Jeremy inspected a 1970's home for me in Laramie prior to purchase. He arrived on time and did a great job. It was snowing at the time, so he came back the next day to finish a roof & electrical panel inspection with clear weather (outdoors). He was professional, friendly, and informative. Further, he explained what he was doing during the inspection, what he had minor and major concerns about, and what wasn't likely to be an issue. Me following him around and asking additional questions was welcomed, which I appreciated. He also coordinated a sewer inspection and HVAC inspection with his preferred technicians, who also did a great job. I received a thorough inspection report in PDF format shortly after the appointments were completed. I moved in about 3 weeks ago and haven't found anything new that's of material concern. I'm generally a "DIY everything" kind of guy, but it was nice to get another set of eyes on what is a giant financial commitment and I feel I got a good value hiring in professionals for this.

Due to him having no connections to contractors or anyone in the construction world like most inspectors do, he was able to give an honest, non biased report; that was not only in the best interest of the buyer but the seller as well. Whether it's required or not (ours wasn't) its worth giving Apex a call and having them inspect your property or future residence. The few hundred bucks you spend on this will be well worth it to protect the thousands you are about to spend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
