Wasted my time saying they would come by for a qoute but wasted my day. If you are too busy with bigger jobs man up and just say you are busy. Not recommended.

Response: Yes it was your company. You are the only company called army roofing in the vicinity. This was last year, I called you and you didn't show up and wasted my time.

Tom and John are wonderful people. Over the years they've helped us with our roof and even other things. I'm 70 years old and can't get around so good. They've popped by and did my yard work. They helped clean up my garage and they've even brought me to the doctors when I've been under the weather. I can't say enough good thing about those boys and wanted to let everyone know. They don't get the credit they deserve so hopefully ths helps.

Drip...Drip...Drip...Eeek a leak in our roof in the rainstorm. Buckets in the attic. Next day inspection by Army Roofing. Installation of the new roof began 2 business days later and completed in 2 days, just as the next rain storm arrived. Such peace of mind knowing we would be dry. The expense was 10 years earlier than expected because of poor workmanship with the last installation by someone else. Shocking. Army Roofing was kind and fair with the pricing. We are confident the quality is much better than last time. Excellent communication and timely follow through. Most importantly, a job expertly done by a polite crew with radiant smiles.

I had a great experience with Army roofing. They came to my house. It was minus 1 and there was ice.
Quite a delightful surprise. They analyzed my roof and said that it is in good shape. Contrary to another roofer from two years ago, Army roofing stands by their analysis that my roof is good and doesn't need fake repairs.

We just moved to a new house with some roof deficiencies and needed the roof replaced. Army’s response was immediate and their quote was fair. Work was excellent. Army’crew came when they said they would be there, and they stayed for two days until it was finished. They were so reliable we have asked Army to do a yearly inspection on our inboard gutters (hate those things) to assure us drainage continues to be optimum. A strong recommend from us.

Great work, always a pleasure to speak with. They have now completed three (3) roofs for me! Two (2) new builds and one (1) re roof (remove shingles, add new plywood where necessary and added new vents and furance vent) Each one always looks great and no leaks! Very knowledgeable with their products and highly recommend for any roofing project you have!

Army roofing installed a new roof in July 2022 and afterwards I still had leaking problems when raining. They returned with a caulking gun a couple of times but never resolved the leak. As a pensioner on a fixed income it took another two years and half of my living room ceiling collapsed before I could raise enough money to get the roof inspected by an inspection company, (not trusting a roofing company to inspect). This is just a sentence from the damning full report I received "This installation of this material IS NOT recommended by the manufacturer, nor would it be expected to provide even minimum service". The inspector was shocked that a "Roofing Company" had installed the "new roof". The new roofing company had to rip everything off to start again - they too were shocked and truly dismayed that an actual roofing company had installed the roof previously. I'm out thousands of dollars so beware, use Army Roofing at your peril! I have to give one star or it won't allow me to publish, one star is one too many!

Army Roofing did some work for me on my roof and did an awesome job for. Tom and his son are super guys. They are extremely competent and easy to deal with.

We recently had some business dealings with Tom at Army Roofing and we're very pleased with the outcome. Very professional and polite folks!

Met Tom at Home Show on Saturday October 26th and left my contact information. He called me on Monday the 28th and we scheduled a 10 am Tuesday the 29th meeting for a quote. On Tuesday, I messaged him close to 11 am and told him I thought he was coming at 10 am. He replied by saying " may I ask who this is?". I told him who I was and haven't heard back since.
If you ever decide to hire Army Roofing, I wish you good luck, but I will never recommend or ever hire this company. Seems very odd that Tom would call me, set up an appointment then not show up or reply to my messages.

Top notch experience with these guys. I had a leak in my roof which naturally was very stressful. Tom was flexible with when he could visit, and when him and his son showed up they were able to identify the problem and repair it in minutes. They took the time to explain the issue, suggested materials for self repairs in the future, and promised to follow up if the issue wasn't resolved. A few downpours later and everything is dry. Great work from Army Roofing! I would definitely consult with them for future roofing work.

After quotes from 6 roofers we hired Army Roofing to convert our old cedar shake roof to shingles. Tom & John’s 35+ years experience in the industry was evident in their amazing work crew. They had an incredible work ethic, worked long hours in inclement conditions and genuinely took pride in their work. Our neighbour was so impressed that he hired them to replace his roof the next day. They even returned a few days after the job was completed to repaint a chimney for us. Everyone at Army was a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend them.

Army replaced our roof a few years ago and did a wonderful job. We recently called them out to help with a pest issue. They came right away and helped us resolve the issue. Army roofing is an excellent local business and I highly recommend them for their services and quality work.

I strongly recommend Army Roofing for all your roofing needs. Tom and his son John patiently and promptly answered all our questions (and there were many) through the estimation stage and installation.
His crew showed up as expected, introduced themselves to us, and did the job in record time working very long days in sun and rain. They hardly took a break! The workmanship was stellar and professional at all times. They put tarps around the whole house each morning and cleaned everything up each night only to put out all the tarps again the next morning! They did this every day. We found less than 5 stray nails on the property and all the plants and shrubs were not damaged in any way.
Our neighbors were equally impressed with Army Roofing and are now obtaining their own quotes from his team.

Army roofing replaced my fathers roof in Ladner a couple weeks back. My father is very happy with the job they did, fast, efficient and even vacuumed the driveway after clean-up. The price quoted was what we paid and everything was explained to him prior to the work being started.

Tom and John spent a great deal of time with us before we decided to hire them, each time listening to all our concerns and providing the information. We were replacing a cedar shake roof with asphalt so had lots of decisions to make. We sought quotes from 3 roofing companies. Tom and John provided the research, past projects to view and we made the decisions. The crew were on time, very communicative and polite throughout the job and never left the roof uncovered. The work was done as described in the contract with no extra charges for the many details involved. The cleanup of the driveway, lawn and garden beds left absolutely nothing behind. We would not hesitate to recommend them for your roofing project.

Tom and his crew delivered a quality product on time and on budget.
Their quote read like a script of the work and his team of workers followed the script action by action. Three days start to finish with a clean up everyday and the site was left in better condition than they arrived.

I also rarely write reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about Tom and his crew. They were on-time, under-budget and the amount of fixes/upgrades that they did to my roof was amazing. Tom wasn't pushy, but gave me the straight goods on the issues with my existing roof. The clean up was awesome, the quality of craftsmanship on items like the fascia boards and all the flashing work is top-notch. Thank you to Army Roofing!

I rarely do reviews such as this BUT I really felt this company (Army Roofing) deserved it. Honestly Tom and his Fabulous team from start to finish did and absolutely bang up job on installing our new roof . We could not be more impressed with their competitive pricing , quality of workmanship/materials and Timeliness…..Far exceeding our expectations. Clean up was done during and after the days work and my yards was left spotless. The roof looks fabulous and note they corrected so many things that had previously not been done by the obvious inferior (previous)contractor whom did my roof years ago.

We are just so happy with the results …and honestly could not recommend a better company than Army roofing. Do not hesitate using Tom and his team !! Thanks very much guys !

When a big storm blew off part of our roof, Tom arrived within 12 hours and did some emergency repairs! Later that month, he returned with his crew and replaced the rest of the roof in just 2 days. They even added more attic vents and replaced our skylight. Best damn roofers!
