About the Business
What people say about “Arizona Elite Builders”?
Customer feedback on Arizona Elite Builders is mixed, with some reviews highlighting significant issues while others praise the company's service and professionalism. Several clients have expressed dissatisfaction due to delays, mismanagement of funds, and ongoing construction errors, leading to serious frustrations. Conversely, many reviews commend the company's competitive pricing, quality of work, and excellent communication throughout the renovation process. The discrepancies in experiences suggest a lack of consistency in service delivery that potential clients should consider.

What Users Like The Least
- Mr. Garrison admitted that he had spent our deposit on personal expenses and no longer had the funds to do the work as promised.

Recommended Reviews
I’m writing this review to share our experience with Jacob Floyd Garrison, who is the listed owner of Arizona Elite Builders, LLC.
In September 2024, our HOA hired another company also owned by Mr. Garrison to recoat 35 townhomes. We paid a 50% deposit upfront. For two months, we were given constant excuses for delays—broken-down truck, foreman on vacation, etc. Eventually, Mr. Garrison admitted that he had spent our deposit—intended for materials—on personal expenses and no longer had the funds to do the work as promised.
He offered to repay the amount over time and made three small payments but then stopped responding completely. It is now June 2025, and the matter is still unresolved. He still owes us a large amount of money, and we have filed a lawsuit. The Better Business Bureau has confirmed other complaints involving Mr. Garrison as well.
Given that he is operating under the name Arizona Elite Builders, we feel it’s important to share this experience. We strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to do thorough research and proceed with caution based on our experience with its owner.
6 years later after a new build and still fixing huge errors. Yesterday I had to crawl through the attic to add a support for a light fixturer that fell from the ceiling,
short screws were drilled into sheet
rock.
The list goes on with us hiring other people to redo and undo what ELITE should have done right.
Arizona Elite Builders quoted us a very competitive price, and the change orders were less than 10% of total cost. Our project manager, David B., was extremely honest and professional. This company remodeled my neighbor's house and was recommended to me. They did a great job and the only negative was a few supply chain issues due to COVID - which is completely out of their control. I would recommend these guys.
