The whole process from beginning to end was truly rewarding. From getting the quote to finalizing the exact plan, everyone was wonderful. The crew that actually did the work were very professional and knowledgeable and I could tell that they really cared about doing a great job. Whenever they thought I might want to change something they were going to do, they would ask for my input. I quickly figured out that I could trust them to make those decisions without me. I plan to use this company again with my next project and I know they will do exactly what needs to be done.

We had Apex Homes resurface the existing deck and railing at the rear of the home. We are very happy with the results. With the decking we picked, the deck and railing blend in very well with the existing canopy. There will be a minimum of upkeep compared to the old decking.

In addition to the deck resurfacing, we had the underside of a cantilivered section of the home repaired. We are very happy with the results. The repairing was very difficult to work on and Tyler and his staff did a great job.

If you want professional work on your deck repair or a new deck, you won't go wrong with Tyler and his crew. Tyler listened to what I wanted and gave me a price that was acceptable. He told me when he could do the job, and in one afternoon it was finished. Very good workmanship.

Great experience from beginning to end. Our project included building a trellis and restoring our wooden fence. Great communication throughout the process, on time, cleaned up daily, respectful, and great value for quality products and service. I would use them again. Apex is A++++!

Apex Homes has provided snow removal services for our small Homeowners Association for several years now, and we have been extremely pleased. As a relatively small housing development, (and essentially a small fish in a big sea of customers), it has always been difficult for us to find a snow removal service that provides timely & professional service. The most recent 9 inch snow that we experienced here in Lincoln was the true test of Apex's performance, and they excelled in every aspect. They were out clearing a path early in the event to allow our homeowners the ability to get to work and they followed up later in the day with final clearing of both our public and private drives. We couldn't have asked for more and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them in the future.

This is the first winter we have used Apex Homes for snow removal at Bethel Baptist Church @ 77th and A but thus far we have been pleased with their work.

They built me a beautiful 3 stall garage & did an EXCELLENT job. No complaints, they went above and beyond. Also built new steps in my basement. Everything is awesome, couldn't be happier. He told me exactly what they were going to do and at what time. They were very nice and GREAT to work with!!!

Very good service/work for exterior wall replacement from Tyler, he gave suggestions and design advice that others did not. Also inexpensive compared to other quotes.

We contracted with Tyler and his team for the purpose of building a new 14 x 28 ft. deck. Tyler designed the deck so that half of the space was covered with a vaulted ceiling with flush mount disk lights and a ceiling fan, while the other half is open to the sun. Our deck is built above the patio to our walk-out basement, providing another shaded area and a third place to entertain.

Our deck was constructed with TimberTech Pro Collection composite decking with the Westbury Tuscany C10 black railing. The deck stairway is lighted with TimberTech Riser Lights, highlighting the beveled edges and unique design of the steps. The quality and craftmanship of this project far exceeded our expectations! In addition to the high-quality materials and craftmanship, we were very pleased with Tyler's vision, planning, professionalism and communication. This project was launched during the covid period with related supply chain issues. As a result, planning, communication and organizational skills were put to the test!

I finally found a good one! If you have been disappointed with contractors not calling you back, not doing great work or finishing the job then I'd recommend calling these guys INSTEAD. These guys were a breath of fresh air. Responsive, and fair priced I called wanting a pergola built. Tyler and crew got it done no messing around and it looks great! If they keep this quality up I forsee these guys owning the market.

APEX HOMES build an L shaped ramp in our garage, making it 100% easier for me, Mary Kohl, to get to & walk back from our garage. My new knees and left new hip want to thank them. Should I or anyone else need a wheelchair, the ramp will serve us well.

Apex Homes built our pool deck and they did such a great job. Tyler was great to work with. He was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. They were dedicated to getting the job done in a timely manner. We didn't have the deck built until after we were done using the pool for the summer so it had started to get cold before they were done. I remember one evening seeing them out there with all their spotlights and working while there was a light snow covering everything. We used the pool and deck all summer and it held up really well. We've actually gotten lots of comments in regards to how sturdy it is and clearly wasn't going anywhere. It also looks really nice and matches our house really well which is what we were wanting. Tyler helped us decide what materials would work best. In addition to being sturdy it also looks really nice. I even had a neighbor who lives several houses away and across several large back yards reach out to me to let me know how nice it looked from her house. I would definitely recommend Apex Homes.
