Gavin is an amazing guy to work with! He is a positive energetic personality that is always accommodating and has integrity. Adriana has tremendous taste and is key in her artistic approach to the designs. Mike Palmer and Caleb Cline can overcome any obstacle with positive solutions. Jimmy Jason and Eric are truly talented which made my experience working with Apex seamless and actually enjoyable! I would recommend Apex for any job big or small .. they are an extremely talented group of people.

I cannot recommend Apex Construction enough!!! We had quite a scare when a car ran into our home, and I was beside myself with worry and grief. Gavin & Mike were an absolute dream to work with! Not only did they explain the entire process to us and ease our minds, but they went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and that my family was well taken care of. They worked well with my insurance company, taking a lot of that off my plate. Their team was extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet down to earth and always made us feel comfortable, like we were old friends. The entire process was completed in less than a month, and they left my home far better than it was even before the accident. You will not regret hiring this company, they are the best!!!

After our house caught on fire, what remained had to be torn down to the studs. Thats where Apex Construction came in and became our lifesavers. Couldn't have asked for a better team to literally pickup the pieces and reconstruct our home. Not only did they do a fantastic job with communication, they were forward thinking and up to date with industry construction and design standards. We are now proud to not only live in an amazing dream home, but we are doing so feeling confident about the quality and comfortable with the money spent. Apex was fantastic when it came to our budget, and remained in complete transparency while being open and honest when setting the expectation. Overall, Apex deserves all the stars. 110% will be using them again for all of our future construction needs.

I hired Apex to construct a handicap bathroom addition to my home. They handled everything. They kept me informed about every step and let me know what to expect next. Everything went seamlessly. Gavin and his entire crew are easy to communicate with and are very good at what they do. Some of the project was dovetailed in with an insurance claim. Gavin filed the supplemental claim with my insurance company, something I wouldn’t have known how to do.
Not only did I get a bathroom beyond my expectations, I made some friends too. Thanks guys.

I was a design and detail draftsman for over 35 years. I’m a very particular person and have a keen eye for details. I hired Apex Construction to add a handicap bathroom onto my 82 year old house. A year and a half later after a monsoon and a drought and everything in between, there is not a single hairline crack in the walls, the ceiling, the grout, or the floor. Not only do these guys do superb work but they are also craftsman. They added details that I didn’t think of and the finished product is something that I am very proud to show off. The best part of hiring Apex is the employees. Every one of them are very nice and courteous, they will take the time to listen to ideas and usually improve on what you tell them. They do great work.

We had the best experience with Apex Construction. They are very professional and easy to work with. They offered great ideas that you wouldn’t normally think of in a build. I would highly recommend and use them again in the near future. Great group of people!!

Excellent customer service! From beginning to end I felt like I was in very capable hands. I am very pleased with their performance. I have to recommend them to anyone who needs a job well done!

We were very fortunate to have Apex recommended to us! Gavin took our dream of adding more space to our 1970s home and made it a reality. It’s hard to find a contractor willing to take on such a large and complex project and even harder to find someone to do quality work within a reasonable timeline, but he came through on both. Gavin’s primary team of guys were hardworking and trustworthy; special shout out to Mike our project manager! He and Gavin were patient with our selections and details that sometimes changed by the minute. They also did a great job at keeping all the subs accountable. Highly recommend and will use again!

The entire crew were very professional and skilled. They knocked out our project and cleaned up any and all debris when they finished. I will work with them for any future projects.

Just want to give a shout out to Apex Construction for their over-the-top customer service ...still after 18 months of the project being completed (on time and within budget), owner, Gavin Mandt answers my calls and quickly solves the problem... things like a broken water fountain, installing kiosk stations, floor warranty.... small things but big to us and Gavin addresses each issue like it is a big thing! He even stopped by to check on us after the big hailstorm this spring.
Mike Palmer, project manager is amazing! He almost lived at the center during the construction, taking extreme pride in the project. Just recently he saved the day when we lost keys to the kiosk stations ....ordering more from the manufacturer. All the team members are outstanding professionals. We are extremely grateful to Gavin and his team. They are A+.

Gavin is an outstanding general contractor, and I would highly recommend him. I was in a real mess on a rental property rehab, and Gavin jumped in half-way through, took over the job as GC, did all of the work correctly the first time for a fair price, and then navigated a difficult inspection and approval process to get the property back in service.
