Arizona Valley Roofing

I needed to have a shingle roof replaced, I contacted Arizona Valley Roofing and they took care of it. The price was fair and they got it done in a timely manner. It looks great and I'm happy with the work that was done. I highly recommend them and and will be using them in the future for my roofing needs.

We used Arizona Valley Roofing to redo our roof of 20 years. Pricing was competitive and has a fantastic warranty . Scott, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we had to get our solar company scheduled to do the removal of the solar panels prior to his company starting the work. His crew was extremely neat, organized, showed up on time and worked all day. They did a great job! This is coming from someone who has very high expectations. Their timeframe, from beginning to end was exactly what Scott quoted and they made sure the work would be completed before the reinstallation of our solar panels. My wife and I were very impressed with them and would highly recommend them. Scott thanks for everything!

My home is 30 years old, and it was the original tile roof. Well of course it started to leak. I contacted several roofing companies in the area and got 4 estimates. I decided to go with Arizona Valley Roofing was very professional and friendly. They not only offer a very competitive price, but Scott is also very friendly and professional. I am so glad I did! His crew has great. They were on time, did clean quality work. Replacing the under laminate on a tile roof is not a fun expense, Arizona Valley Roofing at least made the process easy.

Fabulous customer service experience. Scott inspected our 20 year old composite roof after some tiles went missing, determined we needed to replace it ASAP and booked the work for 5 days later. Crew showed up on time at 8am, worked their tails off to finish the job by sunset and the new desert brown dimensional composite looks beautiful. Scott even arranged to have the multiple roof vents painted brown to match the roofing. They did a good clean-up job afterwards before heading home. Pricing was very fair. This is the second roof they have worked on for me. I highly recommend Arizona Valley Roofing.

I needed some roof repairs done. They were on time fairly priced and up front about the issues. The news was better than we expected and repairs were completed same day. I felt the owner was being very honest in any recommendations of repair and would definitely use this company again.

I was called over by a friend, an elderly lady, who was concerned about leaking from her roof. She stated she had Arizona Valley Roofing come out to address the issue. She stated they had been out several times, to no avail. Because I was able to correct an very similar issue with a relative of 'Irene', she asked me to take a look. I went up to the roof, to look at the issue, and was quite shocked at what I seen. This is a fairly new roof, I would estimate less than 5 years old, and the "repair job" they did, was no where near the cost of what they charged Irene for 'the repair'. The simply took advantage of this elderly lady. $475.00 for something that MAYBE, took 15 minutes to repair, and less that $5.00 of 'material'. How this 'company', could ethically, with any conscience, charge this poor lady that amount for the 'work', that they did is incomprehensible. I have posted pictures, of this $475.00 'repair', you would be as shocked as I.

Addendum:
First and foremost, my fiend WAS NOT HAPPY, with 'the repair' by Arizona Valley roofing and to this day, is still not. If she were happy, why would she have called me to take a look at why she believed she still had a roof leak. Does Scott Ussery/Lund think I have some clairvoyant sense/powers or the time to randomly go to friends homes to look at work done that she was satisfied with????

Subsequent to this posting Mr Scott Duane Ussery (aka Scott Duane Lund) embarked on a campaign of harassments of not only me, but the elderly lady he/his company had aggrieved.
Mr Ussery (Lund) called me, the following morning 02/01/2023 at 07:30 (caller ID from my call to his company that was not answered the previous day?), where I inquired from him what could have validated the amount, $475 he charged my friend for the 'roof repair' conducted by his company.
His first response was "that we have a minimum charge when we come out", (my friend stated she was quoted $80 for an inspection) and when I asked at what point he had conveyed this to my friend, he changed course rambling on about being a 30+ year contractor, blah, blah, blah.....he also demanded I remove my review. I thanked him for his information and disconnected the call.
Scott Duane Ussery (Lund)called back at 07:34 in attempt to intimidate me, left a threatening voicemail that he was going to call the Police on me for my "slanderous review". He called again at 07:59 and left another voicemail, in a very insolent manner, further threatened me with a $25,000 judgement for my slanderous review, and that I would be hearing from his attorney. He called again, and in what seems to be his natural rude and insolent manner, demanded I take my review down, and that "he was going to be monitoring Google Reviews and the Better Business Bureau websites, and he better see that I have removed the reviews. I discovered later that he also called my elderly friend with the same, rude, insolent ranting manner/threats, in attempt to intimidate her as well.
It was at this point that I blocked his number (business office) from further calls.
Today, 02/03/2023 at 13:16 he called again, this time from his cell phone, in obvious attempt to circumvent my blocking him from further communication, in attempt to repeat his tirade against me.
I advised Mr Scott Duane Ussery (Lund) that any further attempt to communicate with my friend or I, would result in an application for an Injunction Against Harassment, in the pertinent court venue. Simple internet research, reveals some quite questionable 'history' with Mr Ussery/Lund.

All information, instances and occurrences have been documented with local law enforcement, should the aforementioned action(s) be required.

Mr Ussery/Lund, I live my life honoring the biblical verse:

We purchased a home that needed a new membrane and two new flat roofs. We received 4 estimates and decided to go with AZ Valley Roofing because their estimate was straight forward and had no hidden fees. We met with the Owner Scott who walked us through the process. Scott was honest, responsive and an overall great guy to work with. He had his team out here within the week and as promised, the job was done within 5 days. His team worked very hard. They were always respectful, knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend AZ Valley Roofing!

Scott came out and gave us a free estimate on repairing our roof, came back out the following day to make the repairs. Showed up exactly when he said he would, was timely and efficient in making the repairs, went back though and double checked the entire roof and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. Gave us a great price on the repair, explained everything he was doing and why and was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Arizona Valley Roofing for any repair work that you need accomplished. First rate customer service all the way.

Terrible experience. Scott and contractors came out the first time to check out our roof as we had leaking in our bedroom and in our dining room due to the monsoon weather holes in our roof. They found 2 holes over the dining room and none over the bedroom (water went through a vent thing on the roof). They didn't do a water test to make sure every hole was found and sealed and we were worried about that but they said they were "very confident" with their work. A couple days later, more monsoons came and more leaking came in both locations. We called them, they came out again and found a additional hole over the dining room and a hole over the bedroom. They did a water test that time and it seemed all good but once again, a couple days later, monsoon storms happened again and AGAIN leaks in the same spots that were just as bad or worse than the first leaks! Scott's contractors came out again, went to check the roof while I was inside working. I noticed that I hadn't heard from them or any activity so I went outside and they were gone. No notice. My husband called Scott and he said something about telling them to leave and that they will not be fixing our roof any further because "someone was up there besides them" (which no one has been up there, our insurance adjuster didn't even bring a ladder to go up there) and some other excuses. Mind you they showed up whenever they wanted, said they would come one day and then not and we would only get updates if we called them. Will not and do not suggest using them. Unprofessional with regards to your time and the communication given between us as the customer, Scott as the owner and the contractors gets misconstrued every time which is very frustrating as a consumer. The vibe is that a new roof is the answer to any issues instead of coming up with other solutions. Roof still not fixed.

Excellent company to work with,Scott was very helpful and honest when we needed our roof repaired. He explained everything and price was very reasonable,the work was completed quickly and professionally,highly recommended if you are looking for a roofing contractor.

Worst experience I have had with a company. The roof of my house has been leaking constantly so I decided to have someone come check it out and chose this company. Once they came out here last year, they "repaired" the leak but yet we got the leak back so we called them back, they came to check it out again and "repaired" it but yet the leak was still here the 3rd time we had them come today a whole year later still leaking worse then ever before we called them again and they came out and literally did nothing but check it out, I would not recommend anyone doing business with these people.
