We have had a water leak in our home. We employed Arcus to come and dry the space. They were quick & effective. Sam, first of several Arcus folks I’ve talked to, walked me through what I could expect in the coming days. I am overly pleased by my insurance adjuster & Arcus in the ways they have worked together. We aren’t finished yet, but I’m confident we will soon. These folks communicate & execute on a timely basis.

The project manager, scheduler, and crew were polite, caring, understanding, and quick! The PM, Nate assisted me through the process as I had not had any restoration projects on my home before. The scheduler Molly was extremely helpful and responsive. I felt that both Nate and Molly cared about our situation and our family and did everything they could to help us and get us back in our home as soon as possible. The crew that replaced our floors worked faster than anticipated and we were back in our home a week early! Highly recommend.

These guys were AWESOME my roof looks great they went above and beyond and did fabulous work and in very little time A++++++++. Amazing! Sam kept all appointments and showed up a day early to protect my new front yard and cover plants. Crew came in tore down and installed 40 squares of shingles all in a day. The product is rated well enough that State Farm provides an annual premium discount. Win Win

I recently had a pipe water leak within the wall of my master bathroom. Which the leak went into my other bathroom and because the pipes were positioned at the back of my living room wall the water eventually hit the living room floor near the wall, bathroom floors, etc. Lots of restoring had to be done due to water damage. Arcus Restoration was the contracting company that I used to restore my home. Everyone that I encountered, within the company, were kind, polite and professional, from start to finish. Matt was my project manager and he was kind, polite and was patient when I had many questions and made sure that I understood what was taking place during this process for me. He was very good at explaining and knowledgeable of the steps in restoring my home. Matt stayed in contact with those that were working in my home, he made many visits while work was being done and kept up with the process of the restoration of it. I met some of the workers when I made stops to my home and they were kind and polite. Everyone that worked on my home did a FANTASTIC job. I am very pleased. I appreciate Molly on how she would also keep me informed on who would be coming and on what day. Her and Matt were great about doing that. I felt like Arcus Restoration cared about their customers and I would recommend this company to others.

After dealing with my insurance adjuster for a month and getting nowhere, I asked for Arcus, since they did flood repair in 2021. Molly and Nate let me know what and when it was to be done every step of the way. My first experience with Arcus in 2021 was with Jonathan. I was so impressed with how smoothly it went, I didn’t hesitate to use them again. They were both very professional, friendly and respectful. I hope I don’t have another flood, but if I do, I’ll be calling them.

My mother asked me to relay her thankfulness for the experience she had. Nothing but kudos for Arcus and their employees from their sweet and pleasant secretary Molly to the representative Nathan to the professional installers and the accomplished painter Tony. Everyone always arrived at the appointed time a neat and timely manner. All phone calls and texts were returned and all my questions were answered to my understanding. All contracts were explained and insurance issues taken care of. All I had to do is pick out my roofing.

We had extensive water damage due to a leaking pipe in our crawl space. Our insurance company hired Arcus to complete the repairs. Our Project Manager, John Mathis, was very patient, kind, and helpful with all of our questions! Response times from both John and the Scheduler, Alicia, were prompt! Accounts Receivable took the time to go over billing with us and were also very patient with questions. Overall, everyone was a pleasure to work with throughout our journey and we’re very thankful!

We got a quote from them in March and have been ghosted by Cam ever since. I have called & emailed him several times about follow up for our house repair. It upsets me the most that State Farm actually recommended this company ! I plan to call my agent (who I have a close relationship with) and tell them to stop recommending this company because it’s a waste of time

Arcus handled my water damage from the clean up to the rebuild. Greg was amazing, he was available to answer all my questions and I had a lot. No matter the time or day Greg responded. Everyone they sent was on time and absolutely professional. If your in the Antioch area Arcus Restoration is 5 star service.

Next step John Mathis stepped in as the project manager of the renovation. The people he brought in were meticulous laying the floor and the painter did a great job with installing the trim and painting.

WOW!!! Let me start off by applauding Matt from Arcus and his team for their OUTSTANDING performance and professionalism during this stressful time. For those who have experienced water damage to their home, it can be a stressful endeavor. Matt and his team were very communicative and responsive during the entirety of our remodel. Matt went above and beyond what was expected from a contractor and put our stress at ease. If you're considering or on the fence about using Arcus for your needs, DO NOT HESITATE! You will not be disappointed with their services. Arcus has earned a lifetime customer for any future needs should life throw another curveball our way.

It took 7 months to get back in our home. The dry wall guys made a mistake because the supervisor never came by to check the job. He cut corners to make up for the cost of it. He would send one guy to work a couple hours a day on his way home. The dumpster sat in my driveway stinking the place up and even cracked my aggregate. He made photos but the time stamp was off. They were done afterward, my papers were all thrown in a box. I have still not recovered from it. They broke my pedestal sink and threw my expensive porcelain Lenape bathroom fixtures in a bucket of water and left them. Messed up the attachments in the back. Scratched up my tub by putting the toilet in it. My little dog died in that tub, I can still see his footprints. Too many jobs were being run concurrently and we were last in line and last taken care of. John was not consistent and blamed Freddie for being overloaded. If he would show up on the job site as faithfully as he gets to soccer games. He might do okay. Will Uhland was the bright spot he and Jim one of of the laborers.

We had plumbing burst in our home and made a huge mess. The Arcus folks did a great job putting our home back together again. Special thanks to Nathan and Molly for the great work keeping us informed about the complicated scheduling and managing the different work crews.

Nathan and Molly headed the project of getting our floors replaced after flood damage from the cold snap around Christmas and made the process extremely easy for my wife and I. Will definitely use them again for all restoration needs.

John was a great manager for the project. Worked well and efficiently with the subs and the insurance company. I was very thankful that he oversaw the project and that he made sure that those who were doing the work did a great job. We were very pleased with the work.

Arcus agreed to do our water damage after the Christmas storm. They came in , ripped up my floors. In the process the damaged walls, doors left nails hanging out or the floor. Ruined the wood on the staircase. After meeting with the project manager John a month later, he said he’s not willing to finish the job. So it two months later and we have no floors and holes in the walls. Do not trust this company! Our contract also called for epoxy floors in garage and wants to slap paint down. In my opinion he’s not really a contractor, he’s lazy and doesn’t wants to do what he agreed to I’m adding to the list of items they did, removed air vents/ducts under house and never replaced them. I guess we are now heating the crawl space

The folks who work here are hard working and professional
They are able to handle drying, mold removal and the replacement of flooring, all on their own. No need to have multiple companies to deal with, it’s all done under one name.

I had 2 insurance claims they worked on. The outside tree damage took about 3 months to get it finished. The contractor they hired to stain the deck was called back 3 times and still didn't get it done. And no none at Arcus bothered to check his work, I had to call them and tell them it wasn't done. The inside water damage was delayed a week because someone claimed to have seen a snake in the very small crawlspace, and I had to get a professional to certify there were no snakes. He laughed at the idea.
No one in the company talks to anyone else. I had to go thru several people with every issue to get some kind of an answer.
We have been going back and forth on the final reckoning as to who owes who. They claim I owe them one amount, the insurance shows documentation that they have been overpaid about 3 times as much. Still waiting.
The work looks great once it finally got finished. No complaints there. But my project started in May, and the paperwork is still not completed.

Insurance claim filed end of July. Was told they would have the floor redone by end of August. They pushed the date back.. and again.. and again. The latest was to start on November 28. Work would commence on December 1. Today they called.. it will be a couple more weeks because they’re over booked. Over booked since August? September? October? If you book someone to do the work how are you over booked? We are already booked. At this point the floor is torn up, there is visqueen blocking off the oven and fridge, everything was removed from the flooring area, the floor has no due to failure to fix fallen through.. no sense of urgency? Very unprofessional, very amateur. I would never recommend this place to anyone including my worst enemy. At this point come Monday the Better Business Bureau will be contacted. If required we will take further action. If you cannot handle the workload don’t book it.I should also mentioned funds were paid and tied up since October for upgraded flooring. Again.. they called Thanksgiving eve.. way to ruin a holiday.

I am so glad I was able to find your company. I was having such a hard time with the previsous company. I was able to get Arcus and with Nathan and Molly's assistance they were able to get the job done. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Our insurance paired us with Arcus once our builder completely screwed us. We went in with a bad taste and were already upset about the repair project and everything involved. Nate quickly turned that around. He jumped in immediately and hit the ground running. Molly kept us up to date with every single appointment, arrival, and timeline from day one until the final inspection. They took care of flooring, drywall, trim, paint, and even cleaned up after. That part of the house was cleaner than the day we moved in!

How fortunate we are to have chosen Arcus for our mitigation and remodeling company after a water loss. Arcus was on site within 30 minutes of my call to start the mitigation process. The damage spanned multiple rooms and both floors. Everyone from customer service, to mitigation crew, to project manager, to the repairmen we’re courteous of our time and our home. The project manager, John, did an excellent job keeping us in the loop the whole time. The quality and craftsmanship of the work their crews do is second to none.

Arcus mitigated and repair damage from a water leak in our upstairs bathroom. We have damage to tile, hardwood, and drywall. We had a prior issue with the refrigerator that also required their services and we chose them again this time based on their experience.

Matt was our go to guy and made himself available 24/7 which was necessary for this time sensitive project. We were on vacation and had a flood on our main floor. They showed up on a Sunday and had the floors up and fans/dehydrator going by noon.
