If this roofing company comes and knocks on your door (which they often do in some neighborhoods), politely shut the door and go on and watch television. Second, before you sign any document or papers, get a solid quote of how much the roof is going to cost before replacement. They will say one thing and do another. They better pray I have no issues with my roof within this year.

I want to start by saying the lady at the office that answered the phone was a sweetheart!

Now moving on to the 1 ⭐️ review. A guy by the name of Brian was extremely rude and condescending. I asked if I could get a quote (the lady at the office already said it was fine) and then he told me more power to anyone who could beat them and how they are the best in the business. He then accused me of trying to put money in my pocket just because I want to get quotes instead of handing over my insurance estimate. He was very disrespectful. I will not be doing business here and they just lost out on a 20k sale.

Wow am I glad I chose Arkansas River Valley Roofing and Construction for my kitchen and bathroom renovation! These guys have a skill set WAY a beyond roofing. They transformed my rental property providing expertise in construction beyond my expectations and looked out for the best interest of me, the homeowner, along the way. “We’re going to do it right the first time” is something I heard Brian say more than once. And I feel that we definitely achieved that goal. You don’t need a big name contractor to get your home construction done. Call these guys and have Brian run your show. My home received a new roof. The work was very professional and completed on time as scheduled. The cleanup was very good and couldn’t even tell an construction was onsite. Phone calls were returned as promised. I highly recommend Arkansas River Valley Roofing.

Living outside of Cabot in a 2400 square foot home it isn't always easy to get quality workers. As they advertise the company is very honest and the quote they gave me was exactly what I paid. I made the original arrangements with the owner over the phone then I worked personally with Jennifer Gable throughout the installation as well as the warranty. She saw that everything including the warranty work was taken care of totally, in a timely fashion and there was no charge for anything for warranty work. The cleanup work after they we're done was totally done. I personally highly recommend this roofing company if you want quality work and honest quotes and they even let me select and provide the shingles they put on after removing all of my old shingles. I am totally satisfied that I was able to get Arkansas River Valley Roofing to replace my roof!

These guys are amazing!! They’re local, amazing workmanship, and the customer service is unlike anything in the roofing business. From initial inspection until completion, these guys are there every step of the way!! Five stars and highly recommended!!!
