A fair price and probably more trouble than it was worth for the seller (Izzy), but he came in to his shop on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. Also I initially inquired about some used audi running boards, he accidentally quoted me a price for the roofracks (which are worth a few bucks less) when he realized the part I really wanted, he still stuck to the lower roof rack price, even though I'm sure he knew the running boards were worth a bit more...not a ton of money, but he never even mentioned it, an honorable gesture that didn't go unnoticed!

After being jerked around by dealerships I kept hearing Nas come up as to where to bring my vehicle. I was not disappointed! Very friendly, honest and very fair priced. As a business owner it’s refreshing to find other businessmen that have their reputations and the customers in mind over a quick buck. I’ll be using APT for this day forward for all my vehicles

Nas and Izzy are the real deal. We purchased a refurbished VW Jetta from them in May of 2023. This was my sons first car and it was super clean and ran amazingly. We had no issues with it at all. Then in February of 2024, a deer totalled the car. We went back and found another VW Jetta for my son and once again Nas and Izzy over delivered. Highly recommend them and your trip to DMV will be simple. Adding bonus... the drove the second car to my mechanic to have him look it over before you purchased it. That alone put them at a new level with us. Thanks guys, you know we will be back!

Although they were unable to fix my car they were professional, decent and honest. I would definitely use them in the future.

As a business they can learn to be more efficient in communicating not calling when they want to ask a question even if you have been calling for a week to find a issue with the car

Had my car for 16 weeks and still didn’t fix the problem with my car they even said it was good to go and that my car was fixed which it wasn’t started haveing the same problem after 3 days of haveing the car back. didn’t return my phone calls took up to almost 2 weeks to return some of my calls.

My 2003 Audi A4 convertible top had been inoperable for two years before I brought it to APT on the recommendation of the shop that would be replacing the top for me. APT diagnosed the faults w/ the mechanical system that operates the top and found that it was mainly electrical connections that were badly corroded from the car sitting outdoors for five years. These guys are very honest because they could have told me it was far more extensive than just corroded connections. The repair of the top ended up being very reasonable which allowed me enough in my budget to properly address some critical engine issues. Naz explained to me exactly what was happening with each issue we addressed and due to this upfront manner I felt comfortable letting him do all the necessary work to get the car back to good working order. I am happy to say that I've enjoyed driving this beautiful little car once again thanks to APT.

These guys here are AMAZING you need something taken care of APT is the spot i go here for absolutely everything on my car faithfully and so do several buddies of mine. These guys know what they’re talking about and back it up in the form of their work I am never disappointed or dissatisfied. If your not taking your car to my man over at APT your wasting your money and your time. Iv had everything from tires to small tune ups to massive jobs after ppl have hit my car and they always make it look brand new and keep my car in shape.

I been in this area for sometime now, we can all agree the when it come to finding a machanic...a GOOD machanic. It nearly impossible without them doing what they do best. Take your money!
But NOT HERE! I literally went in 5 mins. He told me the prognosis and then took it my car in without hesitation. Mind you there lot was packed. Next day got my car and my baby is rawrin....i would recommend this to anyone i know and you should too

I came to see Naz at APT Motorsports with a very difficult electrical issue on a 2008 Audi A5. It was my first time using this shop. Usually I would try a new shop with an oil change service or something minor to see how they are. I had no other choice , but to bring it to the dealer and get completely abused. In speaking with Naz I felt assured he could handle the job. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in Audi vehicles. He was upfront and honest. Kept me informed as to his progress in diagnosing the very complicated issue this car had. He literally removed the seats and carpets to discover that the sunroof drains were clogged and destroyed one of the MMI components.
Naz fixed the problem and reinstalled everything without even a trace of a dirty fingerprint on my seats or dashboard or console. Amazing. Excellent Technician. APT Motorsports has my future business as well as my family and friends with German cars. Highly recommended.

I've recently had two cars spend some time with Naz at APT auto repair. I am a real customer with several thousands spent and I am absolutely pleased with the service, results, communications, fairness and honesty I've had doing business here. I came in with my 2007 Porsche Boxster. I was the second owner of this car and the first first guy put on an aftermarket high performance exhaust. I thought this was pretty cool to have until engine light came on and stayed stuck and they told me that it had to do with the aftermarket exhaust. So I lived with it. Every year was challenging to get this car inspected. This year it was impossible. Naz started with a new oxygen sensor. A bunch of codes disappeared but the catalytic converter code continued to recur. Somehow this wizard Naz was able to manipulate and clean oxygen sensors etc. to get this car to pass the inspection. He made it pretty clear that I'm going to need a new catalytic converter and I'm shopping now since this is an old aftermarket exhaust. Either way, Naz demonstrated his capabilities in what I consider a challenging situation. Especially as a lay person with a good knowledge of cars, I absolutely appreciate the value of a garage like this that can work on German cars once you're done with the dealer.
My other car also happens to be a 2007, this time a BMW X.3. Brakes, suspension, Ann intermittent but consistent overheating situation.... One step at a time, Naz got through it all and now the car works great. I'm putting in the energy to write this very long review because I like these guys and I want to do them a solid. If you have a German car, especially with some kind of situation that may be difficult to diagnose or manage, I highly, highly, highly recommend Naz and the expertise, care and personal attention you will have at APT Auto Repair in Middletown New York. And they fixed it on the first visit.... then i took the car back because of a check engine light. Nas fixed the issue at no additional cost..The absolute best mechanics for foreign and domestics cars..
