Finally a professional company. They showed up early for the appointment, worried about the appearance of the patch/replacement tiles matching the existing pattern and cleaned up everything. Alan, and the team at Arizona Roof Rescue brought some serious professionalism to our roof repair. I knew I had a leak that needed repaired, but Alan made sure I knew what happened, why it happened, and what could be done to correct it. I was curious to see what the issues were first-hand, and he brought me onto the roof to show me everything personally. He gave many options for what they could do, for any budget, but ultimately I knew I needed a whole new roof. Even after getting other estimates, ARR gave the best prices, with no surprise costs at the end. The whole team was complete in less than 4 days, and the tile was replaced even better than when we purchased the home. I can't recommend Arizona Roof Rescue enough!

Alan was very professional and easy to work with! We called to have our roof looked at since we had loose tiles with some not even attached correctly to the roof (our house is only 6 years old). He quickly came out and gave us a quote and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time.

We had our roof completely replaced by Roof Rescue, Alan and his crew did a great job on our 2 story shingled roof. Done in 3 days and all cleaned up like nothing happened. I chose Alan because of his good communication with me, and answering all of my questions.

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.

Alan is an honest man who does the job right the first time. He replaced a roof for me on another home and I did not hesitate to call him again. Christina in the office was professional and efficient. Hector the crew leader was very thorough and professional. Had a fantastic experience with this company. Alan came to examine the roof and provided me with a repair quote. When I asked for a quote for the entire roof, he gave me a number but said the remaining areas would likely be fine for three to five years. His honesty was refreshing as most businesses would have gone for the higher priced service. His crew arrived on time daily, cleaned up the area daily, were professional, and finished earlier than expected. I have given their information to others who need repairs. Great small business!

I Recommend Arizona Roof Rescue, I had 5 companies come out to give me quotes. I choose them and and was very impressed by the fact they did what they said they would do. In the late 1970s & early 80s was a roofer, so have maybe a different perspective than most people would. If I needed to reroof another property, I would use them again!!

I’ve contracted with Arizona Roof Rescue multiple times for homes I have owned. One is a rental property and the other two were primary residences. The owner of the company, Alan, has always arrived on time and provided a thorough examination and explanation of what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and an estimate to get the job completed. He provided a schedule and his crews always arrived on time, ready to work. I’ve seen the same crew at each job. Alan treats them like family and they are some of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. At the end of each work day they thoroughly clean the job site, removing any debris and most importantly, any nails. Every job has been completed on time and on budget.

I had a leak in my roof after the original underlayment had failed after only 8 years after the house was built. I contacted Alan and 5 other roofing contractors. Alan was the most professional and didn't try upselling me, or nickel and diming me to death by charging for any wood that needed replacing, painting new vent caps, etc. He also took the time to look under the tiles during the initial inspection and tell me exactly what had failed. The original roofer had also shorted the number of tiles that they put on the roof. According to the calculations there should have been 2 more rows the length of my house, but the original contractor shorted the number of tiles to cut costs and improve their profit. The original underlayment was also very thin. Alan and his crew installed a double layer of thicker underlayment and the 2 extra rows of tiles when they roofed my entire house. Alan and his crew were on top of my house all day long in the hot July Arizona heat and finished the entire house in 5 days. They did a great job of cleaning up the debris on a daily basis and went around the perimeter of my house with a huge magnet after the job was complete to pick up all of the roofing nails. It has been 2 years and several monsoons since they replaced my roof. I have had zero leaks and have peace of mind knowing that the job was done right. I would highly recommend Alan and the crew at Arizona Roof Rescue to complete any roofing repair or replacement. Alan is a true professional and people of his character are hard to come by now days.

When I called I actually talked to the owner and he was very professional and told me he could come out to our house that day to give us a quote. They did a complete asphalt roof replacement as contracted. I am very satisfied. The job was completed when they said. The team is a hard working group that produced a fine result. The clean up was complete and meticulous.

Where should I start?? Well after the last crazy rain spell we had, we started to notice some buckling on our living room ceiling. After hours of researching I decided to call Arizona Rood Rescue. Spoke with Alan, who is actually the owner and he was very helpful. We were expecting the worst but luckily just needed a few repairs in a few spots. The cost was very resonable.
