Working with Elizabeth made the process a smooth one- she was on top of all the details, patiently answered our many questions time and again, and from start to finish she remained friendly, courteous and so very helpful. The crew were respectful of our yard and house and were meticulous about picking up all the debris that accumulated around the perimeter and in the yard. Jared was fantastic! He came by to look at our roof the same day I called to schedule and that made it very convenient. After inspecting the roof he was honest about damage that was there prior vs due to hail. He sent me a detailed email including picture and video of his inspection so that I could make a call to file a claim or not. Thank you Jared so much!

Apex did an amazing job installing our skylight. They did it when we weren't home and there was not a trace of debris inside our house! The skylight looks amazing and so clear!

We just had Jared Yowell do a post hail inspection of our class 4 shingled roof. He was very personable and gave us a comprehensive report of the condition of our roof that included photos so we could see what he was seeing. Thankfully we don't need a replacement or repair at this time. I had a previous positive experience with this company in 2018 when we had them out to track a leak down. They identified it as coming down our chimney which we had subsequently capped and sealed by a chimney sweep and no more leak. I feel that their competency and honesty has won them our business when we do need a roof replacement.

My wife and I recently worked with Apex Restoration and Roofing to replace our roof, downspouts and a few windows that were damaged during a hail storm/tornado. Robert Lopez was our Project Manager who was extremely thorough in explaining the process to us, explaining our various options, addressing all of our questions and concerns as well as managing the project to its completion.The roof replacement went without a hitch. This company was absolutely amazing to work with! It is hard to find such high-quality customer service anymore. Elizabeth made the process so easy. The quality of work was excellent, on time, with no surprises. Elizabeth walked us through all of the financing and made that part very easy too. Jared came out to do an inspection after the crazy winds left me worried my roof might be damaged. He did a very thorough inspection and kindly reassured me, explaining everything he found and letting me know that there was nothing that needed addressing currently. I had APEX repair two house roofs for me they did a supper job and Elizabeth did a great job on keeping me apprised of the schedules. One roof had to be reconstructed and APEX found a company that could do that so APEX could finish their roofing.

Robert Lopez was professional and honest. He inspected my roof and explained that it was still in good condition. He explained the pros and the cons of filing a claim and provided a detailed photo report justifying his reasoning. We ended up following his advice and not filing a claim. It’s just so nice to have an honest roofing contractor. Next time we get roof work done we will be using Robert with Apex Roofing.

Robert was true to his word from beginning to end. He worked through issues with my insurance company and documented well, which produced a great outcome. The communication was excellent! I knew where the project was progressing throughout. The workers that worked on my roof did a very nice job and were very careful of all my plants. There was no loud music and they were very respectful. They did an amazing clean up and magnetized for nails. I would deffinetly use them again.

I’ve used Apex twice now and both times have been a great experience!! I had them lay a metal roof over my shingles.

First off, I live two hours away from Apex up near Winter Park over the pass. I was very excited they were willing to work with me being so far away. Secondly my roof is tall, and wicked steep. We often experience severe winds up here, & boy those winds don’t let up quick once they start gusting. Sometimes the Apex crew would only be able to work a short day due to often unpredictable weather rolling in over the mts. They were so kind and understanding about it, even though it’s such a drive for them! They would come back right away (as soon as it was safe to be up on it again)! There are a lot of shady contractors up here that would probably stretch this project out, but not Apex. They have amazing follow thru and are very efficient!

The second time using them, I was finishing my last section of roof and I emailed them way too close to our early winter start up here.

To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in and got my roof done within like only two weeks time of my email! Bless their hearts they even came up on a 10 degree morning after snow! I was thrilled, especially knowing their efforts are spread out helping hurricane Ian homes too!

My mocha colored metal roof looks wonderful and I’d recommend Apex to anyone. The communication is tip top and work is professional.

We were fortunate to have Andrew help us with our job. We had storm damage to our roof and gutters. He was very professional and really helped us understand the Insurance processes. The job was done very quickly and looks AMAZING! Thank you Apex and Andrew!

I am the president of the Denver Cottonwoods Townhomes Assoc. We worked with Mike and Kevin from Apex for months. They inspected our roof's and determined they had significant hail damage and were pretty sure we had enough damage to file an insurance claim. Eventually we filed the claim and Apex took care of all of it. Unfortunately our Insurance Co. delayed sending an adjuster out due to in-house issues. When we finally were in contact with the adjuster things started progressing rapidly. I worked closely with Kevin Tucker. He was the project manager, I was the HOA manager for the project. I would have to say honestly that this project moved along pretty close to the projection. Most home owners, I feel are very happy with the results. It is unfortunate that there maybe a member or 2 that had some kind of issues. I personally was very happy with Apex from start to finish. It was a tough year with COVID for everyone. The contract was fulfilled over and above my expectations. The crews were, in my opinion, professional. I am not saying there were no issues, however, when I would reach out to Kevin or Jackie, they resolved them as quickly as they could.

Amazing. I could not be happier with the all around experience of working with Sean Kirby and the Apex team. Sean went way beyond expectations and proactively addressed even the slightest of issues that we had with our roof. I would recommend him personally and the Apex team 10 times out of 10.

So I had a pretty rough experience with another roofing company that replaced my roof as an insurance claim. After repeated attempts I threw in the towel and called Apex (on a reco from new Insurance provider) to do an inspection. Brooke did a wonderful job providing piece of mind during the inspection. Extremely considerate of the situation, the virus and just a really knowledgeable/kind human. I really wish I would have called my new insurance agent and received Apex recommendation as I'm sure I would have avoided the last 3 months of chaos with other roofing company. The company was referred to me by the home owners insurance. I had a very unique situation and I was caught between a rock and hard place and I had prayed about the situation and had done all I could.

I said all of that because I wanted everyone to know that in the midst of all the hate that is going on in the world right that their are still good people in the world. God used them to be a light in the midst of my darkness.

I'm a happy home owner in the Idyllwilde subdivision of Parker. Our home was hit by hale last year and we reached out to Apex Restoration along with a few other companies for a quote. Luckily Tim Henry was the project manager for Apex that we choose to work with. Both Tim and Apex did a great job and everything was handle professional through there office with our insurance. Recently we reach out to Tim for a minor repair and Tim had this taken care of with-in a couple of day. Great work all around very happy.

I forgot to write a review of Apex Roofing back in 2018... I had hail damage on my roof up in Lafayette, and Apex replaced the roof with the high-impact shingles per State Farm requirements. The new shingles withstood another large hail storm in 2019. Most homes in the neighborhood replaced their roofs with this second storm, but a follow up inspection with another company confirmed the integrity of my roof.

We had a great experience with Andrew! We had issues with a different roofing company and once we came to Andrew, he was able to resolve the issues and help us. He was thorough, responsive, and exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend Apex!

APEX did an excellent job of replacing our roof. It was easy to work with Tim Henry to coordinate the project. He was very professional and the roofing crew was efficient. The roof was replaced in half a day. I would recommend to anyone dealing with hail damage. I also wanted to work with a local CO company.

Kevin did an excellent job repairing the hail damage on the roof of our rental property. He even fought with our insurance company to get us extras that were not included with the original estimate (paining the entire house and fixing the chimney). He is easy to work with and communicated with us and our property manager throughout the process. Would definitely hire him again, should the need arise.

Our insurance agent recommended Apex Roofing to us. We met with their representative, Brooke Garcia, right away and quickly got the paperwork started for a new roof. Brooke took the time to clearly explain how it would all work and the expected timeline. The roof was completed in the promised timeframe and done well. It was the easiest roof claim that we have ever experienced, thanks to Brooke and Apex.

I hired Apex to help me deal with a hail damage insurance claim. There were multiple repairs needed that required the work of several different contractors. Also, there were repairs needed that weren't in the original claim so we needed to get insurance company approval for additional repairs. The insurance company wasn't very responsive. Tim from Apex coordinated all the repairs and worked with the insurance company on the approvals. The contractors were all good and I am happy with the work. I also appreciated not having to chase the insurance company staff around. Tim was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Apex Restoration and Roofing replaced the roof on our new home. They were hired by the seller after it was determined the roof and gutters should be replaced prior to closing due to hail damage which was covered under the seller’s homeowners insurance.

Though we didn’t hire them ourselves, we couldn’t be happier! We worked with Kevin Tucker directly through the process who also worked with the sellers to install a class 4 impact resistance roof. He made sure we were happy with the shingle colors, ventilation options, and gutters prior to installation.

Additionally, we hired him to install leaf guards on the gutters and to add gutter extensions. He also replaced the front awning with shingled roofing material to match the rest of the home. Kevin and his team worked quickly and sent text updates and photos along the way. The house looks completely different - it’s amazing what a fresh new roof and bright new gutters can do!

I highly recommend Apex and especially Kevin Tucker is you have any roofing needs!

We really didn't even realize when things got completed, we'd come home and screens were replaced, we would come home and see that our fence was stained, we didn't have to call and ask questions Tim worked directly with my insurance company and everything got done in a very timely, professional manner.

We had Tim Henry at Apex come out and replace our roof that was wrecked during the 2019 hail storms. Tim helped walk us through the process from start to finish, answered our questions, explained things thoroughly, kept us updated on what was going on, and overall did a fantastic job with the project. The roof was replaced a month earlier than expected and looks excellent. The house re-paint was also taken care through Apex. That job also came out fantastic as well. Apex and their sub-contractors kept the project site clean while work was ongoing, treated our place like it was theirs, and cleaned up once completed.

Tim was a true pro from start to finish. Last year was stressful for us and on top of that we get terrible hail damage. We had already talked to several companies when I met Tim. He stood out so much we canceled our other appts and never looked back. They were in and out in 2 or 3 days and left things very clean which I appreciated. Super hands on and never had a hard time getting a hold of him. My go-to for sure moving forward.

Had an insurance adjuster saying hail claim was 6000.00. With the help of Apex we had roof replaced as well as solar removed and replaced for a 130,000.00 claim. Work was performed professionally and rapidly once insurance company came in line. Excellent service. We could not have accomplished this with out Shawnee and the professionalism exhibited by Apex.

Stephen was so easy to work with. Very quick, helpful and constant communication. The roof was replaced quickly and looked great. They worked with my insurance so there was no headache for me to deal with.

I had sever hail damage to my roof. At the recommendation of my insurance company I enlisted them to work in conjunction with my adjuster. They scheduled the repair/replacement of my shingles, edging and gutters. Within two weeks the work was complete, however during that time there was a rainstorm and discovered an awning above my patio had also been damaged by the hail. Working with my adjuster, Stephen was able to negotiate an addendum to my claim and the roofing was replaced with high quality materials. I don’t believe that without his intervention I would have been able to get that last part of the work done.
