage warranted a new roof. Without Caulin that would not have happened. Also, the new roof looks great.

This is an outstanding company that has a highly qualified staff help you through the process of replacing a roof and gutters. Ryall did an excellent job of helping us understand every part of this process. Their staff came out and worked hard and efficiently to complete the work while keeping us informed as to each step they were doing. We have had roofing done several times throughout our years of home ownership and Artisan Construction is by far the best company we have ever worked with. I had Artisan Construction replace our roof and rain gutters after a bad hail storm last spring. Ryan came out to my house and met the adjuster to make sure the insurance was aware of all the damage, including the rain gutters. The adjuster was 2 hours late but Ryan stayed until he arrived so I really appreciate that. We had some small delays due to some shingle supply issues but once the materials were on hand the roofing job was completed in a day. The rain gutters were installed about a week later. There was a communication problem and the gutter contractor did not install on the scheduled day but rather on the day after. Overall I am satisfied with the project. Thanks!

Ryan the one who came and talked to me was very helpful. He actually did a few extra things for me that had nothing to do with the roof. The roof was put on correctly and looks good. They cleaned up all of there mess and left with the yard looking great. The people that I dealt with were very nice and professional. I would recommend anyone to this company. Very good job.

Artisan is one stand up company! We just finished a project with them and, alas in construction, things can happen. In our case, we had issue caused by one of their subs, BUT it was immediately remedied, they took care of it, made it right and made sure we were made whole! Even though they were busy, they made our needs a priority and were on it immediately, like just over an hour!!! They do excellent work, excellent followup and we were thrilled with the exceptional dedication to taking care of us, which you just don’t find much of these days. I can’t say enough good things about Artisan. You will be in great hands, Highly recommend!

I worked with Artisan to get my roof replaced after a hail storm. Everyone I worked with was very professional and communicative about the process. They worked with my insurance company the entire time and they ended up replacing my roof and gutters and also had my house painted. The crews that came out to do the work were polite and cleaned up my property extremely well when they were finished. Tony and Kristy in the office were great to work with and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely amazing company. Kristy, Tony, and Vega did what my original adjuster (who was sent by my homeowner’s insurance) couldn’t do. When I was told that my roof/gutters/garage “didn’t have enough damage” to start a claim, I immediately called Artisan Construction. Their adjuster, Vega, came out, and took about 300 pictures (maybe a slight exaggeration)…anywho, whaddaya know, shortly afterwards… the insurance company suddenly approved ALL of the work! I know Vega had to go to bat for me, as the original adjuster had sent his own assessment, so it was an uphill battle. Kristy and Tony were in constant contact with me, scheduling various parts of the process. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Their crew was polite, punctual, and did a wonderful job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to ANYONE!! Five stars all day, wish I could give them 10!

Very pushy and aggressive sales person who was dishonest about what he was trying to sell me. These guys are a scam! Tried to swindle me into an obvious insurance scam! Avoid these guys at all cost or you are sure to get ripped off! Report to the Better Business Bureau is being filled right now!

I met Ryall at a Colorado1000 event and I am so glad that I did, because shortly after meeting him, we had a significant wind and hail storm that damaged the roof of our house.

Ryall promptly inspected the roof and assessed the damage. After after understanding the damage I made a claim to my insurance company and Ryall met with the adjuster to jointly review the damage, based on which my insurance company covered the claim, and paid for a replacement of the roof.

The work that Artisan Construction did was prompt, well done, and thorough. I found working with them to be very smooth, they made the whole process, much easier for me than I anticipated. I highly recommend them, and would refer them to my friends and family without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Ryall/Artisan construction because he was able to come out for a free inspection the same day I first contacted him and we installed the roof in a timely manner. He pointed out all signs of hail damage, sun blistering, and answered all questions I had about the process. Artisan also installed all new roof vents along with top grade shingles. From start to finish I am very happy with Ryall's professionalism and the roof looks great. 5 out of 5 stars top of the line.

We had a fantastic experience with Artisan Construction after a big hail storm damaged most of the roofs in my neighborhood. Greg Perry was great. He was always available and promptly answered any questions we had about the process. As well he helped with all the paperwork and made it very easy for us. It did take a little extra time to get the roof replaced, but we’ve had some bad weather so I wouldn’t blame Artisan for that.

The roofers themselves did an excellent job. When we arrived back to the house, they had completely cleaned the yard up (our neighbors used a different company and they left it a mess). Greg followed up to make sure we were satisfied right away. Overall a very positive experience.

After some hail damage to my one and a 1/2 year old roof I made a great decision to hire Artisen Constriction. They exceeded my expectations! My new roof looks so good and their customer service is by far the best I’ve had in a long time! Very responsive and receptive to allow me to make choices and set up construction dates. They helped with communication with my home owners insurance so the transition was seamless. One of the things I was concerned about was keeping my my yard in shape and the after construction clean-up. They were fabulous at both of these!! We chose Artisan Construction after meeting with Caulin Struyk to help us with a hail claim on our roof. Caulin was GREAT to work with. We worked with Caulin and Tony! They were awesome. We had major roof, siding and gutter damage in the Hail storm in May. We had worked with a different roofing company 7 years ago that were terrible and did not do the work we paid for, so going into the entire process again we were very skeptical. They were so direct and honest with us throughout the whole process. They did great work quickly and very efficiently. It is clear they take care of their employees as well as their customers. We had them do a new roof, paint two sides of our house and replace all gutters. It looks great! I cannot say enough about them. They are also very easy to get a hold of with any questions. Very responsive and helpful.
