Where do I begin with Arnold custom homes. Wayne was very professional and attentive to our needs as customers. We purchased a new home and wanted to put a fire place in the living room as a center piece. Wayne not only understood the assignment but delivered the most beautiful and warm centerpiece to our home we could have ever asked for. We where in a rush with our wedding and moving and Wayne made it happen. In just 1 week we had a beautiful fireplace that was very affordable. We had carpenters in the home and had had it framed out in two days and the mason came in on his weekend to finish our dream project. This was the best experience we have ever had with a custom builder. We will be using this company for all of our future projects and maybe one day we will have a Arnold custom home of our own. Thank you again for saving us money and making our home so much more warm and inviting.

Wayne & Tommie Arnold of Arnold Custom Builders are great and did a wonderful job on our custom home project in Bastrop County. They are thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. They always kept us up to date as the project progressed. Even after project completion, they have still gone above and beyond in supporting our needs regarding the home. If we were looking to build again, they would be our first choice.

We took a 2500 sq ft house down to the studs. The majority of what we hired Arnold to do had to be redone/corrected/removed. Arnold had to redo the kitchen plumbing because their crews placed the kitchen sink plumbing in the incorrect location, their crews had to redo the vent lines because they made new holes in the front of our house in the roof instead of using the existing vent holes in the roof. Afterwards, Arnold tried to tell me that they used the existing vent lines before we walked to the back of the house and I asked him what those vent lines were that we were both looking at. Arnold had to uninstall hardie on entire home because it was installed incorrectly and was placed over rotten and termite infested lumber, the roofer had 3 separate leaks in the roof during the process before he was finally able to get the leaks fixed. The roof had zero leaks prior to Arnold beginning to work on our home. Arnold removed some faucets to add a back patio, but then refuses to replace the faucets that he removed. He caused excessive concrete dust in areas he chose to not seal off while working, now refuses to clean the areas covered thick in concrete dust on items such as televisions and clothing and the entire attic area. Refused to provide estimated completion date and schedule for 8 months after advising that the entire project should take 4 months. Once provided, the date came and went with no completion in sight. The workers forget to nail new studs to the bottom of the baseplate, they tried to install a smoke detector on the bathroom ceiling, tried to have an illegal breaker box remain in use and inspector had to have it replaced, Arnold refuses to fix remaining holes left in roof which allow water into eave/rafters. And this is not all of the issues we had with Arnold Custom Builder. I would never again use Arnold Custom Builder to do any work for me.

Everything about this company is great! The people are awesome, their build practices are top-shelf and they really care about bringing the best Tiny House product to the market! They are knowledgeable and well established in the Industry and available when you need them.

Although the business is relatively new, the owners have tons of custom home building experience. Both were heavily involved in a house I built back in 2002 and it was the best house I have ever owned. Go see them, you won't be disappointed!

Tommie and Wayne are tops in the industry. We spent almost two years listening to 'custom builders' that promised everything but what we wanted. Tommie simply told us she would build it to the specifications they know, even if they had to go by a drawing we made. True 'custom' building, at a price you cannot beat and quality that is second to none. The best part about it? Out of 3 houses we have had built through the year or 2 others we have purchased, this was the only one we had FUN doing....and faith.
