Second, before you sign any document or papers, get a solid quote of how much the roof is going to cost before replacement. They will say one thing and do another. They better pray I have no issues with my roof within this year.
I want to start by saying the lady at the office that answered the phone was a sweetheart!
Now moving on to the 1 ⭐️ review. A guy by the name of Brian was extremely rude and condescending. I asked if I could get a quote (the lady at the office already said it was fine) and then he told me more power to anyone who could beat them and how they are the best in the business. He then accused me of trying to put money in my pocket just because I want to get quotes instead of handing over my insurance estimate. He was very disrespectful. I will not be doing business here and they just lost out on a 20k sale.
Wow am I glad I chose Arkansas River Valley Roofing and Construction for my kitchen and bathroom renovation! These guys have a skill set WAY a beyond roofing. They transformed my rental property providing expertise in construction beyond my expectations and looked out for the best interest of me, the homeowner, along the way. “We’re going to do it right the first time” is something I heard Brian say more than once. And I feel that we definitely achieved that goal. You don’t need a big name contractor to get your home construction done. Call these guys and have Brian run your show.
