Had a leak in the roof that showed up during an atmospheric river.
Phoned on a Monday, Ken dropped by to give an estimate on Tuesday, had a new skylight installed properly with new flashing and lots of sealant by that Friday! The cost was very reasonable, and after a solid week of heavy rain not a drop has leaked into the house. I thought I was going to need a new roof, but Ken assured me that I still have another 10 years of life in it. What a great company to deal with. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable. What more could you ask for!
We had Arnold and Sons do our roof this past summer, our gutters are built in. I mention the type of gutters as not all companies deal with built in gutters properly. We also had them cover our facial boards with aluminum to decrease the maintenance aspect. Looks great!

Pricing was comparable to industry standard but the service was above industry standard.
Had a small job to fix a chimney roof flashing leak. Mr. Arnold wrote me up a very detailed estimate so there were no surprises. His son came to do the work just before the atmospheric river hit. Job was completed very professionally; I was impressed with the efficiency, politeness and cleanup when done (he even neatly folded the tarp I had put up there and placed it by my garage entrance). I feel confident that the leak won't return. I went up on the roof a couple of weeks post repair and it looks great; he even spray-painted the flashing to complement the roof colour. By the way, he also replaced about 10 shingles and they match perfectly. Can't say enough of how pleased I am. In addition, the cost was reasonable.
