I would highly recommend Ark. They did all the ground work to get our insurance company to pay for a new roof and made the process easier for us. They were very professional and communicative. The replacement of the roof was done in one day. We also had gutters replaced. The new roof and gutters look great. We were very happy and pleased with the entire process from beginning to end.

Ark Covering & Restoration was a God send. They came out to give us a quote to fix our leaking roof - and within the week we had a new roof. They were reasonably priced, professional and worked quickly leaving no mess. I would recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Anyone looking to have their roof done, this company would be the go to for sure. I can’t Thank them enough. I have a daughter who is special needs, I was really worried about how she was going to react to all the noise. I thought it would take all day. But let me tell you they had my roof torn off and back on in 4 hours. And it was done right before Christmas. They are all very nice and polite and really great to do business with.

Christi was most professional from the first day I met her! She was able to work with us after the hail storm of 2023. Christi worked with our insurance company and the adjusters on our behalf. This was our first ever claim so we were inexperienced in the process to say the least! We changed exterior colors and she helped guide us in selecting new colors. She made sure that everything was completed down to the last smallest detail. I highly recommend Christi and her team!!

This company didn’t ask if I wanted to upgrade to dimensional shingles or filter ridge vents, they upgraded me at no cost. Amazing!
Plus at my request, done the gutters for me at such a low cost I will not share because you wouldn’t believe me. You can trust Ark to not only do what they say they will do but to go the extra mile for you.

I just want to write a review based on my relationship with owner Christi who is an amazing person. She is a dynamo Christian lady that climbs right up on the roofs like a total trooper and gets it done. She loves the Lord and goes out of the way to treat people right and to make her mark on life as lived unto the Lord Jesus Christ. She helped me as a Christian construction company owner when she noticed me reaching out and spent time with me for very little in return - although she & I did work out some win/win deals which is what business is all about.
No matter who you are I am confident Christi & Ark will treat you exceptionally well. If you love the Lord there will be some additional levels that you will really love working with Ark.

My wife and I were in a panic needing our roof redone as soon as possible and Christi made it happen!!!! Her staff was done in just a few short hours and cleaned up everything!!! This company does great work and after having some not so good experiences with some companies this was a breath of fresh air.

They really worked hard getting our house fixed after the hail storm last year. Christi was great working with our insurance to get our house completely renewed with a new roof new vinyl siding new gutters shutters and new screens for our windows.

ARK and Christi put the whole exterior of my house back together after a 3" hail storm. A friend recommended Christi after my first contractor ghosted me. She was at my door in minutes, inspected the damage, explained the scope of work, and started ordering materials that day. The installation crews were great, the work was done properly and in good time.

I was so happy to have been referred to this christian company. Christi and Brittany came out the same day I called and climbed up on my roof to inspect it. They then called my insurance company and worked closely with them for full roof replacement. The greatest people to work with,and they stay with the job until it's done. If you need them to come back for any reason like miss a couple of nails in your yard or anything like that. They will be there with no argument .

Ark was an amazing company to work with. They worked with the insurance adjuster so I didn’t have to worry about that. They replaced our roof and gutters within a week of the insurance releasing the funds. Under the gutters they found a decent sized hole and were able to fix it and still got the gutters up super fast! Amazing and understanding owner with great employees! Highly recommend!

Christi and Ark Covering and Restoration were fabulous to work with after the Richmond wind and hail storms in 2023. They handled all repairs in a timely fashion, assisted with dealing with the insurance claim, and Christi was my singular contact throughout the whole process. Almost a year later and there are still homes in my neighborhood that have yet to be repaired. Ark Covering and Restoration removed all of the stress associated with the disaster. I definitely recommend this company!

ARK did an amazing job on our property. They started replacing our roof and found bad wood underneath the shingles. They quickly contacted us and resolved the issue. They replaced the wood, completed our roof, siding on the rear of the house, new 6” gutters and even did all of the above on our detached garage in a week and a half from start to finish. Super honest, great folks!
