We called a roofer after finding a spot of mold in our house. We were told the roof of our brand new house needed replaced and we were on the line for high thousands. I called Arrowhead for a second opinion. Bobby came out, looked at my roof and told me that we had NO hail damage. There were a few nails that needed sealed and he did that for me and refused to let me pay him. (a 3rd opinion agreed that there was no damage) Bobby's honesty won me over. The fact that he stayed and sealed the nails even though he wasn't going to supply a new roof for us made us his customer if and when we need any roof work done. A neighbor outside had some questions and Bobby did not hesitate to walk around his house with him and discuss his roof. Honesty and how you make people feel goes a long way with us. To start with the sales rep. Bobby was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, any needs or concerns were addressed immediately. We had not only a new roof, but soffits, facial’s, and guttering done as well. We had two different crews out to preform the work, they were very respectful and you could tell they enjoyed working together. The work was very good quality and done in a very reasonable time at a reasonable price. I’m very happy with this company!!

I can't say enough good things about Bobby and Arrowhead Roofing! After a severe hailstorm damaged our roof, we needed a full replacement. The very next day, tons of roofing companies were knocking on our door, which felt predatory and insensitive. Given how expensive a new roof is, I didn’t feel comfortable trusting just anyone, so I started searching on Google for a better option.
I called a few companies, but most either didn’t get back to me or took forever to respond. Bobby, on the other hand, got back to me right away and came out to inspect the roof soon after. He took the time to explain the damage and walk me through the whole process. He was super thorough, and after talking to him, I felt confident moving forward. I hired Arrowhead Roofing on the spot.

The crew did an outstanding job. They were fast, professional, and the finished roof looks incredible! The gutter crew was just as impressive. I had a small issue with one section of the gutters, but after a quick text to Bobby, his team was back out the very next day to fix it.

Talked to Arrowhead office on a Friday and Bobby was up on the freezing cold roof on Monday. On the spot estimate with GAF product brochures and GAF warranties provided. Additionally, Arrowhead is a GAF Master Elite Certified Contractor offering the best GAF warranties others cannot.

Estimate was thorough and precise and agreed with all recommendations. Also, requested some fascia boards to be replaced and painted was included in the estimate.

I compared my quotes and choosing Arrowhead was an easy decision. Signed the contract, sent it to Bobby, saw warming trend coming, said Saturday install is fine and Jose came with a crew of 8 and knocked it out of the park.

Start to finish, the whole process with Arrowhead was fantastic! Couldn’t be happier with the new roof, warranty, and lower insurance premium.

Had several quotes from different roofing companies, Arrowhead Roofing provided information that no other roofing companies recommended:
-Flashing needed to be replaced
-Air vents needed to be added to assist Oklahoma heat release from the attic out the air ventilation to flow and not be stuck in attic with the heat and causing the shingles to lose granules or crack.
All in all Efficiency and Excellent quality work to a two story home with chimney. Our home looks brand new with charcoal color shingles! Bobby was so patient with all questions my husband and I had before investing in our home!

This is my 2nd time using Arrowhead Roofing and I didn't think I could be any more impressed with the service this time around, well I was wrong about that. The crew came out to repair some leaks caused by a storm and spent a little more than 2 hrs on our roof, they did excellent work and made sure to clean up after themselves, just like the first time I used them.
I contacted Andy after the job was completed to find out the cost of repairs and he tells me no charge, I thought he was joking at first, these guys definitely put a smile on my face. Bobby was exceptional in getting my claim approved on multiple occasions. We had to fight tooth and nail and he really went the extra mile. He was very trustworthy, always kept me in the loop, returned calls right away, and informative. We love the roof and the roofing crew was fantastic. They worked fast, quality workmanship, made sure the job was completed, clean, respectful, and very nice. The gutter/siding team was a bit sloppy and late. They left screws everywhere, including the yard and trash. But they were also very friendly and I believe there were some new people. I would like to say they did work very hard, did a good job though. Arrowhead has since then started using a new crew. My one complaint with getting the actual house completed is that it took much longer than expected to finish the siding due to supplier issues (the siding was very old so the size was not readily available.) However after I expressed my impatience with the owner he made a trip to Tulsa and purchased it from a competitor. He then went out of his way to apologize in person and drop of the supplies. They totally resided our dormers and got me the top of the line roof. I would like to say that Arrowhead did a great job all things considered. It was a busy time with all the tornadoes too. I appreciate the extra care from Bobby tremendously and also Andy getting the supplies. Overall I am satisfied with the turn out and would recommend them.

Yesterday, 6/3/23, Bobby came to inspect our roof, for insurance purposes. We have a mostly flat roof that was replaced in 2008. He is a very nice , and professional young man. He even took pictures so that I can give to the insurance company to prove that the roof is not in bad condition as their, ( insurance company aerial picture indicated),. He didn’t charge us anything at all for his time or trip there. We will be building a custom home in the near future, and will on no uncertain terms be using Arrowhead Roofing!
