Our house sustained roof damage and the team was able to come inspect our roof the day we called. They were very professional and responsive throughout the process. When I had a concern after the repair had been completed, they came to inspect it and repaired the further damage ASAP. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them!

Apex Roofing was excellent from start to finish. They were prompt with providing a very reasonable estimate, expeditious with scheduling work, skilled in execution, and on-target in final bill matching estimate. I am very happy with outcome!

We've had a mixed experience with Apex. The staff were friendly as well as the crew on the day of the job. That crew had to replace 12 plywood sheets, but chose not to replace other plywood sheets because they were still in good condition.

A few weeks later we noticed major lines in the roof, so we emailed them, and they've been working with us (weeks of emails) to figure this out. They sent someone to review it both in the attic and outside. They said that the seams between plywood sheets were uneven and suggested wood bracing in the attic. That didn't work.

They also suggested replacing the plywood and installing H clips. They said they didn't replace the entire roof deck the day of, and didn't use H clips between the plywood sheets because typically this is only done in entire roof deck replacements, and that's expensive.

Our main issue is that we were not asked or advised of this issue the day of the install, which we're not happy about.

So, the lines are still there. The only option left, that may or may not work, is to replace the front roof deck with new plywood - even though the old plywood is still good.

They'd charge us an additional $2,400, but only for the plywood for this fix as they'll take care of the shingles, but I don't think we or they are sure it's going to work.

So overall, we don't feel like we had the necessary information before or during this whole process, as we're getting all the explanation after the fact.

So our roof keeps looking like the pics below, we don't feel like it's a good look for a 10K job on our new house.

We're not the happiest, but we'll have to deal with it.

Apex installed a gutter system on my pergola and did an outstanding job! They performed the job quickly and left the area clean when done. I had one minor issue that needed to be addressed and they came up with a satisfactory solution. Everyone was especially helpful & thorough with the follow up. Hats off to Andrew/John for running such a top notch company!

Apex was very easy to work with. The quote was very close to the final price as they had to remove some fascia under the gutters to determine if condition required replacement and then let me know before adjusting the final bill. Weather also impacted when they were able to come and they stayed in contact. Very much appreciated the effort made to deal with my house situation.

Fantastic company. These guys really took the time to explain what our best options were. The workmanship was all great. I really felt like they were going out of their way to save us money in the long term. We have a really complex roof and will definitely be calling Apex again when we need help on our other sections of roof.

I am very pleased with the roofing job by Apex Roofing. Andrew provided a Timely quote which Was very reasonable especially Considering the complexity of matching slates With various sizes On various parts of the roof. He was very professional and it was a pleasure working with him.
Santos did a great job Removing the old slates and installing new waterproof material and slates.. We have not since received a torrential rain but I am quite confident their expertise will keep the house dry.

Apex Roofing did and excellent job with our roof replacement. Worked around the 2 weeks of rain, and after a break was able to get the work completed in 2 days.

I needed to review this company because the treatment and quality of work was unacceptable. We had a leak and they had to come back multiple times to complete the job. Leaving a mess of nails and debris each time. Once the work was completed the owner of the company harassed us for the money although we told him multiple times that we are selling our home and would pay him with the proceeds of the home. That was on Wednesday the house would be sold on Friday. He continued to threaten us with preventing the house from closing until he received his payment. It was distasteful, disrespectful and no way to run a business. Needless to say I would not recommend this company, not just for the lack of understanding and unbelievable disrespect but also the work that was done was subpar to say the least. Do better!

When we moved into our house we knew that we would need to replace the roof. I received four estimates and Apex Roofing was very competitive. I wanted a company that would also replace some rotted wood on our second floor dormers, and windows - ten windows in total. Apex was only one of two companies that said they could do this. As the other company was quite a bit more expensive, I elected to go with Apex. Also, I was impressed with Andrew, one of the owners who came out to discuss and quote the work that we wanted done. As with most projects of this scale some issues came up, but Apex Roofing was always on top of everything. John, the other owner, did a great job of managing the entire install process, and came out after everything was completed to make sure that I was pleased with the work. I would highly recommend Apex Roofing!

Did good work and was response. However, communication of dates was confusing to us. After the inspection, dates and times were scheduled and sent by email. I would have preferred a phone call. Had a hard time communicating with the workers upon their arrival.

Apex came out on an emergency basis to repair a roof leak while we were on vacation. We appreciated that they offered emergency services as not all roofing companies do. Apex was very responsive and took care of the problem which allowed us to continue our vacation without worry. Ultimately we decided that the roof needed replacing and they gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. Their team showed up when they said they would and finished the work in a day which was great. After the work was done they sent a representative out to inspect it and to make sure we were satisfied. The new roof looks great and we're very happy with it. We wholeheartedly recommend Apex to others.

Apex Roofing did a great job with repair of leakage where the fireplace flue exits through the roof. Prior to the job, Andrew kept in communication to verify the the correct shingles and supplies. The crew did nice work and verified all posable areas of leakage were checked. I would definitely recommend this company!

Apex Roofing and Andrew has helped us three different times. The first time, he came recommended by our realtor so it was our trial experience. Andrew came and looked at the roof for possible leaks. He sealed around the boots. The second time, he actually repaired and replaced what another company contractor did. Leaffilter contractor came to install gutterguards and unnecessarily cut the shingles that overhang and protect the walls and siding. Contractor never returned to fix his work. We contacted Andrew to take a look at some ceiling issues, and he happened to discover the cut shingles. He took photos and gave us an estimate. The job was done promptly and cleanly. Leaffilter did a reimbursement on the back end for the Apex job. The third time, I sent an SOS to Andrew after we came back from spring break and discovered the A frame of one side of the house had completely fallen, and the other was hanging by the skin of its teeth. All due to winds. All three times, the communication replies were polite, professional, and quick. The estimates were fair and the job had a super quick turnaround. This company has never let us down. They are honest and we've never felt we were being ripped off. Very happy to be their customer.

I am so impressed with the quality, craftsmanship new roof, Apex Roofing completed for me!! They were professional, meticulous, helpful and knowledgeable. They arrived when they said they would. They were very professional and came out to do the estimate quickly. We received a fair quote and we’re even given options for the repairs needed. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. After they were finished, I thought that one problem that I was not even aware of, but they had found, had not been repaired. So I contacted them. It turn out they did the repair and they sent me before and after pictures. I definitely recommend them for repair work. And for whole-roof installation. Reasonable price. Friendly people, too.

We bought our house in the end of June and one of our items to replace was the roof. Apex came highly recommended from our realtor and they were able to come and replace our roof despite the crazy heat we were having. Their workers showed up on time daily, they picked up the nails and debris carefully each day, and the project manager was in communication with us throughout the whole process. I can't recommend Apex more!

Our roof was 20 years old and in pretty rough shape. Andrew and his crew came in and did a great job removing the old roof and replacing it all with new shingles. The crew was great and very fast. They did my entire roof in 2.5 days. Communication was excellent from Andrew. He was very responsive any time I had questions. One thing I really appreciated was the thorough cleanup they did. I have children and a dog and they made sure they got every scrap of shingle and nail off off of my lawn, driveway, flower beds, etc. so I didn't need to worry about any of them getting hurt or puncturing my tires. I would highly recommend them. Photos include before and after shots.

They did an excellent job on our new roof. Very professional, good quality work at a good value. There were some delays in getting the project started but Andrew communicated clearly and kept us up to date. The crew worked very efficiently and the end product was high quality. Very happy with our new roof. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard, as far as I can tell. I would recommend Apex for two reasons in particular. First, the communication leading up to the job was very good. There was a small delay at the manufacturer's end for having our shingles delivered, but we were kept up to date throughout. Second, there were some extra bits and pieces that Andrew threw in for free or at cost, like installing some flashing, replacing an additional sheet of plywood over and above what was specified in the contract, and upgrading our skylights at cost. Overall I feel that delivering a high quality product was Apex's main priority.
