A tree fell through our primary bedroom roof and caused much damage. It was a Saturday and you could imagine our distress in wondering how to go about all the necessary steps to remove the tree, close the hole and get our home repaired. I called Hand in Hand LLC to see if they could help or point us in the right direction. Jeremy and Lanora drove up immediately. They assured me that they could handle every step of what was needed, had the tree removed, hole in our roof covered with canvas and sandbags, and cleaned the broken glass that was all over our bedroom. Within one day they prepared a quote for our insurance claim and assured me that they could start the repair as soon as they received the green light from us and our claims adjuster.
They and their team came out rapidly and within a few weeks they performed the following services: replaced the roof, gutters, skylight, moved the furniture, removed the carpet and pad, cut the sheetrock out and replaced wet insulation, removed all moisture and sprayed to prevent mold, re installed new sheetrock, painted the room, installed new electric skylight blinds, re installed new carpet and pad, reset furnishings, cleaned up the room and yard where damage occurred. MAGIC!
From start to finish their communications were aceptional and they showed up promptly at every appointment they made for entry.
Working with Hand in Hand was a true blessing and I will tell you that this is a fantastic company who knows how to make customers at ease and pleased with every aspect of a job done the way you want and expect.

Jeremy did a great job dealing with mold in my attic. He set up a containment area with two hepa fans. He performed extensive mold remediation and got the space independently tested to validate the work. Great service. Quality work!

I can't recommend Jeremy and Hand in Hand highly enough. When I developed a leak in my finished basement he came out same day--even though it meant staying out well into the night.

WIthin 48 hours he and his flood mitigation team had my basement cleaned up and the disinfect/drying process started. The work was quick, efficient, thorough, and cost effective. He was compassionate and honest during a *very* stressful time for me. His quick diagnostic skills and excellent work allowed my tenants to move back into the space much faster than I thought possible.

Hand and Hand did a great job for us, would certainly recommend them. We experienced significant flooding in our church building. Jeremy and his wife met me at the building and helped me understand the importance of the problem. He was able to assess the problem and showed a genuine concern for us. He assigned one of his men, Spencer, who worked the entire day extracting water. Very pleasant young man, never saw him even take break. Jeremy had to job of water & mold mitigation in the apartments where I live. I have interacted with a lot of contractors in my life; so I am looking at the job from experience. Hand in Hand/ Jeremy is the most reliable, honest, skilled and pleasant contractor I have ever come across. And, he did a great job cleaning up after himself. I have had roofers that only tried to pick up some of the nails they threw to the ground but left all their other trash. I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone needing his skills!

Doing some remodeling we discovered that a couple of studs close to a window have been damaged by water infiltration. Hand in Hand crew came the next day, open the wall from the outside, w/out damaging the drywall inside. They were able to fix the problem, replacing the studs and put back the siding. It is now sound and solid. Great service, super timely.

Jeremy and his team were very professional. They worked with my insurance throughout the process to minimize my frustration with insurance. Their work was top quality and reasonable. They did not over-inflate the work needed. I even asked that they do some extra work for me. They are that good. I would use them again.

We were having new windows installed and some rot was discovered. Hand in Hand was recommended by Renewal by Anderson. Jeremy came out immediately and gave us an estimate. They squeezed us in over the weekend so we could get our last window installed and avoid the rain that will be coming. They removed window trim and siding, made the repairs and reinstalled the siding and trim. They were professional, hard- working and respectful. Bobby and Nathan did a great job! I highly recommend this company. They really care and do great work!

Jeremy was recommended to me to help with some last minute construction needs for a window replacement. He was very quick to respond, completely professional and kept me updated when it was important.
