I had trouble connecting to my hotel WIFI and called Archer.
They provided me with steps that lead to a resolution and those steps involved no revenue for them. My own IT department did not know what to do but they did. Thank you Archer!

Had Clay help me with my new gaming build as my MOBO needed a BiOS update and that was a little above what my knowledge level is.

Clay was not only affordable but he's an all around very friendly and knowledgeable guy. I would definitely recommend anyone in PC over to Archer Computer Solutions vs driving out to Heber or SLC to get the same work done at a premium + gas and time out of your day.

I highly recommend Archer Computer Services for computer repair. My Macbook keyboard needed to be replaced, so I took it to a "specialty store" first to to see how much it would be. They said it needed to be backed up, wiped and sent out. They quoted over $400! I called Archer at 6 pm the night before I was leaving town on vacation, he met me at his house, looked at the computer and said he could fix it for a fraction of the cost plus have it to me by the time I got back from my trip. He replaced my keyboard for $160 and everything is working great. Thanks Clay!!

Excellent service. I had a power supply unit fail on my computer. Clay diagnosed it for free, and gave me an estimate on when and how much it'd be to fix it. He had my computer fixed within a few days, and went out of his way to do a few extra things so my computer would run smoothly.

I would definitely recommend his services.

I had a great experience with Archer Computer Services. While on vacation in Park City, the charging port on my son's Nexus 7 tablet broke. Clay Archer, the owner, took time out of his busy schedule to perform what turned out to be a rather complex repair--and he did it for half the price that other repair facilities quoted me. I initially thought that the tablet would have to be trashed, but thanks to Mr. Archer's skill and expertise, the tablet is functioning beautifully now, and I was saved the cost of buying a new one.

I would not hesitate to use Archer Computer Services again. I should add that they do much more than repairs. Networking, security systems--they are experts in everything computer-related. I recommend them highly.
