I contacted APR Roofing and arranged for Scott to come out to see what we needed to be done. I spent close to an hour with him. He came out on a Thursday, said I would have his proposal by following Monday. I did not hear from him. I called and spoke with his office manager who said she would have the proposal to me the next morning. From then on I did not hear from either of them. It is now Friday I never heard from anyone, even if just to say they did not want to take on my project or that there was a problem somewhere. They came highly recommended so I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

I have nothing but praise for this company. The owner and crew were great. The owner went above and beyond, and the crew did a quick and thorough job with no collateral damage or mess left behind.

I needed a repair, not an installation or new build. It was a leak in the roof. Any number of contractors were willing to quote me a new roof or a price based on a guess. Scott was not only pleasant and informative but put in the effort to clearly identify the likely problem. Beyond that he made the extra effort to protect (successfully) the leaking spot during the few days it took for the crew to come and make the repair.

In the end the job was completed sooner than promised and for considerably less cost than the worst case quote/estimate. Both were pleasant surprises that showed my initial impression and confidence level were justified.

I have a couple of other real (not repair) projects planned for the future and I will most certainly reach out to this company again! They are fair and honest.

Scott and his crew have done a great job with all kinds of attention to detail. Great job of keeping me informed, meeting time commitments, and performing above all expectations. Can't recommend highly enough. Turned a good looking log cabin into a "great" looking log cabin with a green standing seam metal roof.
