We had Mike come out to look at our roof. We just moved here a year ago and are unfamiliar with tile roofs. He walked us through what had happened and what he did to fix it.

Basically we had a strong dust devil go over the house and it moved several tiles creating a hole. It was an easy fix to the point he didn’t charge. Loved the customer service mentality and his willingness to come look at it.

Todd was on time, and quick. He arrived when he said he would, quickly assessed the damage and replaced our tiles in under 15 minutes. He was even kind enough to put the new tiles in the back and move older ones to the front to ensure a perfect color match. We'll be sure to call him for any future roofing needs.

The flashing covering the vent on the roof blew off, I called Arizona Roofing Systems, who I’ve used before and they’ve always done a great job. Josh called me back the same day I called him regarding the flashing and he sent out a crew the next day. They replaced the flashing and painted it to match the roof. While the crew was up on my roof the discovered another flashing that was loose and secured it at no additional cost. Arizona Roofing Systems has great customer service and does quality work. My wife and I woke up one morning and observed water dripping from a recessed light. After giving ARS a call I was able to speak with the owner Josh. He asked me questions and then scheduled a time to come out. He quickly identified the problem and didn't try to sell me on repairs I didn't need.
Josh followed up with his office and had his scheduling team contact me to setup a time for service. When his guys showed up they were professional, knowledgeable, and quickly went to work. They took photos of the issue which they wanted to confirm aligned with the work order.
After showing me the photos the two workers made the repairs. Then, showed me photos of the completed repairs. The only thing I can say is I'm truly thankful for Josh and his team. Great work guys!

A big shoutout to Josh and Arizona Roofing Systems. I needed one tile re-attached to my garage roof. I called a few roofing companies, most would not come out for such a small job and a couple charged up to a $250.00 minimun for the job. Josh from Arizona Roofing Systems called me back that day (friday) and quoted me a more than fair price. Josh stated he could have a crew out Sunday to re-attach the tile. Sunday morning technicians Jesse and Emmanual showed up right on time. Jesse explained to me he could replace the existing tile, or he could replace that tile with a better fitting tile he had with him at no extra charge and I agreed. Emmanual cut the new tile to size for a custom fit. Jesse replaced the worn piece of roofing paper with a custom fit piece of plastic underlayment anf installed the new tile. All this at the original price...and on a weekend! If I could give these guys more than five stars I would. Thanks Josh, Jesse and Emmanual.

One of our shingles blew off in a haboob storm. Az Roofing Systems came out next day and fixed it really quick and we’re so professional! Definitely will be using them when we need to replace our 27 year old roof soon!

Since we bought this commercial building 15 years ago we have battled leaky roofs and inside repairs. But since Arizona Roofing Systems resealed our roof - we have not had a single problem even with a summer full of rain! We are so very pleased!

Stay away from this company! My biggest fear has come true. When researching roofing companies, I read horror stories about people having leak issues after replacing their roof. I'm now living one of those horror stories. We discovered this weekend that we have black mold in my daughter's room, which means it's been leaking for a while. Called a disaster recovery company to investigate. They found moisture in the walls. I called this company as they offered a ten year warranty after installation telling them we discovered a leak and I was worried about all the rain coming this week. I was pleased they sent a couple guys out fairly quickly. They found a hole in the mortar at a peak near the leak area and some cracks along tiles that butt to the house. They sealed those and left. Never went up on the second level to check anything. Later that day, I get another call from them saying they want to send out a supervisor. He came out yesterday and found another "couple concerning areas", including a big crack in the stucco up by the roofline. We have lived in this house for twenty years prior to replacing the roof and never had any major leaks. The second guy says they won't be able to get somebody out to fix it until the weather clears up. NICE! So two different people from this company have admitted to shoddy work by them. So they know there is a leak and they do nothing to fix it when they know a huge storm is coming! Not even a tarp. I just read their warranty and it says they aren't liable for damage from a leak. What the heck?!? I'm so disgusted with this whole experience and wish I could wake up from this nightmare.

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

Family run business that knows what they're doing no matter how big or small the job. Hard workers from residential east side to far out west industrial roofing.

Needed to get a new roof put on my house when the insurance company came across the pictures from an inspection done a few months earlier before I purchased the house and said I needed it done or they wouldn't renew. Mike gave me a bid and then worked with me on price so I could move forward. The new roof looks great and it doesn't hurt that Mike is just a really down to earth guy that you will like working with. Answered every question I had like a patient teacher. Good experience for me.
