I had an appointment scheduled with Jeremy for Thursday at noon, but he was able to fit me in earlier—which I really appreciated! Armour Roofing put a metal roof on my home. During the process I had lots of questions since metal was new to me. The rep I had was very helpful and always attentive to my questions and concerns. Here it is 2 years later and an insurance inspector was getting on my roof to inspect for hurricane damage and pointed out something he felt was unusual in the installation of the material. I called Armour roofing and expressed my concerns. Weston Link, the owner of Armour roofing called me promptly to address the concerns. Mr. Link came to my home himself and inspected the roof and hurricane damage. Mr. Link was probably more concerned than I was about the possibility of issues with the roof. He assured me that everything was properly installed after inspecting himself and then proceeded to explain how he would go about repairing/replacing the hurricane damage. Armour roofing went on replace/repair the damage so it looks brand new and the did NOT CHARGE me for the repair. Mr Link is, if nothing else, a man of integrity and a company to be Trusted to handle your roofing needs.

Everyone was very professional. When Mark came out for the estimate, he explained the process and the best options available. He also explained the difference in shingles and gave me a few different options to choose from. The process was very simple and everyone I spoke with throughout the process was extremely helpful. The crew was very nice and they made sure all nails and shingles were out of the yard before leaving. I highly recommend this company!!!!!

Fairly good communication throughout- had a few delays but I understand there was a lot going on for everyone with the amount of work being done in our area.
The crew that replaced the roof did a good job. The only negative thing I could say is that the cleanup could've been better. We picked up a lot of nails from both our yard and driveway, along with cleaning up a lot of small debris that was left behind. Still a 5-star rating for me.

Great job on Roof, great dealing with Blaze and getting the job done at a time when so many people in the Augusta area were needing roofs due to Hurricane!

Edit: customer service should extend to taking care of damage done by their crew. The crew used bleach to wash off marks they made on our siding and actually discolored the siding. After months of back and forth, they sent someone to wash it but it has oxidized now and needs to be painted. They refuse to do anything else and we are left with damaged siding from irresponsible crews. Lowering my review because refusing to make it right is poor customer service. Would not use them again after this.

This group was great to work with. They helped handle the insurance adjuster from storm damage and replaced two commercial roofs in two days including cleanup with little to no business interruption. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing company to work with. Came when they said they would for appraisal. Delivered the materials, and completed the job on time.
The best part was they cleaned up the whole job site and even cleaned my porch.

We experienced roof damage from a fallen tree during Hurricane Helene. Drayton from Armour Roofing came out the following Monday, the same day and time as our adjuster from Cincinnati Insurance. He had several helpful questions for the adjuster, making that process smoother. The roofers came by last week and in one day finished a complete replacement of the shingles, as well as repairs to the plywood and rafters from the tree damage. Absolutely no complaints in a time that was overwhelming and stressful for everyone. Drayton was my main contact and was always available. Highly recommend and would use again without a doubt.

Jeremy came out after hours in order to squeeze in a repair estimate for us during a very busy period but he was so thorough in his examination of our roof and in his explanation of what was wrong & how they could fix it for us. Hurricane Debby was on the way and I knew the heavy rains would cause massive damage to the inside of my house from the roof leak. I recently had the pleasure of having a potential roof leak inspected by Jermey Cheeks from Armour roofing. From start to finish, Jeremy was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He went up into, in my opinion, our scary attic and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of it along with the exterior of the roof. He took the time to explain his findings to me. He was very polite and respectful. Most of the time I am uncomfortable with people I don’t know inside my house. This was definitely not the case with Jeremy. I had a catastrophic roof cave in and the original contractor are hired botched the job. No worries this company knew what they were doing and they fixed everything. They also helped me navigate the insurance process and help me advocate for myself with my insurance company. Nothing but five stars for them, highly recommend.

Armour Roofing came and saved me from a botched commercial job. They were very personable and looked for every opportunity to help us with insurance claims and negotiations. The job they did was flawless, and their follow through was exceptional. I would never hire a different roofing company. You're making a mistake if you don't hire them!

Update: 7/2025 I got my roof replaced one year ago. We had a recent leak in my building, damaging some of my property. I requested an inspection to ensure that the roof is not leaking again which should be covered by warranty. However after a month of trying to get service, I still cannot get someone to come by the building to look at my roof. I have called over and over again and texted with Weston who seems to be the manager or owner. We finally got an appointment for them to come look at the building, I had to rearrange my schedule and drive from out of town only for the crew to not show up. No call, no explanation . I have yet to here back. I was initially impressed by their work but now I'm very disappointed. Their lack of communication and their disregard for my concerns is beyond unprofessional at this point. I have to run my business too, I can't have my tenants unable to use their space. This company has let me down immensely and I would consider using a different company if I were you.
