Arica did a great job on our roof replacement. Out of 5 quotes we chose them because they were very detailed, had such great reviews and you could tell these guys were behind their word. 100% we would recommend to anyone needing any roof work done. The job was thourogh and any questions or concerns were always addressed. They were always available and even on site several times throughout the project. The inspector even commented on their quality of workmanship since they came out in the middle of the project and at the end. We are happy with the work and would use them again!!

I must say these are the most kind and professional company I have ever worked with. When they started working on the roof several major problems were encounter. First there were 3 roofs one in top of each other and went got to the bottom all the wood was rotted. The roof required major work. They work with us every step of the way. Financially this was a nightmare but they re used what they could to cut the cost and even gave up part of their profit to bring this job within my budget. I was so impressed and kept saying thank you, thank you. They care about their customers and made this job easy on us emotionally and financially. They are a father and son company. Both were hands on the job and kept us informed every step of the way. I was given their name by a neighbor because they had also done a great job for them. I recommend them highly.

I own a commercial property near downtown that is approximately 10,000 square feet. The roof was in need of repair and ultimately replacing. I researched products to include type of roofing materials, companies who do flat roofs, and availability of services.
I interviewed 5 different companies with estimates ranging from around mid 40’s to $240’s. Crazy world! Arica Roofing kept coming back to my mind. They were not the least expensive and definitely not the most but from talking to the Representative I got a strong sense of ownership, professionalism and a unique sense of loyalty.
Arica did not disappoint. They were on the job quickly and informed me every step of the way. Once the materials arrived they were on the job in less than a week and finished promptly with a clean City inspection and a manufacturing inspection which allowed for a 20 year warranty! I would not hesitate at all to use Arica Construction

Ricky and his son and team were amazing! Throughout our experience we had things occur unexpectedly, and had to be changed last minute, and nothing skipped a beat! Ricky even stepped up when an incident occured, and took responsibility, and put safety first. Great customer service, and communication. I will 100% be calling him again if and when our roof needs repairs, they even did an all new gutter system and it just completes our home perfectly. The roof was done in 1 day, and gutters completed the following day. I loved how he directly supervised his staff, and was on top of the roof working with them!!! When I think of ARICA Construction, a few words come to mind...professional, prompt, reliable, honest, quality, caring, and all-round outstanding. Mr. Ricky Ravelo and his team did an excellent job! Our Church needed an inspection/roof/repair, etc. Mr. Ricky took the time to inspect, take pictures, and explain everything to us. We needed a new roof and one was installed with a warranty. I usually don't do reviews but I was so impressed with ARICA's services, I had to share. It is good to know that there are still good, honest people that provide professional, quality services to others. Keep up the great work!

This was my second time using this company....When 3 other companies made me wait 4 days for an estimate Arica Construction came out the SAME DAY!!! They were on time and very honest... I believe its a father and son Company, not sure..What I do know is that they are fast , professional and reasonably priced... They completed the sealing job on my roof and offered me a 5 year warranty which no one else would... I am more than satisfied with Arica Costruction...Well recommended!

With this being my first ever home insurance claim, the pros at Arica really took the time to walk me through the process and thoroughly explain my options with no pressure to commit with any particular solution or even the company. Job was completed swiftly and beyond my expectations, really top quality service and products. When we started out we got quotes from 6 companies, out of those Ricky was the only one to take the time to follow up with me. Not only did he follow up on the initial quote, he continued to follow up all through the shut down, most of which was just checking on how the family was getting along. He was patient with us until we were ready to move forward. Once we said we were ready he immediately got the ball rolling and got us taken care of as fast ad he could. Our new roof is beautiful and I can't say enough about how great the experience was even the day of the work. Ricky of ARICA took on a roofing challenge at my home on a manufacture warranty issue. Ricky was recommend by the replacement supplier based on their promptness and cost effective business manner. The crew showed up at my convenience. Ricky developed a game plan to remove the damaged roof and replaced the entire roof to meet the the guidelines and warranty of GAF roofing products. ARICA was prompt on a revisit to follow up on the installation and completion of the project. This company is organization that i would recommend and do business with again on future projects.

The experience as a whole was outstanding. After requesting quotes from 3 different roofing companies, ARICA was the only one to exceed my expectations. Ricky showed up with a complete quote that included images, measurements and a complete breakdown of the cost when we met the day after I called him. The price of the job was less than or in line with the other quotes. After agreeing to the terms he had the permit pulled, materials delivered, and people working within 3 days and had the roof completed two days later.
