The sales person drove by my house and noticed shingles missing after a huge wind storm recently. He was very nice and informed me that I had shingles missing from my roof. He asked if he could send a drone above my house to see exactly how much damage was inflicted from the wind storm. He showed me pictures and footage of the damage from way above my house and moved the drone around all the roof areas. There was significant damage. He informed me that I should contact my insurance company and file a claim. The salesman also suggested that I schedule the meeting with the adjuster and have an APEX representative on the roof with the adjuster to point out significant issues. My insurance paid for all the damage and the whole roof needed to be replaced. The day the roofing crew was scheduled, they showed up about 7am, kindly asked me to move cars and other valuables away from the house. The crew went to work right away removing the old shingles. They laid tarp around the whole 3700sq ft house to catch debris and also threw most of the debris in a trailer. After the roof was cleared of nails and old pieces, they quickly went to work putting the underlayment and the new roofing shingles on the house. They finished up about 3:30pm with the roof and started the cleanup process on the roof and around the house. APEX Roofing put a whole roof on in ONE day!!! The roof looks amazing and very little debris was left around the house. The salesman kept his word and there were absolutely no surprises. APEX Roofing did a great job and at a very good price. I HIGHLY recommend APEX!!!
