I highly recommend APM Group LLC for all of your construction needs. I was in a tough situation with a tenant who left my property destroyed. I ended up having two insurance claims approved and had my entire house re-done, all with the help and detailed execution by Project Manager, Humberto. He worked tirelessly with me and the insurance company, providing photos and quotes, detailing each necessary update to the penny. Updates were made to the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, water damaged basement, roof, deck, bedrooms, HVAC, electric and much more. I also live out of state, so Humberto handled any deliveries and necessary walk throughs with insurance adjustors for me. He was even at the house at midnight one night during a horrible storm, worried that my leaking roof would cause more damage. He made the entire rehab process so much less stressful for me and I am so thankful to have been able to work with him and his team. The craftsman ship of his team was outstanding. Everything was done to code and with care, right down to the air fresheners and toilet cleaning products they provided. This was the best experience I could have asked for a very rough time in my life. Thanks for the great work!

We were very happy with the workmanship and the service from APM with our basement renovation. Humberto was great about making suggestions as the project progressed that really made a difference. In many ways the company went above and beyond fixing things that they didn’t need to because they cared about it and knew it would help with the aesthetics of the basement. The team working on the project were always pleasant and respectful of the mess that comes with renovations. Overall, we are very happy with our new basement and would use APM again in a heartbeat.

APM Group LLC Construction has done an excellent job replacing the sidings on my house. They really gave my property a new face lift and it has enhanced the value of my property. Humberto was great to work with. He knew what he was doing and offered great value compared to other quotes I received from other companies. He finished several rooms in an unfinished basement and they look great. Could have been cleaner and there were some delays but this was to be expected based on the value being offered. I have found a trusted contractor but if you want everything perfectly clean and on time you may have to pay out of pocket for that.

Humberto and his team informed me of the entire process. They repaired the roof, replaced multiple water damaged ceilings, painted multiple rooms, fixed my broken door frame just in time for the holidays. They even protected my floors and content with plastic. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and end product was superior. This is a high end company! Will use again. NEVER AGAIN! This company was hired to replace the flooring in my powder room, foyer, and replace 3 toilets. The first problem was they did not order enough flooring for my project. Second, they installed new flooring and used the old border that was on my previous floor installation...new floor and old dirty trim/border. I was horrified when i saw that. I assume they did not order enough of that item either. I thought that was the reason for taking measurements. Once i pointed out my dissatisfaction, they did a wonderful job on the floor. They should have done that in the beginning and saved me the aggravation and stress. On day 4 of the project, they showed up after 5:00 p.m. Now on to the toilets, they replaced the old toilets and it took them two days to remove them from my property. One toilet was left in my living room, one was left in the guest bdrm shower, and one was left in the master bathroom bathtub. I asked the worker to remove the toilet from my bathtub and he put it outside on my front lawn. Once again i was horrified. Customer service and responsiveness are deplorable at best. In the end I am happy with the results but i dont need that kind of stress in my life. no thank you.

They were very responsive with me and had an appointment set up for today at 6pm and they were a no call or no show. My money spends the same so I'll be using someone else. All they had to do was call and say things changed and I would have been cool with that. I drove and hour to this property to be stood up.
