My family and I recently purchased an older home that we are slowly fixing up as we go along. As it is a 3 story split level home we didn’t know how we could clean our high up exterior windows. We just got quite lucky finding Arbutus exteriors through a google search but they certainly did not disappoint one bit. Throughout the whole communication and service process, they were very respectful, professional, and friendly even though we asked them a million questions along the way, they were very patient with us and of course did a fantastic job getting the built up muck and dirt off the higher up windows. They did their very best to not be disruptive to my daughter who works from home during the day and kept things very tidy and as quietly as they could as they moved around the house. Would recommend to anyone looking for exterior home cleaning services.

Arbutus Exteriors cleaned three stories of windows on our house. They went out of their way to make sure my skylights were perfect. They gave them a second pass in the pouring rain even though I was satisfied after inspection.

These young men did such a great job power-washing our driveway & cleaning our deck in the spring and now this fall they were excellent at gutter and window cleaning.
