I had hired a different roofing company. They started the job and then ran off with my money. I had a visit from Jason who is one of the managers come by to see if I needed any help with my roofing, but at moment I was not financially able to finished my roof. It was windy and rain was coming in to my surprise when I came home the work that was previously done by another roofer that was coming off was put back on my roof really nice. We had a lot of trouble finding a roofer in Elephant Butte. Called roughly 4 companies that wouldn't even return our calls. Jason always answers the phone and returned all of our calls promptly. Very transparent about the job and pricing. After we wired half the cost of the job, he had someone our roof within 24 hours. Roof looks awesome! Would definitely use him again.

In July 2022, I chose ARC ROOFING for a roofing project at my Las Cruces home. Out of 9 estimates I chose them because they were certified by 5 Roofing Manufactures. Not the lowest, but not the highest for roofing. Their team showed exceptional skill and efficiency, completing the re-roofing in just two days. However, a few months later, I discovered a damp spot on my ceiling, suggesting a roofing issue. ARC Roofing responded swiftly, sending a team to my Las Cruces home to address the problem, and thankfully, the issue appeared to be resolved promptly.

They were quick to fix the Roof Leak. It turns out it was my Stucco parapet wall that had failed they showed me pictures of when up on the Roof. Not sure if Jason had something happen to him. Can't reach him after I paid my deposit. He did inspection and estimate. I paid the deposit 3 weeks ago and haven't heard from him since. Reporting ARC to BBB. Don't pay anything until work is done. UPDATE- Jason did get back to me as he said below. And he did get the work done. He needs an assistant to communicate with customers if he is not available. He is very knowledgeable but is somewhat dependent on 3rd party crews to get the work done. I would give him another try if I need more work done.

Called on a Thursday morning due to a leak on our roof. Jason answered the call and stated he would come by the next day....but in reality he called me that afternoon and came to take a look. By Monday Alex called and set up to do water testing and found the problem. Currently having work done...will update after done.

I called ARC Roofing based on their reviews which were excellent. I called on a Monday Morning and got a response within 24 hours. The voicemail recording was for Jason but Christopher returned my call. They sent someone that same evening. Being I was calling for my father he received the gentleman, saw the damage and took the insurance information they requested. One week later I have not received a call back with an estimate or any call whatsoever. I called back to see if I could find out what the status was but still no response. We understand we are not the only ones needing work but a courtesy call would be nice letting us know they chose not do the job for whatever reason. Not very impressed with their customer service. From their reviews they do excellent work but unfortunately we didn't get the same courtesy. Call at your own risk knowing you might not get results.

Jason is very professional and more importantly knowledgable. He was pointing out code violations from a prior roof job I did not even know I had and I’m a pretty knowledgable guy. He showed up when he said he would and gave me great advice. There was a few weeks that I did not hear from him like I thought I would and I had written him off as just another NM contractor that says one thing but does another but to my surprise he calls me today to apologize that he was out of touch due to an illnesses. Update!!!! Jason reached out to me a couple of times after my original post, and on 11/12/20 Jason followed through and reimbursed me back the agreed amount we had settled on since the work was not completed. So I happy I was able to get my money back!!!

I hired this guy to work on my moms roof. I gave him a deposit of $2100. The first red flag was he told me Friday 08/07 that they would start the next day but no one showed up. I called him, then he told me they will try to get to us earlier to end of next week. Someone did show up and did some work but its been over a week since anyone has been to my moms house and now Jason Morgan will not answer any of my calls or text. He has several different numbers listed but won't respond. If you call him, and he doesn't know the number, he will tell you to text him, this is probably because a lot people, like me, want their money back!!!

ARC Roofing, LLC worked on my roof in 2017. Initially I was happy and it came with a 10 year warranty. In 2023, I had wind damage on the roof. Jason basically ghosted me from February 2023 through June 2023, according to him due to health issues. It got resolved eventually. I ended up learning from a different contractor that the work was bad and needed rework. I don't recommend ARC Roofing LLC. Go to a more reliable company/person.
