Marc & Chuck with Armor Roofing were so helpful and did a fantastic job on my roof.
On top of that, they helped me with a unique situation working with insurance to get coverage on a replacing a flat portion of my roof (TPO) that the previous contractor said would not be covered and did not need to be replaced.

Marc wrote up a detailed report for insurance to get them to reopen the claim and met with the insurance adjuster for the damage review to explain why the TPO portion did need replacing. He reviewed estimates, submitted supplement requests and talked me through each step to help me understand what was going on with the claim.

They provided top notch service and worked within tight deadlines since I was in the process of selling the house. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work, especially if your roof is outside of the normal shingle type. They brought a level of expertise that made me feel confident they were going to do a thorough job. Thanks again Armor Roofing!

Very professional! Helped in working through the insurance claim. On-site drone video of the roof before and after install. Installation was completed in 1 day and cleanup at the end of the job was very thorough.

Mark and his team are great to work with! He’s a recommendation from a family friend and we could not be happier with his service. His initial quote was done quickly and in a timely manner in line with my insurance company. We delayed installation of the roof on our side due to family matters, however Mark was so gracious throughout the whole process. By the time we called back to get everything going, the October storms had caused a leak in the roof. We are so grateful Mark and his team was able to make time as soon as they saw our now leaky roof. Install was scheduled within days of us calling back (mostly due to rainy weather) and the actual installation was done in one day! His team was quick, efficient, friendly and clean. Honestly by the time they cleaned up the material you could not even tell they had been there. His follow up was great, and he even had references for our ceiling repair. This is the 2nd roof I’ve had Armor Roofing install for me on one of my investment properties. Marc and his team are very knowledgeable about roofing and the whole insurance process. They went back and forth with insurance to insure they covered everything that was damaged from the storm. Chuck managed my install, keeping me updated of the progress. Pedro and his crew did an amazing job, very detailed oriented and the clean up was amazing. Couldn’t even tell they were there afterwards besides the new roof. As an investor I don’t want to have to replace my roofs every few years and was glad when Marc let me know they give a FREE upgrade to impact resistant shingles. This was my first time ever having to replace my roof (due to hail damage). The team at Armor Roofing was out to the property quickly to do an initial inspection. They walked me through everything that the insurance company would need and met with the adjuster at the property. Once the claim was approved, they quickly scheduled the installation (providing detailed instructions along the way). They were done in one day and fully cleaned up after themselves.
