Update: Initial progress on my project was very slow, but they were patient with me as a wrestled my insurance company. Definitely not a bad company, and they no longer work with the contractor that caused the delay I was experiencing.

This company is doing a project for my house that included a reroof and replacement of vinyl siding that was damaged by hail. They were pretty quick about getting the reroof done, and the quality is decent. But they have seriously dragged their feet on finishing the job with the siding. As I write this, it's been almost 3 months since the roof was replaced and about a months since they received the materials for the siding replacement and I still haven't heard from them about an install date. All the while my home is risking water damage due to the damaged siding. They do not seem to prioritize their customers, much more concerned with making their buck. Would not recommend unless you ONLY need a reroof and do not foresee any complications.
