I was incredibly lucky to have ARC respond to the aftermath of my house fire. Their mitigation crew was very quick to begin the clean up. The project took a lot longer than expected but it was due to many factors out of the teams control--all of which was communicated to me. The finished product is absolutely stunning and TOP quality. Chris is a very knowledgable contractor and I couldn't of asked for a better team of professionals to get my house restored. I can feel the skill that went into the work and I trust that if I need anything in the future, ARC is only a call away. Highly recommend for skill, quality and kindness.

Had several things done based on referral from insurance company. The initial work appeared good. I noticed siding that was sagging recently on the front of my house which they replaced. Upon closer inspection it appears to not be installed properly. I reached out via email multiple times, and by phone multiple times over the past month. I was told I was 'forgot about' after I never heard from the guy supposed to come out to inspect the work. Called again, no follow or person shows up. Emailed again, no response. Offered to send pictures if that would be easier for them, was never taken up on the offer. It appears they have ghosted me.

Nick Roth and his team did a great job renovating a kitchen in a basement apartment in my home. Nick was always accessible, and responded quickly to my questions. He helped me get the most for my insurance money without sacrificing quality in materials. When he was on vacation, his supervisor, Rick, stepped in and was equally helpful. Both were friendly, professional, efficient and prompt. The workers cleaned up at the end of each work day, taking all trash with them. I look forward to scheduling another project with ARC.

ARC was professional, efficient and fast in removing my old roofing shingles and installing new ones. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

The water damage to my home was divided into two work crews, half being done by one company and the rest done by ARC Chris Schmitt was available to answer every concern.The work was done perfectly and I am so pleased. The painters and floor restoration.......everything is better than I could have expected. They even dusted the furniture when they brought it back into the room. They are so good that I plan to have them come back and make my kitchen look as good as the work they did!

I tried to hire them to take care of some wind damage to the outside of my house, covered by homeowners insurance. (Damaged roof, siding, and AC.) They took many days before they came to see the place and do the mitigation. After several days of not hearing from them, I started calling them. Eventually they let me talk to someone. I explained that I only had a few weeks to get everything fixed before I would be out of the country for over a month. They said they would try to get the job done but wouldn't make any promises. I explained again that I absolutely needed it done before I left the country and they answered in the same way: they'd try. Obviously that was not acceptable. I had to find another contractor, and luckily I found it: United Services. Although contacted much later, United Services immediately understood the situation, sent someone to look at the place the next day, scheduled the work quickly and made sure everything was done well and on time.

All I see when I read the reviews is how the owner wants to deny that the person doing the review has not had business with them because they supposedly can’t find their name in the system. I really can’t see over a dozen people coming in here to lie. Take responsibility for what your workers and you do. Maybe not running a company on a app is not the best way to do things for your employees and actually return calls and not go 7 days without work and your employees would be proud to work for you.

Had work done back in 2015, the project manager they had on the job quit half way thru our job & they sent another company to come complete the work. We have emailed Evan several times & called the business several times and left messages. The kitchen ceiling they supposedly fixed is still leaking water & the drywall is ripped. Poor communication & poor customer service. They never fixed the original issue, just painted over the crack on the ceiling. However, they did cash our check very quick. Last message left was 2 weeks ago & still no call back.

I haven't done business with them but I do not appreciate them riding my ass with my child in the car honking there horn at me!! I couldn't pull forward and lord forbid what would have happen if you would hit me in my ass!!! This just happen here in Troy mo over at the stop light by Phillips 66

So far so good. I have not had their construction services performed yet but Chris the owner has answered all of my calls, been to my house to meet adjusters and explained how to best proceed. My insurance company recommended them to me.

Well, they finished up and I am very happy with ARC. Chris, one of the owners and Steve the project manager were amazing along with the folks who did the work. I am very pleased and would utilize them again!

Arc Construction did a great job with an insurance claim for hail damage. They kept us informed during the whole process. It took two days for the roofers to put the roof on because of the size and steepness and a project manager came by more than once a day to check on our project and ask if we had any concerns. Great customer service! Good experience.

We had roof repair on our house. ARC did a wonderful job. All of the crew were very professional and would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced some damaged shingles and a missing piece of siding due to a storm. Took a while to get on the schedule since it was a small job and not urgent. No one notified me of actual date of repairs, and I was out of town. Upon my return the new piece of siding was loose and I had to get up on a ladder and tuck it into the trim piece. Otherwise work was completed and price was reasonable compared to other bids.

I agree with some of the reviews below. We had a claim for hail damage on 28 Feb. Have not even begun work on the property. Just the working the contract and details have been an issue. Project manager, Evan does not return calls. I have emailed him and left him several voicemail messages with no avail. Very poor communication lines with the customer. Having to chase them down to get answers or estimates is not acceptable. If a customer has questions, answers should be provided in a timely manner. I have gotten comments on "how busy" they are and how I am not the only job they are working on, etc. I believe we are all busy and bottom line is this is business for them.

The reason I selected this company was not because of the online reviews. I selected this company because Crawford has a link in the USAA email that was sent to us after we placed the claim. They are supposed to be a "USAA preferred contractor". My experience with USAA has always been excellent and I guess I automatically assumed that same type of service would transfer to their "preferred contractors". Will just have to discuss with USAA.

I have mixed emotions on this company after a recent ruptured frozen pipe resulting in water in three bathrooms, a kitchen and the basement which was part of an insurance claim 12/26/2016.

Kieth is the gentleman that you want to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He gets a 5 star rating.

Unfortunately, Tim Kamp is in the office who takes shortcuts and lies to the customer. He told me that three asbestos samples were sent for testing but in reality he only sent one which was confirmed by Itel the testing company. Fortunately, I called the Itel to confirm the test results prior to executing a contract to remove the asbestos. Additionally, one of the employees removed the wrong wall in the basement bathroom and a soffit that had no water anywhere near it resulting in a larger repair effort. No explanation on the why of this from team member Pat.

They rotate different teams over the course of the few days that they are there and evidently do not talk to one another as one team had no idea what or why the other team did.

Ask a lot of questions as its your property, before they start.

At first the "owner" Chris came out and looked at my roof. When it was time for the insurance adjuster to come and look at the roof another gentleman was sent out. When it was time for the They passed the business between each other I even faxed a copy of the insurance estimate to the office it has been over a month and a half since I have heard from this company. And I believe I made it clear enough that I wanted them to do the work. They seem to be bad communicators or they just don't want to work. I have called the contractor emailed and text him...also called the office. No response. WOW!

Responded to a Homeowners Insurance claim with USAA within 1hr and had the team at my door 2hrs later. They listened to my concerns and included me in explaining their work. Great team, well done and excellent communication.

Started with this company in April to get a bid on resurfacing a patio. The first guy went in the hospital and gave the job to another guy (Matt). Matt had numerous subcontractors come to look at the situation (there is also a garage under this patio which was leaking). He FINALLY came up with an estimate that simply stated a bottom line dollar amount. It was the worst estimate I have ever read. There was nothing written telling me what they intended to do. I KEPT e-mailing Matt, and he finally got an acceptably worded estimate, but I could not get him to commit to do this work. Said it was too wet, had to wait for dry days. Finally, he said he had to go into the hospital. It is now August 9th and still NO WORD!!

We needed to have our roof replaced and they came out to survey, gave us a very reasonable estimate, delivered the materials in a short time, and 2 days later, came out with a very professional crew and put the new roof on, replaces the pipes, reflashed around the chimney. They cleaned the grounds, cleaned the gutters and were finished that day. There were no problems and the job went so smoothly. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. I am glad we used ARC and we have a beautiful new roof.

I used ARC for a water loss at my home. I had just under $40,000 in damage to my home. They arrived quickly and were very professional. They were able to handle my loss from dry out to reconstruction. I could not imagine the stress of using multiple contractors and handling the scheduling of all of them myself. ARC worked directly with my insurance company and made a very difficult time much less stressful! I highly recommend this company!!!
